I will not use Digital Graphics again. The long and short of it is that I took in a towel to have it embroidered and not only were my specific requests regarding the size of some of the letters not followed, but the towel was damaged in two places in the process. The persons with whom I worked in ordering the work were friendly and helpful. However, when I picked up the towel, the owner of the shop did not point out to me that the towel had been damaged in the process and I did not see it until I was preparing to gift wrap it. This service for 17 letters and one forward slash (/) was $85.00. It seemed like an absurd amount, but I am not familiar with charges for this kind of a business, so I paid it. Now I have a towel that appears used as if threads have ben removed and I have spent $115.00 on a gift that I am disappointed and sorry to send to the receiver.Too bad and so sad!
Ordered some things. Ms. Britanny was a magnificent help. Walked me thru options, colors, fonts, was very courteous. I will go back, found my design place. Once my designs are done, I will put pics up.. Thank you Diggit..
Poor service. My order was scheduled to be done on April 1st. I called in April 2nd to find out if it is ready, i was then told that it will be done on April 6th. I went in to pick it up on April 7, and was told they will only start on it on April 8. This is unacceptable and is costing MY businesses !!!
Work is consistently *very* late. Have done orders with them over 3 times in the last year trying to give them another chance each time.Without fail everything is always 1-2 weeks late. My most recent order I was told would be done 7-10 business days after I approved/paid a half down. It has now been 3 weeks, I keep being told its getting worked on.Work looks fine, Ive had colors be wrong before and needed a reprint which they were willing to do - but I just can not deal with the consistent lateness of their work.
I dropped my vest off on 1/10 and was told to pay half and vest will be ready 7-10 days. I never received a called stating it was ready so I checked back. In short, my son went to pick it up on 2/21 the vest still wasn’t ready after a month. They brought the vest to my son that night. I received it the next day, I put it on and the patches fell off. They was called back and my son was told to get a iron and put them back on. I was very embarrassed at my event with patches falling off. The customer services was very unprofessional with no empathy. I wouldn’t suggest this place to no one and hope the business bureau check into the bad service this place is offering to the public.
I worked with Katie on a project I needed completed for a conference. They were able to meet the deadline and at a reasonable price. Katie was so pleasant in providing updates with a smile. I enjoyed very much working with her. I plan to use them for all future designs and embroidery. Thanks Katie!

Diggit Graphics has the best customer service of any custom apparel company Ive worked with. Whether it was working through licensing issues, meeting a deadline, or doing orders as a fundraiser, they were amazing at working with us through everything. I will definitely be using Diggit Graphics again!
To start the location is aweful. It is very hard to get into and out of the parking lot There are 5 or 6 parking spots and you have to back straight into the street. It is a main road in town and therefore quite busy. Secondly, the staff member I dealt with on 2 occasions was very rude. The order was supposed to be ready and when I went to pick it up I was told that they would be ready 15 minutes after they closed and that I could go back and pick them up then. I wasnt able to that night so I sent my father to go the next afternoon and get them, only to find out that they were still not ready! The same rude lady told him it would be ready in 30 minutes and she would call him. I called an hour later (he had not been contacted) and they were still not ready. I was told they wouldnt be ready for 2 hours (closing time) and that they would stay open another 30 minutes so we could come get them. This was a huge order from a large organization. I am sure that it was a stress project to work on, but being rude to customers is never acceptable! You might be alright to go here for very small orders, but I dont think I would trust them to handle large orders in a timely and professional manner.
The customer service was great but they ruined my order after I triple checked with them on some things and then after I brought them in to get fixed they tried to sell me the correct ones at a cheaper price. Im also pretty sure they only corrected 2/3 of my order and threw in the messed up ones for the rest of the order and it is very noticable. I will not be using these people again but the woman who helped me was very nice, patient and super helpful.
Service was fantastic! I ordered 50 shirts for my organization, and they were ready super quick and the pricing was great! I loved working with them and their staff were very helpful and nice! I look forward to working with them again very soon! Thanks Diggit!

I absolutely love Diggit! I have always worked with Heather P. and she is lovely! She is so creative to come up with a design when I have ideas in my head. She is always fast to respond and does so much for me with all the activities I have been involved with that needed apparel!
Lazy and disrespectful service. I asked for a quote, expressed my overall vision and selected the garments I wanted to print on. Told me theyll get a quote out for me asap. A week later and I still havent heard back from them, so I decide to call the guy I was in contact with. He told me they were super busy, that he received my email and that hell send me the quote before the days end. Two weeks later and I still havent heard back from them. Three weeks of lost time. I advise anybody thats looking for a professional job to move their business somewhere else, the level of disrespect and laziness was astounding.
I have been working with Heather and the team at Diggit for years. They handle all of our printing. Everything from business cards, uniforms, coffee mugs and awards . I am giving 5 stars because they have provided above and beyond customer service to us even though we are likely a small account. We are very pleased with Diggit Graphics.
They did such a great job on the t-shirts that I ordered for the reunion.
Our law enforcement dept. ordered stalking caps. We got them but they were not what we had asked for and Diggit isn’t working on them with us. They’ve lost our business unfortunately.
Overall I was not happy with the way the design turned out. The proof looked good, but the reality was a disappointment. You can not even clearly read what the shirt, it was suppose to impose a word behind a barcode. Instead I got looks like a last mintue halloween design. Was not worth the time, effort. and $50 spent.
