Great service and as fast as they could be. Federal background checks were taking 2-3 days but they were on top of it as soon as it went through. Great price and fast service 10/10 would recommend.

This is my new go-to FFL place for online gun orders. Efficient and nice people. Im pretty active on gunbroker.com and the transfer process can be annoying without the right FFL partner. These guys are pros and are providing a great service for the Springs.

Best place to do a transfer and buy a gun. Owner is a nice standup guy. Knows what hes selling and what hes talking about. On a side note, I had just recently moved and didnt have government papers with my current address. The owner, Richard Voelker, grabbed local DMV information for me so I could get my license changed to my current address. Within an hour, I was able to get back to the store and buy the gun of my dreams. Thank you Rich! Keep doing good things!

I placed an order for a rifle I had been wanting, walked in, got my rifle, did the background check, inexpensive, quick, and the people there were very polite and nice to talk to. If you need a place to transfer a firearm, or to buy one online, these guys are perfect. I will be transferring through them in the future as well.

Fantastic operation and great folks. Fair and competitive transfer costs ($26 including CBI as of today) and absolutely on the ball service and notifications. YES this is based out of a computer store (Volker research), and YES it is also the Gun outlet. Simply go in and say you need help with a transfer and they all know how to direct you within the store. I drive all they way across town to do my transfers here since they are so organized and professional compared to others I have tried in the past.If you couldnt find the place, and your only other review is for a pot shop, maybe it is best you were stumped since that possibly prevented you falsifying federal firearm transfer paperwork.

A great place to transfer your firearms. They have a FFL license and only charge $30 for a CBI background check. Very friendly store owners.
