I recently had to return a defective, brand new, Sony DVD player for replacement. I worked with John to reserve a new soundbar. John is quite possibly the best sales rep I have ever worked with anywhere. I am trying to get the highly sought-after Sonos Arc. He looked at inventory levels on both the Best Buy and Magnolia systems. He answered all my questions and was very friendly. He provided great recommendations and was overall very helpful.
