Looking for chalk for kids. They had just what I was looking for. Staff are very nice and sweet. Well come again.

Super friendly and decent service

They are closed, and Im here twenty minutes before closing time. The employee came to the door and refused to tell me what time they actually close at. A different employee, not working but in the parking lot, says that they close at 830 for cleaning. Im not sure why they cant clean while being open or clean at nine, and it doesnt really matter, I suppose.

I walked up to the double doors for one item. Cottonelle* paper tissue. As I approached the second doors I saw what every warm bodied person in the year 2020 would appreciate seeing just past this last barrier- a fully automatic hand sanitizer dispenser!!!! Then, instead of spending 5$, I didnt spend any more than 11$ before I had three bag loads

Gary is very rude and ignores customers of certain backgrounds. I would not recommend going there!

Is not a dollar deal store as it should be from its name, actually its more expensive than big retail stores, I dont think it will be my first choice if I need a dollar deal store.

Store is orderly, and has hard workers

They never believe in getting the customer rang out quickly, ALWAY have to stand in a long line 9 out 10 times I go there. They need more workers, and get product out faster then what they do. They also need less talking to each other, & work!!!

I just left there and will never go back - a small gentleman literally chased me thru the store and told me to check my backpack in at the counter when i went directly to the chips aisle and was exiting so not even in the store for more than 30 seconds and told me i had to check my backpack in and i was up until today a frequent customer (2-3 times a week) but when people dont know how to properly approach some one they shouldnt be cashiers or in that field at all for that matter, maybe the dollar tree should pay them more for a security guard - either way i will gladly take my money elsewhere and for future the person whom chased me thru the store needs to be trained on how to do a better job at talking to guest, being rude and talking back to customers whom you offend isnt good customer service its just rude and disrespectful

Dirty, unorganized, staff don’t wear masks

Good food variety. Occasionally some of the food trays have dried out food from sitting too long, which is not appetizing. The shrimp are tasty.

Cheap on some stuff, nice little corner store when you live down the street and dont wanna go all the way to fridley to get some pop or smokes or milk

New products and layout of store is awesome. Wont hire a mixed woman for nothing. Lol

Poor customer service. Bag check with no alpha-numerical system to ensure that your bags are not stolen. Refused to ensure monetary compensation if items were stolen. I asked if clerk could go get the ONE item that I needed for me and ring me up, this was refused by the clerk and the shift lead/manager. This type of service is why I dont like shopping in stores located in urban areas. They are happy to take every penny you have but treat you like a criminal before you walk in the door are uncooperative and have poorly trained people with no customer service customer retention training and often do not take pride in their job and performance. . BTW there was no signs posted visible to the public regarding this bag check policy. The items I had were not sold in the store and I had a receipt on hand to prove that every item in the bag did not belong to F. D. Will never shop this location again.

I like this Family Dollar, there employees where very helpful and in the Christmas spirit. I also save a few dollars down loading the app and click a few buttons.

Only at Family dollar everything is 1 dollar. Many of the same items you would 2 or 3 times more for in any other store.
