Literally terrible. Too much red tape to just upgrade a phone!
I brought my son in to see if he could be transferred from Verizon to T-Mobile. Not only did he switch but the associates did a great job explaining current promotions! He was able to get an IPhone 12 Pro and credit for his trade-in. The store was busy but the service was professional and they answered all of our questions. My son is now saving over $100 a month. GREAT JOB to this team!!!!
We had a lovely experience working with Dorsi (hope I spelled that correctly!) last week. The store was absolute chaos on a Friday evening and she remained calm and attentive to us and to other customers. I’m not sure who the other gentleman working was, but he was helping all the Spanish speaking customers, which was great to see. Thanks guys!

Never go to this store. They promise you promotions that do not exist. I was promised by the rep at the store about 50% off promotion on cell phone when you add in a line and that was a complete fraud.
Couldnt help me with my bill sent me to an old sprint store turned into a t-mobile they know their own policies.

Very Terrible I went there today after a long day of work wanting to check into the internet which theyre offering. Only to sit there waiting for just about an hour as 3 workers were busy with there same customers. Then 1 worker finished with his, then left probably to go home. The other2 workers still with there same customers .There was 1 lady in front of me. Then this lady came in and she told me it was her 2nd time coming in as they were so slow. I finally had enough of waiting walked out very disqusted....😣
Nick was awesome and the people in there helped me quickly and well. Definitely an improvement from the old staff. Very clean and were courteous about mask wearing and social distancing.
Was told to go to another store or call customer care since they dont know how to handle a Sprint account. What a joke.
I have been coming to this location for years because it is close to my home and my evolving business needs. What I have seen is the quality of customer service has really fallen off. If you have one staff member in the store that really understands how to use the tools to assist customers you are somewhat lucky, but at the same time that one person is constantly getting interrupted from helping you to help the other staff that dont really know what they are suppose to do. I dont really fault the staff cause they are trying to do the best they can with the limited knowledge they have. The headquarters REALLY need to address the lack of proper training of the sales staff.. You seem to have forgotten they are your face in the communities they work in. The one thing I do fault the staff and manager for is the lack of professionalism. When you have customers waiting you SHOULD NOT be on personal phone calls on the floor. When did this become acceptable??Update:I am pleasantly surprised. In all the reviews I have given about negative experiences in large corporate businesses, this is a first. Within a week of posting this review, I was contacted by T-mobiles North Central feedback team and then an email from there territory manager Abby S. who took the time to call me on the phone. She appologized but didnt make eccuses. She listened and we had a really good conversation.I am proud to say there are still people at T-mobile who take pride in there organization, understand the value of customers, the wisdom that comes from listening and learning and willing to take the steps necessary to earn customer loyalty. If you gave a bad experience with a T-moblie representative or store, please dont waste your time arguing, bad mouthing, or being combative. Take the time to communicate your issues respectfully and intelligently and you will get the issue to the right person to help you. I am not preaching, I am just being honest about what happened. You decide how you want to use this information.Great job Abby S.

Theyre fast and friendly here. I find a lot of T-Mobile stores have poor hours but its easy to get things done because the staff knows what they are doing.

Went in there spent an hour after I asked 2 times if we qualified I was told yes I have really good credit no money is needed . To being told I needed to put money down. So frustrated. Won’t go back there they need to get it together.
Convenient location and easy to get to. This is not a T-Mobile corporate store. This is a preferred authorized retailer. Most deals are honored here, but if you find yourself in a situation where you are concerned about something or having issues, go to a Corporate owned location. If you know what you want or need, this location is great.
I returned a phone that was at the end of its contract. The T-Mobile rep at this store took the phone back and said theyll take it out of my account. 3 months later I got a bill for the phone, I went and spoke to a manager (Chris) and he said hell have his manager clear the account. 3 months later, my account goes into collection. I went back to talk to a new manager, he said hell have his manager clear the account. 1yr later, collection agency spam called me. Went back to store, they said they cant do anything about it. I call customer care, they said its a store issues. Stuck in collection without a phone. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER on BOTH END. Will consider Legal action if this doesnt get resolved. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE OR T-MOBILE. There are better carriers out there.

Sub-par customer service and instead of walking out feeling excited about your purchase, you cant help but feeling pain and a little remorse.1. Greet me with a smile right away when I walk in — even if youre in the middle of helping someone.2. Did I say smile? Smile please.3. Listen more and repeat back what I said to show that you understand what my issue is.4. Dont expect me to know the ins and outs of your plans, costs, etc. Explain everything, and clearly. Tell me how much more/less Ill be paying, make sure I understand the implications of a lease or insurance, and help me understand my options as a customer.5. Work hard to make us feel happy in the end and we WILL be back and generally be more happy about it.Were it not for the location convenience, I would have gone to a different store. Next time Ill probably forsake convenience and go elsewhere anyway.

I am so impressed with this T-Mobile store. The service was excellent and the patience of the sales people was awesome. I am a older lady with little tech knowledge and Andy and Danny were so helpful and helped me tremendously. I switched from Verizon and I’m so glad I did. 👏

I walked in a asked to pay my bill for the next months use. The worker tried selling me a tablet with a 2yr contract plan explaining it as a post paid easy swap....The next day i almost was fired from my job cause i didnt receive a phone call. Apparently this employee thought it would be funny to leave $1 short on my bill. Watch out for thr two timers. Be educated
This store is full of scam. Be aware!. During December they had promotion--add a line and trade in eligible iPhone you will get iPhone XR. I traded in my iPhone and got XR just to release that I took the phone on credit. When I went back to the store and explained myself, I was told that the iPhone was not eligible. But then I wasnt told that when I was making the transaction. I got to talk to the manager. He told me that since he wasnt the December the. there is nothing he could do about it. Now an stake with 36month phone payment . I wouldnt have had a problem if I made the intention to buy the phone but I didnt . And, I was only given $54 for my iPhone 6 Plus. I would have donated my iPhone and paid the $54 instead but that didnt happen. Lost trust in T-mobile and their stores.

Brandy is EXCEPTIONAL! T-Mobile Corporate needs to recognize what they have. Every time I have a problem I seek her out. She remembers my name and does anything she can to assist me. I went to the corporate owned store at The Quarry and they blew me off and told me to call 611. After that, I only go to the 4400 Central Ave NE location. ALL the staff is friendly and willing to help.
T-mobile is a great phone company in my eyes. My phone service was to end on the 20th of the month. I still had service when I had paid my bill today. I highly would recommend. :)
Friendly helpful staff here. It gets very busy and would expect a wait time but the associates here definitely try to keep it moving and helpful.

Worst customer service from SO CALLED manager ROCKY. I went in for a warranty exchange and he started shaking my phone really fast saying he heard something moving inside the phone and he wasnt going to do the exchange. So I called tmobile and the phone rep. said that internal problems Is not in a warranty exchange policy but ROCKY still would not exchange the phone for me. Dont ever get service from ROCKY. Ive invested too much money into tmobile and Samsung to get treated the way ROCKY treated me today. He should be fired period.

The four sales people on the floor were far more interested in talking amongst themselves than helping their customers. After an hour and a half of waiting for my contacts to be downloaded I went home. When I called with a question they advised me to either come back in to the store or call the techline. Frustrating!
Been herw several times, staff here are usually quick to say hello and help you with what you came for so you can move on with your day.

I dread going here. The only reason I go is because its so close to my house. I will literally drive miles in the other direction rather than go to this location. I always feel judged when I walk in, and the staff seem annoyed when they have to help you. I watched a staff person sigh and roll his eyes when an older man walked in and asked for help with his phone.

Because they dont know what is wrong.. even knowing Im in a contract..with tmobile.. I insist the guy to call tmobile costumer care..and the guy did not wanna doit...so I insist..to call them and tmobile tech .suspprt.Tall the guy..to turn all wireless connections on...and my phone came on againg..W.F....this kids especially..the Somali guy...after I tall.him he needs to learn about phones..and help peaple..he got mad. I thought my phone was stolen from my job. I went to Tmobile in Columbia heights and they helped me so much.
Staff is too pushy, they wont leave you alone and let you look at a phone to see if you like it. Not going to this location again.
Tried to pressure me into buying other accessories, overall fake attitude from the worker who only cared about how much we paid and never stopped to discuss anything brought up in conversation of common interest but wasted time with having to demonstrate how plastic and rubber are 2 different materials and on the fact that the promo they were offering was never mentioned by the employees to save them time but luckily was remembered by me but that ended up turning into 15 more minutes of waiting and it was just a waste of 45 minutes in the end.
