I’m very respectful, the last few times I visited this store, the same lady at the register and her coworker(s) made remarks in their language and looked at me giggling. It’s obvious they’re talking trash. They take your money and talk about you in front of your face, which is why they get 1 star for horrible customer service. I will not be going back

Friendly customer service is not their forte. If you see a person standing at the register ready to check out, take 20 seconds out of your day to stop putting away boxes and service them. Dont just say Hi and go back to what youre doing.

They charge a $.05 bag without notifying customers.

BUYERS BEWAREThis store sold a 3 liter box wine which was tainted, claimed they could not return it to the distributor (verified untrue per RNDC) and refused to exchange or return. The staff person was nice but the OWNER refused this. Consider buying wine from King’s Contrivance, Star Liquors, or Snowden River instead.Lost a customer for life over $20.00. Hope it was worth it

Cant say I have ever had a bad experience here. They have a good selection & prices, and the staff provide great customer service.
