This business cannot seem to follow their own posted hours of operation. I have been pacing the mall for last 43 minutes with store having no activity and locked up. This business owner, just like many others, should have the professional etiquette to update their correct hours of operation or fire whomever didnt show up on time.

Hope did an amazing job helping pick out sunglasses! She was patient and kind when I had trouble picking the best pair and provided an excellent customer experience.

I just purchased Oakley Frogskins from Oakley and the arms were a little crooked. In effort to get them fixed, I stepped in to see if SH would be able to adjust them versus sending them back to Oakley. The store associate tightened the arms and adjusted them to fit my face perfectly. THANK YOU!

Staff at Sunglass Hut in Chapel Hills are the best! Educated me on new tech plus showed total patience while I tried on almost every pair! Will continue to shop there for every new pair of shades!

Came to buy new glasses. Sign said bathroom break, back soon. Sat and waited 15 minutes. No one ever showed up. Will be buying online and not from here.

She is extremely knowledgeable and in a time where most stores almost make you feel bad for shopping there Sally made me feel welcome and I will definitely come back next time I need new shades!

I had to go to Sunglass Hut to get sunglass. I got to meet Adam. Adam is a genuine, helpful, kind, person. This is the kind of guy everyone wants to do business with. I had a great customer service experience. If you need sunglasses, I hope you go to this location.
