Aaron and Shelby were awesome! Were able to get the phone I wanted from a different location in only 15 minutes. Answered every question I had about every phone I asked about. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Clean and socially responsible in the store as well. Highly recommend

My wife and I were on a contract for 2 years with AT&T as we considered them to be a reputable provider with expansive coverage. We live in Colorado Springs in an urban residential area and didn’t have coverage in our own home for 2 years. We tried numerous times to remedy the situation with them while we were in our contract paying $240/month for 2 lines. I understand spotty coverage in rural areas, but when T-Mobile and Sprint offer excellent coverage in the same area for a cheaper price I felt cheated. We finally bought out our contract at the end of December. We went into the store and an associate broke down the costs to us and gave us a final total to buy out our contract to the tune of 463 dollars plus they informed us we would receive one more bill. It was a lot of money but we wanted out. We payed the 463, closed our account and we received one last bill from them for $214 a week later. Or so we thought.... my wife double checked throughout the month to make sure we didn’t owe anything else, until she received an email 2 months later with a past due notice from AT&T. We called and tried to resolve the matter but ultimately we now owe and additional 200 dollars plus late fees. Oh and they can’t credit back the late fees because we are no longer an “account holder”. When a company representative tells you that you are bought out for 463 dollars and will receive a bill for a little over 200 dollars a week later, they should be held accountable to that. We put our trust in them one last time and we learned our lesson. I’m just glad we saved enough money from switching to T-Mobile that we can afford to pay our AT&T bill. All around bad experience, and other providers offer better coverage at a better price.

Shelby M was truly fantastic! He really helped us by taking the time to get one phone transferred from one phone number to another phone number. He explained what needed to happen to each customer service rep with great detail and helped us with the entire process. He explained everything that we were doing, how it would effect our bill and what we needed to do to get everything taken care of. I highly recommend coming in and working with Shelby if you need anything. Also to beat the crowds come in the last 2 hours before closing.

Was happy to see the AT&T store open and serving customers. The staff was very helpful, wore masks and gloves. They even cleaned the stock I touched looking for what I needed. Got what I needed, and a good experience in these trying times!

Went I today for a phone case and new screen protector. Service was great. I was helped by Shelby and he made sure I got everything I needed. He was more than happy to put the screen protector and case on for me all while keeping great conversation and making me feel welcomed. I would recommend this AT&T location over the others in town. I will be returning here in the future due to the great customer service.

Beware: this store lied to me. They said I would receive a $300 credit on my Samsung S10 bringing the price down to $600 if I traded in my S8. I did and attempt to pay the phone off that day, they said I must wait 2 weeks minimum, so I do. I go to another store to pay it off and the bill is $900. The man explains that the $300 is paid $10/month for 30 months and not toward the phone. This is leverage on customers so if they cancel their contract, they lose this money.What a disgrace. Unethical business practice.

Went in this store today and got told to leave I was ban from a other store and never got ban the dude was disrespectful to me, my fiancee and my mother. Also the dude wouldnt tell me his name so I could talk to the real manager or owner.

Today was my first time going to this store for AT&T related needs. First of all, my Google Maps freaked out trying to locate this simple-to-find store. Secondly, when I did find the store and walked in, the store employee working didnt acknowledge me, didnt look at me, didnt welcome me, didnt say anything like, Ill be with you in a second when Im finished with this customer...nothing. So I just sat down at one of the tables looking at her the whole time...still nothing. I waited 15 minutes before she casually walked over to me as if I was bothering her. She did resolve my problem, but not without leaving me feeling like I was an irritant in her important day.

I have been a customer of AT&Ts for going on 8 years now and have never had customer service like I get from Shelby at the University store it is unremarkable all of the people there are great but Shelby goes above and Beyond. Its customer service and support like this that keeps me with AT&T great job thank you so much

I have recently switched to AT&T and went to this store yesterday. Nikki helped me with my bill, getting updates on rebates for the phones I turned in, and even tried to help me with my Direct TV billing. The amazing thing is that I didnt even purchase the new plan through an AT&T store.Nikki went above and beyond anything I could have hoped for. Nikki was knowledgeable, patient and kind. I wont hesitate to go back if I ever have problems. Thank you Nikki!

Totally off the charts service! They got my old Otter Box off my iPad, cleaned everything on my much abused IPad Pro LTE 9.7 until like new, got the busted old screen protector off, super cleaned the very grungy screen and installed brand new one. Definitely a cut above the usual mall cellphone stores. Huge thanks Shelby and Natalie! PS— also very dog friendly.

My husband, son and I were unhappy with Verizon and wanted information on switching. We went in and spoke with a young man named Jessiah. He was knowledgeable about the phones and DirectTV. He spent plenty of time answering our questions and helping us to get the best deal for our needs. I am referring friends to him. Store was clean and we felt comfortable and happy. We left with an awesome deal on DirecTV and 3 new lines and will be returning to add the Samsung watch soon.

Sat in the store for over an hour and a half while the two employees helped 1 family each. Once it was our turn the employee decided to help the person waiting behind us first so we walked out. Terrible customer service and the slowest paced work Ive ever witnessed in my life. Definitely rethinking about switched from Verizon. Waste of my afternoon.

We were lied to and then told we were making things up. The person we worked with was Shawn, Chad and a Nate. Shawn told us about promotions that were never true that was Shawn. He was question by Chad that told us the promotions were not right. If anything do not believe anything that comes out of Shawns mouth. He was very rude also he seemed very jittery like he needed to shoot a drug or something. The worst customer service and will be reported To the BBB.
