For a software reload, Vince did a two-day turnaround at a lower price than all other shops I had contacted.Some companies did not even respond to my email posted in their website inquiry form. A chain store quoted a two-week turnaround for this simple procedure. The attitude seemed to be “You need us more than we need you.”Appearance also is an indicator. No shop where bench repair is done need look like a medical facility, but neatness and organization there suggest professionalism elsewhere. This supplier’s facility showed evidence of a lot of work being done, but without the appearance of a junk shop.Complete PC Support has a “we want your business” attitude, and they will get my business—and be my recommendation to others—for future computer repair.

I have a small business and attend an on line university. I depend on my PC a lot. My hard drive went bad and I took my PC to a local company that said the starting price was 300.00 and it would have to be sent to Texas where their IT team was. It would take three weeks or more. This place is awesome! I brought my laptop in for a failed hard drive, and they fixed it. I was worried because I had some precious photos on there, I asked if they were able to get them back and they tried really hard. They called me in and told me the drive finally died and showed me what pictures they got. To my amazement they were able to get every single photo off of my old hard drive. I am in total awe that they were able to get them all. They are also very friendly there and welcoming. An error message came up from Windows 10, I called Vince and he said it would be an easy fix. I brought my laptop in and he listened to my concerns and said it would be ready the next day by COB. He checked my fan because I had concerns it was getting to hot. Vince checked everything re-installed Windows and said I didnt at this time need to get a new fan. Very honest! Prompt delivery of service and a good price!

I took my sons gaming laptop in to see if we could upgrade to Win 7 and replace the battery. He gave me a day to call back, explaining that he works First in, first out, and that there were a few people ahead of me. When I called back, he let me know that the computers graphics card wasnt up to the demands of the newer operating system. He let me know of places on the Web that I could replace the battery at about the same cost hed charge, and charged me nothing! I took in an old laptop of my granddaughters and he cleaned up the hard drive for a very reasonable price. As I see it, they under promise and over deliver.

I have used their services twice this past year. The first time was to clean up my very old p/c of viruses, slow starts, etc. The service was fantastic, the price was exactly as quoted, the speed of service was exactly as promised. Now, I decided to shop for a newer P/C, after my 10 year old Vista was not supported by Windows. I thought I would pay to upgrade, but Vince talked me into getting a refurbished HP, warranted by HP, and saving me money in the long run. It wasnt anything to do with his profit margin, which is incredibly small. I got a bigger bang for my bucks. This is a privately owned shop and I highly trust these folks. These guys do great work. Second time Ive brought a computer to them. Quality work with a fast turn around. Honest folks too. Very easily could have told me I needed a new fan in my laptop because it was making noise. Instead they cleaned it up and told me it was good to go. No one else in the Springs I would take my computer to. A little bit off the beaten path, but well worth driving past the big box stores to get great service.

I took my laptop to this guy to repair the screen as it went out and it was only 1.5 years old. I was using my laptop for months with a external monitor hooked up (basically set up as a desktop). The day I dropped it off I had been using it, powered it down normally and brought it too his office.It took him over three weeks to fix the screen and when I got this laptop back from him I brought it home and it would turn on! I called and set up an appointment to meet back with him and he was 15 minutes late even opening the store. He refused to take responsibility for the laptop, saying he only replaced the screen.I took the laptop to the Geek Squad at Best Buy and determined the motherboard issue. They felt it had to be dropped or somehow mishandled to blow the motherboard as this doesnt happen to a computer any other way with the power off. Again the laptop was working perfectly up to the moment I dropped it off. THIS GUY IS A CROOK. Beware.

Vince worked hard on my laptop for a number of days but was unable to fix it. Soon after getting it home it became super slow again and completely unusable. Fortunately it only cost us $75.00 . We thought it was worth trying to repair, but ended up buying a new computer. It was a five year old laptop.

I was having serious issues with my computers (2 desktops, 1 laptop) with lots of issues. Not only were the prices better then Best Buy, they customer service was amazing. Answered all my questions, took time to explain and show some things I didnt know about Windows 8. Installed a app on the computers to make them more like Windows 7 at no cost. All the work was done ahead of schedule. Highly recommend them. Have had computers back for about 2 weeks now and am very satisfied.

They did a thorough job and for less than the price that I was quoted.I purchased a refurbished Lenovo tower desktop recently with the intent to upgrade many of the components. I was able to do most of the tasks myself but there were some things that I was unable to do and the system started displaying several problems, such as beeping on start up before turning off. I took my computer into Complete PC Support with a list of requests, which they discussed with me. They gave me a reasonable price quote and a time estimate; the services took longer but cost less than I had anticipated and the computer runs well with its updated drivers and BIOS as well as the new solid state drive that I had them install. If I need any computer work done in the future, this is the place.

It all started when my laptop wouldnt connect to the internet, so I decided to fix it myself. The good news is no one was hurt. The bad news is I managed to make all my data disappear. And I still couldnt access the internet or even log in to my user account.I figured my laptop was ruined, so I decided to take it to a computer mechanic to see if I could get the data recovered. I called Complete PC Support. Vince was friendly and courteous on the phone and gave me clear, straight forward answers to all my questions. A couple days later he called me back and not only had he recovered all my data, he had fixed the overheating problem, which he informed me was probably the cause of the issue in the first place. The laptop now runs faster than ever with no overheating.For comparison, I also called another computer repair service. I wont use any names here but lets just call them Geek Team. No, thats too obvious. Lets call them Dork Squad. When I called the Dork Squad I was put on hold while a representative became available. After five minutes or so I spoke to a representative who told me it would cost $49.99 to diagnose the problem and another $200 for data recovery.Complete PC Support diagnosed it for free and did everything for a fraction of the price the Dork Squad would have charged. They even replaced a missing screw on my screen for no extra charge. Thank you Complete PC Support. I cant remember my computer ever running this well!
