I had a light fixture with a very hard to find bulb. After spending many dollars at Lowes and Home Depot on replacement bulbs their staffs assured e would work in my fixture (they didnt), I went to Bulbs Plus. Not only was service quick and courteous. but they double checked the replacement bulbs in the fixture just to make sure. To top it off, their price was actually less than any store I visited or any site I found on the internet. Im not going any place else from now on.

I needed incandescent light bulbs and someone told me to try Bulbs Plus. I checked the store hours and saw they closed at 6pm. I arrived around 3pm on 12/23. As I got out of my car I heard someone behind me say “timing is everything”. It was an employee, Patrick, who had just closed the store a bit early because of the holidays. He could have just jumped in his car and driven away, but instead he told me he would reopen the store for me. He spent quite a bit of time searching the store for the long list of bulbs that I needed. I was so grateful for his help.What great customer service! Patrick definitely surpassed my expectations. These guys know their stuff! Patrick sold me what I needed to convert my 96 fluorescent garage bulbs to LED. More importantly he was super knowledgeable and talked me through the process of removing my ballast and rewiring for the LEDs. Nobody else in town had the bulbs I needed and most told me I couldnt swap to LED without a LED specific housing. The garage now looks great and Ill be saving money for years to come!

Patrick, resolved an almost no win situation, regarding bulbs I ordered and the amount of said bulbs. While starting to fill the order Patrick found that the inventory they had wasnt sufficient to complete the order. I was informed that it seemed only 4 bulbs were left, not 14, and I had ordered 10. He promptly cancelled the order and issued a credit to my card, while informing me of the inventory issue. I then asked if he would revise the order and make it for the 4 bulbs as he had all the pertinent information from the original order. Patrick, again by email, now stated he could only find 3 of the bulbs I needed. So exceptional customer service kicked in and Patrick informed me that due to all the hassle with the bulbs, he would send the remaining 3 on their dime. Patrick went over and above even exceptional customer service, in resolving the issue. Highly recommend this company.Steve S.

The nice folks at Grainger directed me to Bulbs Plus for a floresent that none of the big box or hardware stores carried. Albert and Patrick were very helpful. If Bulbs Plus doesnt have it, they can probably get it for you.

Love BPI searched 3 different store before coming to BPI no one sold the bulbs I w was looking for but when I got to BPI they not only had the bulbs I was looking for but they had the best customer service Ive had in a long time thanks Patrick and Albert for the help getting the correct bulbs

This place is great. As a contractor I can call them up and they will come right out to the job and see exactly what I need. They have the best selection of Led lighting solutions period. They have helped me with new fixtures to upgrade the lighting and look of my jobs. They are also the only place I will go if my customer wants to retrofit an existing fixture to Led. They offer great warrantys on there bulbs as well. Almost all the bulbs and fixtures I have bought from them have come with a 5year 50,000hr warranty, some even have come with a 10year 100,000hr warranty. great place give them a try you wont regret it.

I’ve been using this business for almost 10 years and they always do a great job. Patrick recently helped me pick out LED bulbs to replace my fluorescents and took time to sketch out the wiring on the light ballasts to ensure success. This week I knocked over a really nice lamp and luckily just the bulb was damaged. I tried a different bulb for the lamp but it did not have different light settings like the original. I went to Bulbs Plus and the sales personnel were very helpful. Albert educated me briefly on three stage lights, anticipated my needs by asking what type of room lighting I need and what the bulb will be used for. The price and service were great!

The store is ok, but they are more interested in selling conversion fixtures than bulbs. Steer away from the young blond employee, I think his name is Anthony. He is not interested in the job or the trade, does not return calls, will be late (30+ minutes) to appointment without any courtesy of a warning phone call nor an apology when he arrives, as if it never happened. Dont waste your time with him - he is easy to spot as he will have headphones on looking at his computer screen (job related? Doubtful!) ignoring customers and requests from the rest of the staff.

WOW! this place has every type of bulb you can imagine. They are very nice and courteous people there. I had called and asked about some 8 foot LED tube light bulbs, which they had instock and even pulled up front waiting for me all boxed up and ready to go. Thanks for making it an easy and convenient trip.

Customer Service is fantastic! The employees all seem to help each other out. I had a very unique light bulb for a decorative cabinet my grandmother gave to me. Bulbs Plus was able to find the bulb and the price was much lower than I expected.

Inventory was not priced, making for a cumbersome inquiry. Everything had to be taken back to the counter to check the price. Clerk kept having to ask others for answers to my questions. They kept interrupting to help other people.

They were really nice and helpful. Also they have a great selection.

I have been going here for years for the uncommon, harder to find bulbs. Customer service has always been great and they have a wide selection of bulbs. If you cant find it at home depot or Lowes, bulbs plus probably has it.

Ive had a flashlight thats needed a bulb for sometime. I thought if I could find it anywhere, it would be at ......Bulbs Plus. Well, it wasnt, and customer service a little cranky about such a petty request. Lots of unpriced merchandise for sale that encouraged more crankiness when I requested a price for one unmarked item. To be fair, I have used Bulbs Plus many times before, and service was usually better.

These guys are friendly and very very helpful, the way customer service should be. Brought in an old and rare light from the 50s that needed a strange flashing bulb and not only did they have it but they also took the time to dig through the catalogs to find it. All of this for a bulb that cost just over a dollar. I highly recommend them especially for specialty needs.
