The salesperson who greeted us was very friendly and went through everything with us and didnt rush or pressure us. We must have spent 2 hours just lying on the different bed models & trying various pillows... And that in-store experience is what makes buying from here so nice.

Where do I begin. I owned a C2 queen before my recent purchase of an i8 king and I loved it. I also love the i8 king. What I dont love is that I was told my bill would be 60 month equal payments with the discounted price for that special weekend in June, I got a bill for double the price quoted to me. After numerous conversations with sleep number and synchrony I was told I just had to pay the double bill for 2-3 billing cycles until it is corrected. Why am I the one having to pay the price for a mistake made??? I fully believe in integrity and being of your word. After this I wanted to return my bed because I was lied to. That when the truth came out about my 90 day trial... More lies.... Apparently I couldnt return my $3,000 adjustable frame. Even thought I was told I could swap to any bed or return any time within the 90 day period. The only thing I was told is if I got the foot warming bed I couldnt return that mattress. The obvious catch is, sure you can return your mattress and you are stuck with the $3,000 adjustable base but dont worry, we will send you a complimentary bar so you can use the ugly base with any mattress you choose. I should have been told this from the start. This should be made very clear to people. Not have it in 2 pages of secrecy that I signed a.t the end. I thought when I was told 90 days I can return or swap, I thought I was being told the truth. I would never have committed to trying a $8,000 bed if I was going to be stuck with a 3k base if I returned it. I am very disappointed and will recommend to no one after this. It could have been easily avoided.

This is our second SleepNumber bed. The first was purchase some 16 years ago. I would say- if you are going to spend 1/3 of your life in a place insure it is the best you can do. The treatment by the sales staff (Bob) was excellent and he spent more time informing and no time selling.

Customer Service was great. I initially came into the store thinking that I will walk out with my four king size pillows but that didn’t happen!!! I would recommend more king size pillows in the store and available to purchase at the time is sale. So now u have to wait at least two to three weeks for my pillows!!!

Donna was very helpful. She was thorough in both her explanations of the bed choices and in helping us choose what we hope will be the best fit for us. There was another woman training with her and my only compliant would be that the other person had on a strong perfume or fragrance. As a chemically sensitive person, I had to take medicine when I left the store to counteract the effects of that strong scent. That being said, our overall experience was positive. Just wish we could get our bed sooner!

I had an air bed bought from whomever Sleep Number bought but it was a new concept & there werent many options. After that, bought a memory foam, haterd it so I kept playing chase with bedrooms & then gave them away. Next bought 2 adjustable frames & an I-10 with the True Temp heat/cool topper per side. Now I finally know what a good night sleep means! My sales associate, Bob Brown showed me from the lowest to the highest giving detailed, interesting information. I as torn between the 8 or 10 but was definitely buying the topper. So while he went about getting figures together for both sets for me to compare, I quietly hoped it would take some time because I was so comfortable! I was in town visiting relatives so stopped in & everyone there was quite pleasant. It made signing my name to the credit card receipt just a little easier but...Im worth it!

Spent $7,500.00 back in October 0f 2015, every 2 weeks the day before I would get a call stating my delivery was being delayed due to stock issues. This went on until December 2015 when I finally cancelled the order & bought a Tempurpedic Cloud Luxe. I regret it everyday, I wanted & needed the i8 due to a spinal injury, but after the final delivery notification I was assured it would definitely be delivered. I had my old bed taken away to donation. 2 hours before delivery I got a call stating my delivery was being delayed for 7-10 days due to stock Issues. I had to sleep on a blow-up mattress on the floor for 4 days until I got the Tempurpedic delivered. My back was out for over a week & I couldnt hardly walk. The best Sleep Number would do was offered to overnight me the mattress & a metal frame, all of which I would have to assemble myself. Then sometime in the future (which they could not guarantee a specific date) the adjustable base would be delivered & I would have to breakdown the metal frame & ship it back myself. They were going to place a hold on my credit card for the amount of the metal frame until it was returned! Now 4.5 years later, my Tempurpedic is literally breaking down, due to the way the adjustable base folds in 3 places & I now need a new bed. I have to replace the adjustable base too or it will just happen again. Sleep Number failed me miserably & didnt even seemed bothered by it, meanwhile people that came in after me were getting their beds delivered in a week. Apparently my order happened when they were transitioning to a new computer system.

I have NEVER experienced worse customer service. I called during my 100 day sleep trail to return the bed, they argued with with about wanting to return it and the proceeded to tell me it would be 2 weeks before the next pick up. On the day of they went to my billing address instead of my shipping address which is in another state. And made me wait ANOTHER 2 weeks for pick up. Horrible mattress horrible customer service.

The absolute worst expenditure of my 51 years of life. HATED 360! Barely like the trade out (and down) to the I 8. Tolerate the I 8 only because I spent $ ##,### (yes 5 figures) cash dollars at Harbison Sleep Number is SC, and the very LOW refund quoted to me by the unfriendly technician in customer service (who, by the way, is only available during wakening hours, not BEDtime). I now know how this business thrives. It is not the horrible beds! It is the advertising, sales hype, and keeping MOST of the customer dollars spent (that was not discussed in the fine print by our salesperson who did tell us about all of your guarantees). Not only will I NOT recommend Sleep Number, I will WARN and DISCOURAGE anyone that I know about our EXPENSIVE Sleep Number NIGHTMARE (NO SWEET DREAMS here)!
