Dude the service IN STORE is amazing, however I’ve been calling this location since last Thursday trying to ask a question to someone that can’t be found online an no one answers the phone! Doesn’t matter which department you choice. Jesus Christ get it together
I saw a lot of reviews about bad customer service, but that was the complete opposite from my experience today. At least three different employees helped us and were so pleasant to work with. They were very knowledgeable and talked us through all of our questions. They offered many products in store.
I cant believe I havent left feedback for this store yet! I LOVE Palmetto state armory and have been shopping here and using the range occasionally since they opened. I prefer outdoor ranges but their range here is very nice, well lit, and a better environment to shoot handguns in than a public range if there are other people on the line. I took my cwp class here 5 years ago and just bought I think the 3rd firearm from this store. The staff are friendly people, the selection and prices are comparable to the best Ive seen anywhere. The ammo is scarce nowadays but thats everywhere and solely a manufacturer issue not at all a store issue. I hope to do many more years of business with Palmetto state armory at this location. 👍
Neat, well stocked store. One gentleman with red hair (skinny) could really learn some customer service, Ill have to get his name next time and update this.You can educate and provide knowledge to a customer without accusing the customer of lying.Dont expect to discuss personal issues privately, about your background check,He will just announce it to the whole store with his big mouth. Gotta work on that tone.
I’ve been attempting to call the store regarding a purchase for over a week. I’ve called everyday trying to get a hold of anyone in firearms or customer service, but the phone just rings until I’m disconnected. Does anyone answer the phone?? This is getting to be very disappointing as I’ve heard good things about their customer service. This has not been my experience at all!!
This place is a joke! My wife came in to purchase a pistol (not having much knowledge about pistols i was asking questions. She found a pistol she wanted and purchased it. This is where things get fishy supposely!! Was told to shop around while waiting on a background, she wanted to buy another pistol. Some yound guy comes out the back ans says he doesnt feel comfortable selling us another pistolwhen he told her she could purchase two!! If u felt that way why sell her the 1st pistol?? Guess the fact the fact we are a interacial couple had nothing to do with it! Definetly wont be shopping there again!!

So I bought a rifle online from PSA and it was shipped the very next day. Awesome right? NOPE! Four weeks later I decided to go the Columbia store for the third time after sending multiple chats and calling multiple times with zero success and there it was. Had been sitting in the back of the store. Never received a phone call or email from them. Ive spent thousands on gun purchases over the years with them but they have lost my business forever. Worst customer service experience ever!
Customer service was phenomenal! Abbie assisted a friend and me earlier today (5/8/21) with the most patience in the world! We needed assistance with some sunglasses and she immediately came over and allowed us time to work through options without rushing. We also had her at checkout and she quickly amended a price that rang up incorrectly with no hesitation or issue. She was such a sweetheart and an absolute joy!James Ruiz was also super helpful with another portion of my purchase and gave me a solid recommendation for which item to choose. It was the main reason for going so the advice was definitely appreciated!I loved the outer look of the buildings and once inside the ease of finding everything we needed was welcomed. We actually didn’t make it too far into the store, everything we went for was between the entrance and the register; it was very convenient. They were busy with a constant stream of customers but every step of our experience flowed well and we only had to wait to checkout for just a minute. Even the manager was hands on with customers, which says quite a bit.I had reached out via Facebook a few days ago and even the conversation with that person was noteworthy, they answered my questions quickly and matched some humor in their responses. I’ll happily shop with them again!!!
I purchased my first AR-15 here and the staff was very helpful. That had a great selection. I thought the gun was malfunctioning and called and found out there was no refund. Luckily it was operator error and the gun is great.
They will not answer the phone. I ordered a couple of guns and got a email that said I had to let them know they were my ffl and you cant get them . Sorry !!!!!!!!!!
This was my first experience buying a gun online. I looked around for a few months because I wanted to make sure the site I used was legit. I was looking for a certain pistol because no one has stock in my local area. I chose PSA because most folks speak decently of them. I am from the SE US and a lot of people buy from them. I was looking for a Springfield Armory 1911 and settled on the Range Officer Champion, 45 ACP, 4 inch barrel. I ordered the gun on a Saturday, it shipped Tuesday and I picked it up from my FFL Friday. Six days start to finish. I made an account, followed their instructions and those of my FFL and I had zero issues. PSAs communications during the process were timely and their site and its system worked well. Their prices are cheaper and or comparable to other big online outfits. Their ARs and kits for ARs are cheaper bc they are made in house. I had an outstanding experience. I don’t get the negative reviews, most of them are probably people who don’t read instructions and expect mommy to do it for them. I’ve even bought a bit of ammo from them. If I buy another AR in the future it will be from PSA. I had large reservations about buying a gun online. PSA killed it with me. I ran 40 rounds through the pistol right out of the box, no issues. An all around excellent experience.
It was a great experience. Chandler helped me pick out the perfect gun for my needs. Not only did he take time to explain the guns he was very knowledgeable with helping me understand the why and the value of each gun he shared.He took his time and I didn’t feel rush to make a decision. He shared his knowledge and I left there with more confidence. Thanks y’all!
Not all of the employees are rude. However I know of about a few that act like they hate their job. No personality and no manners. At least fake it if you’re going to be serving people.
This place isn’t for minorities that’s for sure, walk up to the counter and everyone walks off, go down to the other end they all go the other way. Somebody else will get the business of my team.
Given the current situation on shipping, I understand how certain items could be out of stock, but having online items not available in the store is ludicrous. I’ve purchased items in store that were “out of stock” online, and then told “too bad, that’s how it is…” when looking for a part. You can’t apply a discount on the website, “oh you should write that in the review” I did and it’s ridiculous that you can’t apply a promo code. I will not be a patron with PSA any longer. There are other stores with the same or better merchandise.
I can’t stand dealing with the “sales people” at PSA’s Fernandina location. They are terrible. NO ONE knows ANYTHING about any of the products they sell. Their “customer service” is nonexistent. No wonder the biggest complaint about PSA is their sales people. I was prepared to purchase a suppressor from PSA today 10/6/21 and because the “kids” behind the counter had no idea what they were talking about, I bought elsewhere. I firmly believe they hire any uneducated bum off the street to work behind the counter. It’s terrible. I left the fernandina rd location frustrated, yet again. I wasted my time even traveling out that way. Save your $$. Take it to a local shop, not this corporate garbage that PSA is evolving into.
I know this is the retail store but this is the address I was given to me online so this is where Im writing my review. I order two different items and for some reason it created two different orders which isnt the issue. The issue is that one order ship within a week and the other order is 16 days processing. Not to mention the first order I got was the wrong item and now I cant get ahold of anybody through email, phone, or fax to get this corrected. I got an automated email telling me that there shipping time is 7 days longer than normal but still it should have been processed by now. The order I did receive came with the wrong buffer tube and it cannot be used with a stock that it came with. This was a build kit and all came together so I double check to make sure I didnt order the wrong thing and this was no fault of my own. Im trying to cancel my order that is still being processed but apparently theres no way to do that and I want to return my build kit since I am 100% dissatisfied with this company but Im afraid that I will return it and they will have the product and my money. It wouldnt be so bad if I could just get some help. Right now the ball is in their court and they hold all the power. This is the worst experience Ive had shopping online. Never again will I go through this company.
Absolutely terrible experience, I have two separate online orders totaling $1700 sitting in ‘processing’ status for two weeks now. No one will respond to my numerous attempts to contact, either through email or chat
Please dont buy anything seeing even good price. Why, cause, no response after you buy, gone just gone.I hear you made four or five times to give me the tracking number but they have updated the tracking number almost 25 days after.Now I have to be fine to my FFL because they only wait for 15 days then they started counting fine everyday.They could not even give me the tracking number to see They have updated August 19th when the product delivered August 4th I have purchased July 25 now imagine what a service!!!!!!?
I purchased a firearm online and there was a defective part and it is impossible to get a hold of someone to talk to with the online sales. Left message after message emails going on 3 weeks now and I still can’t get anybody to talk to. Since I purchased it online the retail stores will NOT help me in anyway. If you need help with an online firearm purchase good luck to you.

Customer service needs improvement trying to contact someone is awful. You will never get anyone on the phone. And trying to chat with an agent takes forever. When you finally get to speak with someone your question are half answered. Dont even ask for a tracking number for an item ordered I was told they are not provided sense the item was being shipped within the same state but as of this review it has been 11 days and I still dont have the item I ordered.
I tried to purchase a gun Saturday said had to wait on background check no call back I have called store over 10 times just trying to check status just rings then hung up on customer service apparently is at bottom of their list as long as they get your money they happy but don’t expect call back or any type of service after apparently. I went here to get ammo since I was getting my cwp I walked around for legit 10 minutes not one person offered to help me now other customers were being offered help and were asked did they need but I guess nothing about me walking down every single aisle says I need help long story short now I have a box a bullets I cant even use cause they Kam my gun. I refuse to shop anywhere where everyone is not treated the se very disappointed
Awesome people, awesome place. People that work there are knowledgeable, and friendly. I couldnt recommend this place enough. The pricing is fair. Most ammo prices are still around pre-shortage times.
I had an issue with my background check that was a minor technicalitie, the staff on the evening of May the 13 could see that I was irritated but continued to act professional and courteous. This place is top notch for technical help and any thing else you need to know about firearms. Thank You!

Placed an order for ammo online shipped the next day, was told by UPS it was delivered to my house. Was in fact sent back to PSA, PSA contacted me to verify address. Was shipped again and not delivered! 3rd time this has happened to me, will no longer make online purchases through them. Store prices and experience are very good though.
Their customer service is pretty trash at times. Went to the range and needed 2 lanes and the guy said that we couldnt have 2 lanes because there was a CWP class in progress. No big deal. We asked when would be a good time to come back and he just dismissively said Couldnt tell ya. Thats it. Didnt even bother trying to find out or offer another time.
I know these guys get a lot of bad rep about customer service. What people dont mention or seem to notice is that they are constantly PACKED. There hasnt been a time I have been in and seen everyone working there with a customer while more are waiting for their attention plus the phone ringing of the hook. These guys have more than their hands full but has always been super helpful and nice and have taken time with me to answer any questions despite being angry eyed by the masses. So shout out to my local salesmen (and ladies) for holding down the impossible.
This place has zero customer service. They sent my order with the wrong color nutmeg furniture (much darker and more red than any of their pictures or customer pics). I spoke with them and emailed with them immediately after the transfer. They said “the firearm you received is the correct one, it is just a darker tone.” And that “Photos are provided for general identification purposes only...”Not willing to do ANYTHING to try and make it right.If you ordered a tan jacket from a department store and they sent you a red jacket, wouldn’t you expect them to correct the issue? Shouldn’t PSA’s photos be representative of the items they are selling?
Literally came from Nebraska to visit this store and was treated like I didn’t even belong in the establishment! I don’t know if it was my skin color or not but i’ve never experienced anything like it before in my life! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO COME HERE!
I purchased a defective stripped lower. While installing their trigger guard the ear broke off the receiver. Says lifetime warranty. This is a lie they told me I did not install it correctly they never even saw the damage or inspected it. The Manager Josh would not even take my call. Beware if you buy it you will get no service if there is a problem.

Most of you know, places like this are currently flooded with business. Most are dealing with the extra business and then you have places like this. They literally dont care if you buy from them or not. Customer service is terrible. 30+ minutes on hold times no replies to emails etc. PA needs to realize that the current market situation is not going to last forever and good customer service is what brings people back. Good luck to them.
You get what you pay for. Dont buy a $399 AR15 expecting match grade quality. A cheap AR15 gets you a functional rifle for range play of self defense. Youre not going to rank first in a marksmanship contest which is what some of you seem to expect.
Very poor customer service. This you to be the place to go to but honestly I have found some better prices locally. To drive 2 hours from my house for terrible customer is ridiculous and this last visit will be our last visit. The customer service online isnt better either. I left several messages with them and they promised to email the store but that was a lie. Its been a month now and if I dont get a return call by Friday I will be forwarding my complaint to the BBB.

Not only do they never have what you want in stock but I’ve called this place on about 4 different occasions and they won’t answer the phone .Edit went today for the first time, didn’t get any help and worker was arguing with a customer . Only positive was they did have items in stock

He made a great recommendation for what i was looking for. Chandler and PSA are definitely great for firearms. Great friendly customer service!
Great store. Place is always PACKED. Plenty of firearms to buy. Not much ammo to put in said firearm.
Customer service isn’t the best… they drag out accepting responsibility for warranty repairs… But In the end they did make it right and fixed my issue.. it could’ve been resolved a lot easier but I could tell they were clearly trying to avoid fixing the problem… once I mentioned another manufacturer they immediately sent me a return label and fixed my issue…
After reading many of the negative reviews, I think maybe some of these reviews have to do with PSA warehouse. I will address the PSA retail store in Columbia. I have been in the store on several occasions, an must admit I was somewhat surprised at how relieved I was that the employees of PSA treated me better than I have been treated in years. I have done business with gun stores in five states in the past 60 years, and without exception I have been confronted with the most arrogant employees imaginable. Not so at PSA. The visits I have made to Columbia have been informative and always helpful. I just want to thank the owners, cause folks, sewage don’t run uphill.
I have purchased several items from Palmetto State Armorys website and have been very pleased by their customer service, shipping times and the products themselves.On example includes the PSA premium classic lower parts kit and a PA-15 lower receiver which I paired with a CMMG 300 BLK 12.5 inch barrel and a few other gadgets... and it operates flawlessly.Spent a few minutes on the phone prior to purchasing, and had no issues at all.
I have been a long time customer of PSA. Their returns policies and procedures are ridiculous, especially when ordering online. They say 7 day return processing. Its more like 14 business days by the time your refund comes around. Their customer service reps give you different answers for everything most of them are extremely rude and unprofessional. I will never purchase something from you ever again off your online store. It’s not worth my time after calling and or emailing repeatedly to get the correct information. Do yourself a favor and drive to a retail location, At least your store employees know how to give excellent customer service.

I mirror the same sentiments of many other reviews in that their customer support is non-existent. Being the cheapest option for a few items gets you to their site, but that price comes from being the worst quality and having no customer service. I ordered an upper combo, upon receipt found the Palmetto State Armory upper had a factory dimensional error on the rear takedown lug. It would not engage 3 different brand lowers I had on hand so instead of taking the time and money to send it back, I machined it to the proper dimension. I documented everything by photo and measurements and emailed this to PSA asking for minor reimbursement for my time and machining spent fixing their mistake; this saved them money at bare minimum in shipping. Their reply to my email was, “We don’t do that.” Not even, hey sorry about that. Not even, our apologies; here is a coupon for your next order.They later sent me an email asking for a review of the item; I submitted a review twice with similar wording to this and they will not publish it. So the reviews you see on their site are only hand-picked ones they like to build their rating. Friends and I discussed their deals in prior but I WILL NOT recommend ANYTHING they offer ever again. This is not because of the faulty parts but because of the lack of response and non-existent customer service.

Maybe the high demand for firearms in this crazy world means you dont have to worry about customer service. Dont bother trying to call, they will not answer. All it does is ring and eventually just hangs up on you. I was about to drop some $ on them but I guess they dont want it that bad.
Great prices on ARs, if youre looking for awesome online deals their daily deals are posted everyday at noon but if you want to know about it before they post at noon, you can sign up for the emails. I highly recommend you do that.Some people give it some negative reviews but thats due to change and growth when a company grows so quickly that they cant keep up with the demand some people become prima donnas, thats right I said prima donnas theyve stepped up their quality of customer service & Representatives on the showroom floor as well as the way they display their different models. PSA is one true Second Amendment company. Dont forget, Wednesday is Ladies Day at the range. Come one, come all!
Update: Customer service got back to me 5d later, via email, and were efficient in cancelling my order. It does take 5-7d to get your money back in the account. I ordered a replacement. All gun reviews are great and for the money hard to beat, so I endured. My 3-stars is only about customer service, so far. Hopefully, I wont have a Nathan Miller experience. See a few reviews down.ORIGINAL REVIEW: Cannot talk to a real person about an order. The phone message says to contact them through the website messaging system. I have left 2 messages, via web form, and days have passed with no response. Customer service therefore is POOR. I wish I could just talk to a person to make one adjustment on my order. That said, I am still looking forward to my PSA AR-15. I heard they are great. If they dont get back, soon I will cancel and move on to a company that can help it customers.The gun is so AWESOME THOUGH! MY FAVORITE GUN NOW!
Pros:Great selection, reasonable pricing and very knowledgeable staff.Cons:Very rarely can you get decent and timely service behind the gun counter. Just left and there was about 20 customers to one rep. Even a simple acknowledgement of hi, we see you would go a long way. The DMV for all of its shortcomings can at least manage people and arrivals better.
I love the rifle and the fact that its made right here I south carolina. The only down side I see to the rifle is that standard USGI magazines dont fit very well in them they are way to tight. It would have been nice to know that before I bought it because it could have been a deciding factor, now Im stuck with magazines I cant use and have to buy more.

No bad word to say about any of the Palmetto stores. Bryan and Amanda have always been helpful and love to talk shop. The new AR I got has seen plenty of time at the different locations and if I have ever had issues, they have been sorted quickly and without any fuss.
I ordered a weapon online. A week later I get a email stating that the receiving site does not have the proper paperwork....isnt that something you should stay on top of before you offer as a pick up site? I emailed a alternative.....one week later....still no response. I will be going to my bank for a refund. They are PURE trash.

I’ve purchased two handguns from PSA and I’m very pleased with both of them. I felt like I got good prices on both. I did ask for help in selecting a mag loader for one and was given the wrong one and I strongly suspected it was not the right one so I should have declined it so my fault on that one. I took the beginners gun safety class because I felt I needed a refresher and it went really well. I’ve been to the range now twice and have thoroughly enjoyed it. I’m in a wheelchair currently because of an injury and they allow me to use the end booth to shoot which gives me a bit more space to accommodate my chair. Yes they are busy but would you want to shop where it’s not busy? They must be doing something right. No one has been rude to me - not syrupy friendly either, thank goodness. Just matter of fact and business like. No nonsense as it should be when you’re dealing with firearms.
Workers do not appear to know their weapons. After confirming with 2 of their workers, my local gun shop, and MD state police that the item could be be shipped to MD, I ordered a TS12. 5 days later they said the item was shipped, the next day they said it wasnt in compliance for MD and they canceled the order. I waited for 10 days, but NO refund. Then they said it could be shipped - I declined because I bought it someplace else. They indicated that the refund was not processed correctly and would issue a refund. 8 days later still NO REFUND. Total 28 days - NO REFUND. Bad customer service, bad finance department, terrible company
I went to purchase a firearm but forgot to change my address on my CWP. Had to get the background check done again. After waiting two hours was told it was a delay so they would contact me in a few days. I called back two days later and was told it still had not come back yet and they would call me and let me know. A week later I went in the store looking for something else and inquried again about the background check and was told that with the backlog it would be at least two weeks before they hear something back. After three weeks I went back and asked one of the staff and he said nobody called me back and I stated no. He went back and checked and came back after ten minutes and said it was denied. Now mind you I never got a call back letting me know this. I am a police officer for 25 years and have a CWP so I dont understand why it was denied. I have had several background checks done in the past and never had this problem. The firearm that was on hold probably has been sold now even though I was told it will be held for 30 days. I am upset because there could at least been a phone call made as promised to let me know the status so I could address it. So if I did not go in person and ask I would have never known the status. This is not how you treat customers. Also if I already have a CWP and have had it for a few years, why would I be denied???? Makes you wonder what is really going on. Very disappointed and very upset.
This is the retail store. I called hoping to talk to someone to check their in-store inventory before making the trip. They hung up on me 4 times in a row without speaking to me.Tells me all I need to know, right there.
This has been one of the most painful customer service experiences I have had in quite some time. Please save yourself the burden of dealing with Palmetto State Armory and order elsewhere. I ordered an item and cancelled it a few hours later. I received an email confirming my order was cancelled and I would have the refund in 5-7 business days. Despite them canceling the order, the order still shipped. I attempted to email them multiple times to ask what to do because the item shipped, and then again to let them know the item arrived and what to do from there. The 7 business days had passed and I had no refund in my account. I finally had to message them on Instagram just to get a response. The following Monday I got an email saying they sent a prepaid shipping label to my email address and that once they receive the item, they will process the refund. Great. Only I never received a shipping label! I have since then emailed them twice asking for a shipping label and I have yet to get a response. Please do yourself a favor and order from a different company. NOTE I would love to call and talk to someone, but they are currently not accepting calls.
I purchase many items from PSA, because of the price, quality, getting all my questions answered by friendly, knowledgeable staff who goes out of their way to help all their customers and I feel like its my second home.

Salesperson wont walk to you, you have to stand next to them to wait on you. They only wait on people who are standing next to them. Waited over 15 minutes for someone to help me then they didn even have the part. I would shop somewhere else if this is the service you get.
This review pertains to customer service for online orders. I’ve been doing business with PSA for several years and up until recently, haven’t had any problems. I recently received some incorrect items in an order, and tried to bring it to their attention. It really wasn’t a big deal, as the items received were very similar and seemed to work just fine. The problem I had was with their response, or lack thereof. They just would not accept the fact that a mistake was made and basically told me the items received were correct. First of all, they have stopped accepting phone calls. Secondly, they will take weeks (literally) to respond to an email, and that response will be short and unhelpful. Follow up emails will be ignored. I know some of the merchandise and pricing they have can be very tempting, but please do yourself a favor and take your business to someone who cares about you as a customer. If and when you do end up having a problem with a PSA order, they will not help and it will be your problem to deal with. Period. Don’t believe me, read other reviews. Good luck cashing in on that lifetime warranty when they just ignore your emails. Seems that some folks have even shipped items back just to have them never be seen again. Really disappointing that a likeminded 2nd amendment loving company could be so spineless. Similar products and deals with much better customer service can be found at Aimsurplus, classic firearms, and recoil gunworks among others.
Finally a gun store I love to shop in! The associates there were great. Cant remember his name but the man could be Ron Swansons brother. That dude was awesome! Anyways, I could have depleted my savings account here. Lots of selections. And I dont get the typical other gun store associates trying to sell you opinions more than guns and parts. Just come here to buy your guns and ammo! This is now my go to store!

After 40 minutes on hold, was told in 30 seconds they would not replace my bending bolt catch bolt on my psa 9mm sbr lower without sending it in, and could not sell or tell me the size I need to order because the 9mm lower is proprietary.... I followed up with an email to give them another chance, to which I received no reply.Update: two or three months later, i have received a replacement threaded bolt catch pin.
As mentioned by others, yes, the store does get busy at times, but show me a store that doesnt? I cant fault the service here and everyone is always so polite. Bagged some great deals on bulk ammo and used the range a number of times. This is my go-to store now.
Honestly the worst customer service, my bill kit was shipped without some of the parts and all they could do was tell me it would take 5 to 7 business days and there’s no way they would let me pick them up. I live an 2 hours away from Columbia, I already waited so long. at this points I am kinda scared if they are going to mail me the right parts this time
Been waiting weeks for a refund on a return. No response to emails or phone calls. Customer service is nonexistent. Id suggest not shopping online with PSA

I drove up from Myrtle Beach to buy and AR and let my sons shoot, went to buy the ar and the lady at the counter didn’t realize I was buying a upper and lower, she scanned the 200 rounds of 9mm and lower said it will be $143 I told it the upper to so she said I’ll cancel and redo your order then with the upper it was $785. I get home both charges or on my bank and now a week later I’ve called the store 7 times a day and can’t get anyone to answer the phone just rings then hangs up. Somebody needs to get in touch with me form this company.
The store is incredible, and the online purchases went even better. My orders shipped to my home in New Jersey and arrived early and perfect. Mr recent visit to South Carolina and going to the store blew my mind. Dont listen to the negative comments/reviews. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Great experience today at Palmetto State Armory. I went in to purchase my first gun. Ryan, our sales guy, was awesome. Since this was my first gun, Ryan shared tons of information about the gun brands, manual safety, and any other question that I had. I decided to use their try before you buy program. Instead of just telling me where to go, he walked me over to this area and stayed with me until I was ready to head to the range. After trying two 9 mm guns, I quickly realized that it had too much recoil for me. I headed back out to the gun range desk to return the weapons. I was disappointed as I worried that I wouldnt be able to find any gun that I could handle. When I returned, the gentleman (wish I could remember his name) inquired about how it went. I explained to him my issues and he suggested another gun that I should try. In addition, he gave me tips on how to breathe and hold the gun to help with recoil. These tips meant so much to me. Even though I still need more practice, the tips he gave helped when I shot the 380. This gun felt good in my hand and I was able to handle the recoil. After finishing shooting, I thanked the gentleman and headed back to talk to Ryan. I shared with him my experience and he showed me the 380s that they had. He never pressured me into a sale, but remained calm through out all of my questions. I definitely recommend a visit to Palmetto State Armory.
Good outfit, ordered online & took a bit longer to ship than expected but with COVID issues very understandable. Good prices and selection of products, very satisfied with my purchase.

Was sold the incorrect scope for the wrong price just to get me out of the door. So thankful PSA in Greenville took the return and didnt just try to hurry me out the door.
I have seen a lot of poor reviews indicating bad customer service. I must agree with these from the experiences I have had with them in the past. I have been trying to contact someone regarding an order and no response. No one is answering phones nor responding to my emails.
I recently visited family in SC. While there I came across a gun that was perfect for my wife. The price here was great but Im not a resident so I couldnt purchase a firearm. I read several negative reviews about experiences online and in the store. I was apprehensive about ordering but the price was so good I decided to give it a try. I will be back. Great 1st experience with ordering guns online.

Waited in the line outside in 95 degree weather for about 20 mins just to go inside and wait another 20 mins for service and the little guy acted like he didnt want to help. He showed no interest in providing any kind of answers yet alone customer service. Its already chaotic due to this pandemic and no one really knew where any line was once inside or how to get any assistance. I explained I was a first time buyer and he seemed like it was an inconvenience for him to even address me. I didnt wait in all those lines in all this heat to be treated like that. And I drove from out of town! What a waste.
