5/5! The store was clean, the staff was friendly and engaged. We were in and out in under two minutes. Tearsa went above and beyond by tracking my husband and I down to return the car keys we’d forgotten at the counter. Thank you!!

Great experience! They didnt have the size of Adidas I needed so Seattle ordered them for me, phenomenal customer service. 👏 Ill definitely be back next time I need to buy shoes.

Worst customer service Ive ever experienced in a retail store. This girl had the personality of a wet dish cloth and was as unfriendly as a person could be. she has the attitude that everyone around her are idiots and she made sure to try and make you feel like one before you left. Never going there again thats for sure. Didnt get her name, but she had wierdly long fake pink nails.

Used to work here as a CO-Manager,Was never taught the proper steps for the position, had to train myself day by day & was always picking up all the other manager’s slack & work. Whenever I tried to talk to her professionally, it would only get you written up for speaking the truth. The manager was always on her phone, sitting on the counter, stole sales from EVERY employee that worked, very childish & made it an immature atmosphere for other employees whenever she was around.That’s sad when NONE of your own employees like the main manger and can’t even get there own sales when she’s around.The company employs immature children for management because they know they are flexible & bendable, but unethical, unprofessional, greedy, & untrained.The manager is 17 years old with nothing more than to worry about steal as many sales as possible to try & bail her baby daddy out of jail. So of course she would steal everyone’s sales & happiness in such an ‘amazing work environment.’Would NOT suggest working here for any long period of time.

The employees and Managers at this store are very immature and should not even be fit to work in public. The woman behind the counter Kay kept cussing all over the place and is very rude. I find this behavior unacceptable. I hope something can be done about this.
