Delivered our Home Depot purchased Washer and dryer on time. Carried into our house and installed and tested each unit to ensure they were operational. Washer front was dented, worked with me to ensure I was satisfied with the proposed LG authorized compensation. Great service.

Used Columbia Linn Star through Home Depot. They destroyed a water hydrant in my yard and refused to take any accountability for their damage. I will never use them again which is probably why they are not compelled to act. Horrible customer service. To their credit, Home Depot did support me but Linn Star did nothing positive. I would not give them one star

Ask about all their policies beforehand. Showed up to install a dryer, but due to a policy where they cannot touch my washer, they couldnt install it. Fine, did it myself. Not a big deal.Then they showed up to pick-up the old dryer, but lo and behold, another policy we didnt find out about until the last second, the dryer was suppose to be outside. I was not told this, and of course nobody knocked or rang the doorbell, so they drove off and simply rescheduled. So damn convenient, Im buying clotheslines next time.
