We just had our whole house done with a beautiful vinyl laminate and just love the various colors of grays/whites. We worked with Laura and she was quick in coming to measure, order it and schedule the install. Alex and his crew did a great job in the installation and we know they worked late into the night to get it done!

Great people to work with. I purchased berber carpet, had them install it. And.....a carpet remnant. Was able to carpet stairs at a huge discount!Very happy! I also purchased tile for a back splash.

Bill took great care of us during our recent basement floor upgrade. he provided all the knowledge we didnt have and helped us make the right choice for us. We replaced the previous owners carpeted floor with vinyl laminate flooring. It looks wonderful! He arranged for one of his top teams of installers to do the job, and it only took two days. They put sliders under the legs of our 9 pool table and moved it around themselves. We are so impressed that we plan to use them again for our next project.

Laura handles all of our carpet, hardwood flooring, and sheet vinyl needs.As a little backstory,I had sought out another flooring company several times, to get better customer service. When Laura and her group took over our flooring sub contracting company, I was a little bit leery about our customer service not getting better. I am glad to report that this was an unfounded concern. Since she took over our account, we have had excellent customer response, and timely completions. She rounds out our team and is one of the last subs in on many of our job sites. With her commitment to professionalism and quality, she wraps up many of our jobs to the pleasure of our clients.

Alex and his installation crew did a wonderful job of installing the patterened carpeting that I chose for my stairs as well as all the flooring. Theyve been in the industry for 31 years and were BY FAR the most helpful and honest of the 5 stores weve visited. They are very educational, genuine, not pushy, and care about their product. Outstanding,!Bill the sales and design person walked us through the selection and install process, it was a seamless and well organized process, every detail was spelled out with no surprises. Eian was the installer of our tile and wood flooring. He was focused and paid close attention to detail .Everything went perfectly. Their pricing and selection was very good also. I rarely write reviews and try to keep it positive....but after basically begging this company to work with me and still no response, Im frustrated. From my research, they showed up as the only dealer in Colorado Springs who carries the product I need. I first contacted them through the manufacturer with the standard submitted email; I wasnt surprised not to get a response. So I called them and was told I would get a call back. Crickets. A week later I drove there from Monument and was told I needed to talk to a specific rep. and that he couldnt help me. I shared that I had tried twice to get pricing from them, and then left my floor plans and my business card and was promised I would get a call on Monday. Two weeks later, nothing. Ive moved on to a dealer in Denver. I recognize that a lot of businesses are short-staffed and this may be the issue, but to not make any effort.....

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Whether youre looking for hardwood to repair your floor or looking to purchase a new floor, you cant go wrong here. My client was looking for a box of hardwood to repair a floor that is very difficult to find. Not only did the staff here know exactly what I was looking for, but also, had a nearly perfect match in color and grain quality. The difference will be extremely hard to detect unless you do flooring installations for a living. Ill be using these great pepper for solo my flooring purchases from now on.

Run as fast as you can. We bought new linoleum for kitchen, baths and utility room. The prices were acceptable, but the installation was on the amateurish level. Without listing all that was wrong, Ill limit it to the 2 wide x 12 long bulge in the middle of the kitchen floor. They came up with every reason in the world about why it happened, but ultimately agreed it was their fault. Once we settled that portion it was just a matter of re-installing new product.....which he said would cost an additional $500. Looks like well settle it in small claims court. Run, run, run.
