I brought the owner (I presume) a fairly simple job but on a rather unwieldy piece - drilling out and retapping two broken bolts on an awkwardly shaped aluminum housing. He said no problem, quoted me a not unreasonable price, and when I came back from a short trip out of town, the job was done. Everyone was friendly and professional, and Im very satisfied with the work.
