Great customer service but linen is shorter than standard soze in many cases.
Terrible product, 12-15 dirty & winked unusable napkins in every 100 bundle. driver never checks in at delivery. you get shorted items often. worst in customer service. would not recommend and would not use again.
Our commercial building has requested ALL black mats. Sometimes we get different colors, and most of the time, the delivery person has to be shown where the mats are located! Additionally, there have been numerous occasions where we have not had weekly service, but still get charged an invoice! we have security cameras and limited access, security on site that verifies all of the stated inadequacies with this demonstrated POOR, NEGLIGENT, INEFFICIENT operation in dealing with Central Linen of Colorado Springs.
I use them for all of my linen needs!
Poor service - sometimes this company has not shown up on site for a weekly service! BUT - they still seem to want to provide an invoice for services NOT RENDERED!
I would not recommend using this service. The deliveries each week are subject to what the driver thinks is fit for delivery. Thus what you are charged goes up and down and is not consistent. There was also inconsistency with the sheet sizes that were delivered and delivery times. I was supposed to get twin but regularly got larger sizes. The contract is long and can easily be misconstrued. The manager is difficult and does not care about anything but getting their money. When my mother was terminally ill and I was unable to continue working, this company did not care and we ended up in court. There are other companies to work with that are more professional, consistent with there services and just nicer.
Very good company. Was disappointed to see these other low rated reviews, that appear to be disgruntled former employees. As someone who works there regularly, I can say it is a great place with great management and customer service! They really strive to take care of their employees and customers.
We are current customers, and while the pricing is good and we enjoy our delivery driver, the general manager and their communication is very poor and generally condescending, as though talking to their children. The excellent driver customer service is what keeps our business.
Called to let them know one of their drivers was driving carelessly down the highway. Speeding (15-20 over the speed limit), cutting people off, and the lady I spoke to accused me of lying and refused to take a plate number. Glad to know they don’t give a damn about their employees driving abilities on the road.
Have worked here for 6 months...havent missed a day or been late at all...a honest days pay for an honest days work...not difficult work but is very good for my health as I am active all day...I am treated very well, appreciated and rewarded for my excellent attendance and hard work...love it here

Great company that has been around for decades. The management really takes care of its employees and customers.
Very very bad place to work dont work for them they always treat you bad they want you to go super fast and if you pick up your speed they will lie an tell you your not going fast enough just to fire you please tell people not to work here

Horrible, incompetent customer service. They lock you in with a contract for a year and make you suffer through their incompetence. Shady business practices that short change the customers through obscure operating. No one at the office seems to know whats going on.
