One of the worst experience ever had. I called the store regarding the availability of Samsung Note 20 ultra. She said that she can offer me $200 family and friends discount. I went and signed the contract trusting their word. There was no details or explanations of the charges, no printout to verify the charges and fees. After coming home checked my email and I was shocked that they charged me $20 upgrade fee without explanation and $128 down payment which I knew and now I have to pay $54.17 for 24 months. So that makes the phone price the way too high than the market price. The worst part, I called T-Mobile to cancel my order. After an hour conversation the lady said my order has been canceled. This morning I checked the status of my order and it said order being processed. I called T-Mobile and they said its too late to cancel. I should have canceled before signing the contract. Are you kidding! I will never buy a device again from these people. Its better to buy on BestBuy or Samsung website.(I hate to leave negative reviews but this time I felt like they deserved it).

I had a really great experience that day with Josh and Jeremiah helping me out. I was really upset and frustrated with my newly bought out 3 month One+ phone because it could not punch in the words correctly when I would type. Its been consistent the third month. I thought at first, its okay when it first happened and its not going to be that bad, but its been happening once a week and I would always restart my phone.... A newly bought phone, you gotta be kidding me... It was the first time ever I had this issue with a smart phone. So I came in to see how they can help me with my issue. Josh and Jeremiah were understanding and patient with me, I really felt like they cared and valued me as a customer.They both were professional, courteous, kind, and patient with me and helped me get the best option. Because of that Id definitely give them a 10! If I could rate them more, Id definitely will. The store too was great. It was clean, fresh, and the vibe was on point. Thank you Josh and Jeremiah, its been a pleasure meeting with yall. And thank you T-Mobile!

Tried to make me pay up front for a phone while making payments, this place has left a bitter taste for this carrier and shows no customer care at all. Unless you want to pay upfront for a phone then making 24 monthly payments for said phone, this is not a store for you

Honestly 1 Star is way to good for this store, in fact a -10 rating is what I give to the customer service at this store. The manager Stephanie is a liar and a cheat and when you go in to the store to confront her she is never available. She has her employees lie for her. When you ask for the corporate number or email they dont know it. This store is corrupt and I will never again do business or let anyone I know do business there again. Stephanie made promises she could not keep and stole money from me. Believe me this won’t be the last thing I do leave a bad review I plan to seek further assistance in the matter.

We used to go here all the time. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. We looked to upgrade and they didn’t want to put in the work to help us. We go to the one in Fountain and they are the BEST. They put in effort to help you with whatever. I would give this place 0 stars.

Too many mistakes made at this location that had me paying more than what I should have.Came in for the buy 1, get one free promo, only to find out the rep never looked into putting the phone on the required payment plan to make it eligible for the promo.Luckily I was highly attentive about it and contacted customer care who corrected it.Also the rep highly convincingly but falsely advertised that the accessories were free and included in the promo and ended getting both the Note 8 and S9 screen protectors, phones cases and a complete Samsung charging bundle.Only to find out on my next bill that I was getting charged for the accessories for a 24 month period, billed monthly. Over $200 worth of accessories that I would never spend on if I knew and was informed of the accurate details behind their scheme.Protected themselves by standing behind their electronic aggreement that I had no option but to sign, of course. Doesnt mean it was right but they couldnt even stand to admit they were wrong to begin with.Also failed to transfer the device protection onto the new phone on one of my lines, was paying for protection on the old phone still instead of switching it to the new one. Honestly, sloppy and lazy with their work ethics here.They dont know what theyre really doing at this location. A complete mess.Once the store makes a mistake the only way is to resolve it with the store.They are not very helpful on fixing their mistakes on their end or figuring out a compromising solution for the customer with the carrier.Worst location to purchase anything or resolve any issues with their lack of empathy and customer service. They assume they did their job right instead of looking into it and actually helping their customers. They lack attention to detail. They give you a headache more than satisfaction with your purchase. Manager comes off arrogant when confronted about the mistakes his employees made.

We were helped out by a gentleman named Jason who was super kind, helpful and very patient while we tried to figure out my brothers passwords. Sadly, my stars would have been 5 if this location did their job properly.I switch carrriers because I was told that T-Mobile was great with its customer service, great service, and that it was extremely affordable by several people. Could I have been more wrong??The switch of carriers from Sprint to T-Mobile itself was actually incredbily easy, but ever since then I have continued to hate cell phone companies more and more. First of all, we were getting charged for 4 lines when we only accepted 3, that was fixed but it required a lot of anger on my end (which I do not find fun). And then, the girl that created my account apparently just decided to make up my name so I had to fix that. Then, we got our next bill and it shot up almost $60 FOR NO REASON! I went online to see what happened. I had to call 2 service reps to find out, we were never set up for the right plan.Apparently one tiny word ON THEIR END can cost me OVER $60! And, I was told we could get refunded for a shipping fee on one of the devices, but never got it.I got my plan fixed, but sadly I definitely would take back what I have said in the past about how helpful they were, how easy the billing was, and etc. I cant stand constantly being lied to and it taking me to have to yell at people to finally get something fixed.Why cant cell phone companies ever just do their job! Unless it is making sure people hate them, then I would say it is a job well done.

Very poor customer service. I came in today, they sent me away saying they couldnt help me. I was coming in because my T-Mobile service wasnt working and they told me to go to an Apple Store they have to fix the antenna in my phone or you can buy a new iphone6s because that is the problem. They didnt look at my phone in the settings or try to do anything for me. One of the guys names were David. I will be switching my family back to Verizon. The service and customer service is 200% better then what I had received today. Need T-Mobile help find a different store! Never going back there and will never recommend this place to anyone.If I could rate it 0 I would.

I had a great experience here. AJ and Desmond were very helpful. I came in wanting an iPad and my screen protector replaced and Desmond even ran over to another location to get one for me while AJ kept me company and replaced my screen protector. They helped me get setup and I was very happy with my experience. Very fun staff.

I had the LG G4 and I told them that their group of tech people on the phone said to bring the phone and maybe they could do something to help in person not that there was a boot a loop problem that was a known problem in the LG G4 and many versions since and they were very unhelpful and picking out a new phone and also did not bother to text me when something was changed on my phone when I have a family plan and I am supposedly second person that is primary so they did not feel that they were at fault when an error was made removing entrance from my phone that would have covered the cost and they said well you would have just gotten another LG G4 - well sense it worked for a year-and-a-half and I liked it I would have just backed up everything better and not needed to spend $500 on this phone! But that is T-Mobile as a whole month this store in particular!

I could tell by the determined look on his face that he was not going to just let it go with a simple Youre gonna have to call LG direct. He climbed on the net and when I got back from eating he had THE answer for my problem! I was thoroughly impressed!

To the company, including this store location we have had the most worst experience with this telephone company. To any one who plans on joining Tmoblie ..good luck.. We got two phones in the middle of January and the gentlemen at this store location said I would only pay the taxes on it..sweet.. Later down the road I call because my bill makes no sense the rep informs me that Im paying off two brand new phones TAX INCLUDED.. So now Im paying for two brand new phones, one of the phones stops working Im talking about glitching, powering off and on for 6 or 8 mins, using an app for a couple of seconds and the app closes, the screen freezes.. This phone has no cracks or scratches. I call into today to discuss my bill again which was told there was a glitch in the system but after the phone call still a past due over charge was on my account..while on the phone about the defected phone the man at first said its free because of my warranty ..awesome .. But then goes to tell me that I have 3 payment shipment options ..I explain that if I have a warranty and you just said it was free why are you charging me? Oh dont worry I will wave the delivery charge 20 sum dollars but there is a tax fee charge of another 20 sum dollars. So its not free and THERE ARE HIDDEN FEES because from the begin to being told I was just going to be paying for the taxes on the phones to just paying for the whole phones to every time I call it seems Im being charged for something new to having to pay to replace a phone I have a warranty on . I mean I guess long story short Im switching and warn others for the future.

Switched from Verizon to T-Mobile, Jason the Store Manager went above and beyond to take care of myself and my husband! The whole process took no longer than 1 hour, ensuring we had all of our information transferred from our old phones to the new ones and that we were leaving knowing that we were taken care of from beginning to the end! Customer service at this location is HORRIBLE to say the least, they were the only location that had the galaxy s7 that I was looking for, of course they want to take your money but to go through the phone and teach you things about it forget it. As soon as Matt took my money and processed the purchase it was like hurry up and get out of my store kind of attitude. He didnt switch ANY of my information I was told to do it myself, I had to go to another location to get it done. I will not return to this location!

Very unprofessional. Very rude and lack of customer service. Had an employee place a screen protector on my new phone, they put it on incorrectly and when I attempted to return it, they wouldnt comply. Would appreciate some support for the amount of money Ive invested in my phone but I guess their care for their customers is as lackluster as the amount of personality within the store.
