The lady that helped me was nice. Definitely gave off comfortable/ family vibes. She was great.

The location was very convenient for me. I found nearly everything here for the familys hair care needs, plus some useful hair tools and cute hair accessories for myself and my little one. Normally, a nice place to go shopping for your beauty supplies. However, my last visit was very traumatizing experience. The oldest oriental lady that work there is very loud and obnoxious and shes also very racist. If youre a person of color or a minority she follows you around. My daughter was going to buy a wig and she started to try the wig on.. this woman came running and screaming like a maniac telling her not to try the wig. She said you need a new stocking cap, which my daughter had just bought a new one. She already knew the process of trying wigs, since shes bought several wigs from them. Nevertheless, horrendous experience will never buy a wig from them again. We didnt deserve that kind of treatment from that older woman. Specifically, since we spend lots of money there.

The owner is hilarious and helpful. Theres a young lady that works there who is very knowledgeable and helpful. Every time I go in Im greeted pleasantly and not followed around the store like a thief. They have a great variety of hair and hair accessories. Wll definitely be a repeat customer.
