I needed to print 2 copies of about a 250 page family history for another family member and have it 3 hole punched. Called around to get pricing from several different printing businesses and Minuteman Presss pricing was 33-50% cheaper. Took it in and dropped it off and had the job finished to perfection in a couple of days. Super nice people working there to boot. Finished product was in a nice, sturdy box which allowed me to address and mail it in. Highly recommend this place!

I am very pleased with Minuteman Press! I came in there with a request for business cards that I designed. They made the card just like I had it, tweaked it a little for best optimal use and have quoted several prices to find the best fit for me. Julie Fuller was very helpful and the graphic designer Sean McCoy did an awesome job! They also did a last minute request for me at an hour and 15 minutes till closing. Great team there!

Shop seems organized, staff is super friendly and the job was done quick. Would definitely recommend!

I dont even know where to start with these guys. I had a friend that has had really good product come from them, so I went in to get a quote for wedding invitations and RSVPs. I was told I would be emailed a proof. After 2 months of not hearing anything, I contacted them again. This is when I found out that the guy that I was working with had been fired and I was told that they would get right on it. I was told I would get an email the next day. That never happened, so I called them. To make this long story short this back and forth of them saying they would get something to me and I didnt hear anything until I called them again, lasted months and months. Dont use them if you want anything done in a timely manner. The product was nice when I got it, but my mom (because I live out of state) had to go physically sit next to him to get anything done. Sean blames everything on there being too much work and it is just him to do it, and the owners seems to care none about any of it. The owner was quite rude every time I spoke with him. Because I am a forgiving person, we decided we would try to have the do an insert for the invitations (that I forgot to have them do earlier) and Bridal shower invitations. After weeks and weeks of the same thing happening, and my mom having to physically go type everything at his computer, to get anything produced, we decided to say forget it. I would rather pay twice as much to go somewhere else and actually get the product when it is needed, than deal with the runaround with these guys. Dont waste your time!!

From Melissas friendly greeting at the front counter, Shawns printing know how and Cheryls design experience and over sight of the over all business, you couldnt ask for more from a printer. Although their prices are very affordable and the end product tends to be of good quality, I have to say that I will no longer be doing work with this print company. For a company called MinuteMan they tend to take a very long time on projects. Every project that I have sent to them has been time sensitive and they NEVER meet the requested deadline. I always have to call them a couple days later to see if my projects are printed, and I always get the response that the files are still in their production folder. I had a project due at the beginning of this week that I needed to get printed, I let them know that the project needed to be finished by this past Saturday at the latest and it still wasnt finished by the time I called them on Tuesday. Then I went in to pick up the project and it wasnt double sided like I requested.. despite being as clear as I possibly could in my emails. So now I have to go through another printer and wait a couple more days for a product that shouldve been finished and in the stores this past Monday.. Ive tried giving them the benefit of the doubt but Ive taken multiple projects to them and every single time I get this same issue.

They printed my business cards recently, and I am very happy with their service. The cards look great, and they did not cost an arm and a leg. The service was fast, too.

Going in the shop, it seems pretty dishevelled, and the activity level painfully slow. Yet, I gave them a problem print job (others have failed at), with a difficult timeline, and they came through. Results say much more than appearance. I appreciate the effort. Thank you.

I am very sorry that I have to leave such an awful review, but I had an extremely poor experience with this company, and would like to prevent this from happening to other small businesses. Not only were my items not ready on time (despite 30 days of lead time), their print quality was horrible: on the back of my business cards there was a square around the logo that was a slightly different shade of blue than the background, and on two banners my logo was extremely pixelated. None of these items were a professional enough quality that I could use them, and thanks to Minutemans delay in having them ready, there was not enough time to resolve the issue before I had to leave town for my event. The manager tried to resolve the issue, reprinted, and was able to get the items delivered to my event in Boulder, albeit 1-day late to a 2-day event. But it was obvious that his efforts to resolve a customer service issue were not supported by his boss. I have since interacted with his boss, and it is beyond clear that her focus is not on customer service, and she disapproves of the decision to reprint and deliver to Boulder (actually, she thinks she is being nice by not charging me the deliver fee, although I never asked for this service). The quality issues apparently all root from the fact that the graphic design service I requested from them was done by a new employee without graphic design experience, or even experience in the industry. There were other issues along the way, and I found the prices to be extremely high as well (even before all this happened). In summary, I spent a lot of time coaching a non-graphic designer on designing my banner and I have to pay for that as graphic design time, I experienced an extreme amount of stress due to my print materials not being ready on time and being unacceptable quality when they finally were ready, and only received 50% value out of them because I could only use them for 1 of the 2 days I purchased them for.

With the new management, there seems to be some disconnect on processing. 2 of my recent orders have been lost in a junk folder and not received for processing. I had to call to confirm they got my order since I had not received a proof to approve, upon my inquiry they found my order.

Went in for a quote on a 8x10 inch white window vinyl sign. Roughly the size of a piece of paper. The price the gentleman quoted me for this was $600. Every other place I went to said around $20. What the hell?
