Friendly service and good selection of Westernwear

After shopping online for the past 10 years, I can honestly say that Filson is by far the worst company I have dealt with. It is the least user friendly website and is impossible to complete a simple order. For Christmas my wife and I received a gift card. Seems like it would be quite simple to order a couple of items and check out, right? WRONG! After entering all of the information required multiple times, along with my credit card even though the gift card covered all of the costs, I was left with error messages saying that the order was unable to be completed. I am now sitting on hold for 17+ minutes waiting to speak with someone. I am really not sure how a company like this can stay in business. Oh, and P.S., half of the items listed on their website are out of stock so please dont expect to actually find anything you really want.
