Have had 6 cars painted on decker Blvd. This will probably be the last. Second vehicle they painted and looked to not have been sanded. If sanding is a extra charge say so, but I expected better sanding. Didnt even sand off where decals were knowing we were not putting them back.

Took my vehicle there to be painted on Monday got back on Wednesday morning. Love the color, only thing I did not like they painted my chrome pipes and most of my trimming on my car had paint on them.

Great staff on Decker Blvd. This is where u wanna go for a quality paint job on your rough vehicles. Its not going to be flawless but its going to be nice. Check out Tory over there he will definitely make you want to come back over and over.

The staff was nice however you could tell that they did a quick, inexpensive job ...bad masking of the paint job got paint all over the Molding... and the paint color was supposed to be navy blue and it ended up being bright royal blue! Oh well you get what you pay for!!

I had spots on my car that wasnt painted and I was told to bring it back and they would repaint it. It wasnt repainted it was touched up and now it looks worse. Ive had 10 cars painted there in all,but the last two was a poor job. Im done with them and Im telling everyone I know

The new lady answering the phone is just sarcastic and rude. Must be under new and inexperienced management...Mike needs to come back and get that place back in order ASAP!!!

This place paint my Cadillac and did a terrible job I mean horrible don’t let them paint your car. They painted dirt on my car this is terrible my car looked better before I let them paint it.

Decker location needs a new manager I believe Marques was who I delt with the first time then they moved him to west Columbia, man on decker now is not who you need there, thank you for your time

Did not deliver on time had a bad experience they told me one thing and did another.I told them when I needed my vehicle back I took it in Monday they told me it would be ready Wednesday and it wasnt ready until Friday I Called and ask was the vehicle ready I was told yes when I got there I still had to wait about 45 minutes after telling them I had another appointment that I had to be to. I was a very dissatisfied customer.

It’s not every day you meet someone with a smile on their face even when they are sick. I’m am lead reporter for WACH FOX in Columbia and my vehicle was not presentable to commute for work. Not only did Terrence “Yes ma’am, and No ma’am” every response, he did it to every customer whom came in behind me! I took my truck on 5/11/20 was told I would get it back 5/14 that did not happen. Never got a call when I showed up Jess told me my car was not ready maybe Friday or Saturday. Told me they were working on it on Thursday that was a lie. I asked for the manager she said I’m the manager and was snappy. I asked for her boss she took my information and had Jay who was her boss who Told me I could get my car on Friday at 9 that was a lie. He was not any help and told me he didn’t have a boss just the owner and he don’t talk to customers. I called another store and left a message for Jay boss who was Harry who was not any help either so I want people to consider taking the car other places and not dealing with this unprofessional company. They keep telling me I should have read the signs on the wall so please read signs on the wall before dealing with this place.

Paint job was standard and after reading these reviews I know it wont last. This place should do a better job at hiring their staff and/or securing vehicles left on their property. Whoever they had working on my car stole a very expensive pair of Ray Ban sunglasses. Guess its on me thinking I could trust a business Im paying over $900 to, didnt know I needed to clear out my car before leaving it with you guys. Called and spoke to the manager and of course said himself or his staff knew anything. Smh. Definitely wont be returning or referring anyone to this place.

I would never recommend this place! My paint started chipping and i took it back to get fix only for them to paint my car door a different color from the entire car they painted. Whoever Mike is said “they don’t offer the same color” very unprofessional!

Got an old beater 94 civic painted cream here. they did a good enough job for $400.00 .... not perfect but what do you expect. good for the money

My car was left open the window, and I was told that it looks i poured watering my car when it was in there.

Had my car painted due to the paint chipping on the hood. 8 months later the paint is chipping IN THE EXACT SAME SPOTS. Manager said that its chipping because of rock chips and thats not covered under warranty. Offered to paint entire car over for $220Or repaint the hood for $120, but the hood wont be the same color. Terrible service. The hood is chipping in exact same spots because it was not sanded appropriately the 1st time. Awful place, and i will not send no one to them!Response from the owner:Im not happy because i paid to have my car painted due to chipping paint and 8 months later the paint is chipping in the same spots! They should have offered to fix it! Not tell me they will repaint the car dor $220!

My wife had my 2001 Yukon repainted black. It was around 400.00 so I didnt expect a quality OEM paint job. They painted the truck timely and efficiently. The paint job is mediocre. Painted evenly, but very thick and there are some spray spatter bumps and a few tiny blobs of paint. For an older beater truck it is fine. You get what you pay for. I would use them again.

Dont go there, things will come up missing from your car. You need cameras in the area where guys work.

Horrible service I had my 2005 Ford Taurus painted here and they did a horrible job. Wherever you placed your hand on the car it was sandy and gritty so I told the guy that this isn’t a good job and I need it redone the dude in charge (Mike) that just walks around with a mug in his hand said to me you either come back 30-45 days so we can re do it because the paint has fully settled (WHAT?!?!?) OR we can call it $200 even.....what kind of service does thi place have? I told him no I need it done correctly it’s not my fault you guy did it wrong so I need to have it fixed now not a month later, he then got angry and said FINE he’ll fix the area that’s bad and doesn’t want any more o my business and that he doesn’t car what we think and that he’s already busy enough with the customers we have and that we can keep our money. Man what sorry losers is all I can say because he is not professional at ALL and doesn’t stand behind his work at ALL. Went to the one on decker was told that they would repair and cover and paint my whole car for a certain price, got there on the 3rd day to pick up the car it looked worst then when I bought it there. Then the guy Eric there going to tell me I couldnt do body work and paint for that price dude you gave me a price and told me what you was going to do thats why I bought my car here ......mud flips half painted where the old sunroof visor was you can still see it bubble imprints on the hood etc,remind you I had none of that til I got to see the car...... A lesson learned! Lets see how it turns out when I go to pick it up next week..... .Honestly I know I want be back!

Horrible front office

This place is absolutely horrible! My car is ruined it looks like I gave a box of magic markers to a lititle kid to repaint my car, I have spent more money having my car redone by a professionals at Maaco to clean up the slack job that was done by this place. There was paint on my mirrors,windows, headlights and rear lights. NOT to mention that they broke my key fob and they retaped it with clear tape. Then I went to discuss this with them when I walked outside and the so called store manager started cussing me out. I really wish someone would shut this place down ! This business & the employees are complete garbage... STAY AWAY!!!

I had to call my self after a week to find out its been done three days prior. When I went to pick it up the door panel was in the back seat and the paint had already begin to crack. When confonted, the manger got a attitude and refuse to fix it. 1 year aggrement is a joke My advise is to never bring your car or anything with wheels to this place. Take it to the real professionals at macco.

Fair priced and quick.

I would not recommend this location to any one. they dont sand your vehicle they just spray over existing paint. then when the paint chips and u can visibly see the mistake the mgr on duty gets mad and say that they did the job correctly. i took my vehicle to a professional and they immediately knew that econo on dkr painted my vehicle so im guessing i wasnt the first. prince or whatever his name is, short bald guy at decker location has an attitude out of this world! not professional at all. So i tried THe lexington location and they were very professional and not rude and did a fantastic job on changing my color. they even gave me a courtesy call. thx lexington location! Decker locations sucks!
