I got a new muffler on 10.28.21. The service was prompt, professional and the owner was helpful in advising me. I was going to stick with same muffler closest to stock on my ol 4Runner but asked if there was something that would help performance without spending a ton more. I ended up going with a Walker magna flow turbo or something like that. He said it may be a bit louder. I didnt feel like I was being swindled and that he was really listening to what I wanted and needed and advised me adequately. And during this time I got informed my niece had a brain tumor. I was a bit emotional. I know this isnt a maintenance req but he was very kind and understanding as I checked out. I feel its important to note this man is a compassionate human being besides. I LOVE my muffler btw. My old little 4Runner sounds bad a@$! And it did help performance. I dont feel like Im dragging butt when I need a little extra oomf!

Always great service! I just had my second muffler replacement done with Front Range. I had my factory muffler replaced in 2012, great work then and now. 8+ years on a muffler, (especially the way I have abused it) is a good run in my book. It is an even better value given what I paid.Now I can drive my 2000 Silverado and it does not sound like a top-fuel dragster. =)I would not hesitate for a second to send anyone there for exhaust repair or custom work.

These guys are awesome! About a year after my repair my exhaust started making a rattling noise. They pulled it into the shop and had it fixed within 10 min no charge. A muffler hanger broke from driving trails 2 years after they put my kit on and I stopped by to ask John about it. Outstanding service! John met me at my appointment time and took my truck right into the shop. He asked me several questions about what I wanted to have done. It was a very simple straight-forward job. Within minutes he had an estimate for me. I was satisfied with the estimate and asked if he had time to do right then. He told me he could have it done within 2 hours. One hour and forty minutes later he was finished. A very professional installation and welding job. He didnt once offer to sell me anything more than I needed and what we had agreed upon. In the end, the actual amount didnt change from the estimate. I would highly recommend Front Range Muffler.

Had my new 2016 Tacoma fitted with a tail pipe tip at Front Range. I had been trying to locate the proper fit and size on-line and became frustrated with the prices and lack of information. Front Range had the exact tip I wanted in-stock, trimmed back the old stock exhaust tip, and had my new one professionally and cleanly welded on and out the door in about 35 minutes. I had my Flowmaster Super 10 muffler installed on my Ram 1500 a few weeks ago and I was very pleased. I had an appointment set up, but I was taken early. John got it done in about an hour. It sounds great and more importantly it looks very secure on my truck. I highly recommend this place.

Dropped off vehicle and it was done as expected. They made a suggestion for future work, showed me the issue, and brought it back into the shop to get it done when I said go ahead, versus doing the work without authorization and charging more than the estimate. Estimate was accurate within 10%.Would definitely call on them again when I need muffler work.Call well in advance, they are busy!

Top of the line experience. Did a full exhaust replacement on my 2014 Hyundai Genesis Coupe where I brought in my parts. They had to do some modifications because it didnt fit quite right, but got it done in just a couple of hours and didnt add on any extra fees. $120 out the door, half as much as the local competition! Im very pleased with the work.

I knew my exhaust had at least one hole in it so I called John at Front Range Muffler. I liked the price so we set up an appointment for the following morning. Prior to doing any work he inspected the exhaust and noticed my muffler was a dual outlet and told me that replacing it with another dual outlet would cost more than the single outlet that he quoted me. Anyway I love the look of the dual outlet so I opted in and not only did he replace it with a dual outlet, but he replaced it with a slimline dual outlet and charged me less than he quoted me for the standard dual outlet. Additionally he completed the entire job two hours before anticipated as the morning was slow. I would recommend this shop to anyone. John is up-front, personal, and obviously cares about doing a good job. My car sounds great.

This has been one of the best customer services experiences I have had with the auto mechanic industry. They were very helpful and very savvy about the problem that I had with my car. Very friendly and accommodating, had a past turn around. However, lack of attention to detail when it came to their work and I was left with a mediocre end product.

My tailpipe fell off of my truck. Husband thought we would have to replace the whole system. We might have if I had not taken it to John @ FRM.Word of mouth referral from the guys at Mikens auto BTW.He simply cleaned it up and welded it back on for a fraction of the cost of a new system.I was so impressed I’m going to have them replace my muffler too.Support small businesses! FRM won’t do you wrong!!

12/19/2018Was told to go somewhere else to get the work done. When I went to the other place they said there was no reason To deny work on my vehical because its a prius. They are lazy and will come up with excuses not to work on your vehical.P.S. Ive called around to other shops this is the only shop that will refuse to service a Prius. So far every shop(including the one they referred me to) I have talked to has said that there should be no reason to deny work on my vehical. This has lead me to believe either this shop is either lazy or has inaccurate information and does not know what they are doing. I looked further into their ratings and found another 1 star review claiming that they had improper schematics on another customer vehical as well.Even the people they referred me to said these guys were idiots. So this being said I would never want to refer anyone to this place!12/20/2018To follow up on the response the manager left below.I came to you guy 2 months ago for a different issue with my muffler. You said the same thing about not wanting to work on it because you were afraid you were going to mess up the synergy drive. It was then that I went to accurate Honda and they told me that yall didnt know what you were talking about (this made me feel dumb). The price they gave me was way to high. So I went to another muffler shop that was reasonably priced. They gave me no B.S. about possibly ruining my Prius battery and when i told them what yall told me even they said yall were idiots and that they dont know why you wouldnt work on it . Not 1 but 2 different muffler shop said you had no idea what yall were talking about that day. Even yesterday I called around to 4 different shops and you are the only one that gives a bs excuse. I think you should double check your facts b4 you send people off. So I DID GO to accurate Honda 2 months ago! They were just way over priced for the job they wanted done and when I went I little further down the street I was able to get it done for half the price. ONCE AGAIN THIS PLACE DOES NOT KEEP YOUR BEST INTREST AT HEART. DONT LISTEN TO ANYTHING THEY SAY. From my experience I saved about $75 just from not listening to them and going somewhere else and Ive got the receipts to prove it.

I came down here to seek advice about mating up an aftermarket header to my stock muffler on my MR2, and these guys were able to get me pointed in the right direction and get me the parts I needed. They informed me that they couldnt work on my system because I was eliminating the catalytic converter but they were more than happy to give me pointers and get me the flanges and gaskets I needed.

So I had an exhaust leak that was not a gasket like myself and other shops had originally thought, but the exhaust pipe itself was actually rusted through. I had multiple other shops quote me on replacing multiple parts of the exhaust system, which I was not interested in doing. Jon ( the owner of Front Range Muffler) came up with an immediate solution and completed the work that day. Jon actually listened to my concerns and took them into account. As far as I am concerned if you ever have any exhaust system problem dont even bother checking out multiple shops, just take it to Jon!!!

I took my car here for a second opinion. I was told by my dealership that because my P0420 code was triggered it meant my catalytic converter was bad but according to the diagnostic scans by Front Range Muffler my CAT is running fine and the code is possibly being triggered by a fuel system issue.

Got flowmaster 40s series put on my Dodge Ram in 2010. Absolutely love the sound and performance. John is a fair and honest guy and stands by his work. I recently went in when a clamp broke and John fixed everything free of charge in twenty mintues. Dont waste your time with midas, get quality work at Front Range.
