I will be returning my business to this company, they were there when I needed them. My grandma absolutely loved how secure and comfortable it was for her. I also loved how easy it was to lock her in and put the lap belt over her. Thank you all so much for being available it truly means a lot.

Used to be called performance Mobility but same place now I guess. Doug helped my dad with the purchase of a wheelchair accessible van. He was phenomenal as was the rest of the staff when we returned again to sell the van back to them after we no longer needed it. Their offer $ to purchase, which is essentially a wholesale bid was fair and my mom was happy.

23 years ago our son Garrett was born with CP. We knew that we would need a van for him but could not afford it at the time. As he grew older he became too heavy for us to lift in and out of the car and this made it hard for my wife to take him to doctor appointments and therapy. Now after saving the last 15 years for an accessible van Ryan Green really helped us with the van we selected. Ryan is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, he understood our needs and desires. This was a big purchase for us and Ryan made sure that we were comfortable with our purchase. All of the staff were very helpful in explaining things to us and helping us with any paperwork. A few of the techs even pointed out some extra features after they had clocked out for the day and that impressed us. Ryan and Rick hung out after hours making sure we were taken care of on the day we picked up the van. I’m pretty picky after saving so long and Ryan was very patient with me and he made sure I was happy. Doug McMasters, Mobility Advisor, is a great guy to work with. He is very knowledgeable and has a lot of experience dealing with people that are in need of a mobility van.

They worked with me and the VA to get the van I wanted very quickly.

This is a horrible place. I have been waiting months on a part and when i went in was told by an employee that if i wanted it i should of called to check to see if they had it in yet, so talked to a manager he guaranteed me he would call when he found the part and talked to Brauma Lift and yet he has not called either. They act is if your an inconvenience for them enless your buying and not trying to get warranty to pay or a simple fix done.
