This place is awesome and huge. Everything is here if have the time to look at all of it. Staff is super helpful and friendly. Got to check this place out. They even have a cigar room.

I love Riesling but today I decided to shop for something different. I went to Total Wine because they are always knowledgeable and helpful. Well, Kirby didn’t let me down. He asked me what I typically like to drink and based on my preferences he introduced me to 3 new wines. One of them I was able to taste right there in the store. I love this place and would highly recommend it if you’re looking to purchase wine from a knowledgeable staff with a large selection of wines and great prices.

Wow, so sad to see these reviews by customers unwilling to wear a mask. I love Total Wine and happily shop there with my mask on (really, not that big of a deal people?). If I could not wear a mask for medical reasons, or choose not to, or am just too lazy to go inside, their curbside delivery service is fantastic! I order on the app, pull up into a parking space, let them know that I am there and THEY BRING MY ORDER TO MY CAR! it Could Not Be Easier!!! Love Total Wine! Love that they are working hard to create a safe shopping environment, and also offer an option for those that that are having a hard time being considerate of others by offering curbside delivery.

Avoid this location unless you want to accrue reward points. Parking lot makes coming and going hard. The noncashier employees here are busybodies who seek to engage in a way thats more pushy than helpful. Not everyone needs help or suggestions in their beverage purchases. Let it go.

Great place. Had all but one of my top end of my whiskey I drink. All the people were really friendly and nice.

Couldnt find my wifes favorite wine, Woodbridge Cab-Merlot, on the shelf. When I asked they quickly had an employee go up a stair/ladder and retrieve a case from the top shelf. Only took an extra couple of minutes. Great employees, even better service with a smile. My favorite place to stock up my bar and fridge. 🙂👍

The store has the familiar layout. You had my favorite bubbly in stock stock. A observation. A cashier should not be eating her lunch at the register as she deserves her well earned time. It was a bit upsetting to see this, and a bit of abrasive interruption as is customery in this type of situation.

I love the atmosphere and the fact that the wines and liquors are separated into 2 mini stores. Whenever I need help, the employees dont hesitate to help you. They will even suggest other wines/ liquors if your favorite isnt in stock or simply just to promote new brands. This is my go-to store especially with exclusive deals for members.

Went to buy a lot of wine for a rehearsal dinner and wedding reception. Joe took VERY good care of us! He helped pick out everything, asked for help on a strange beer question and we got what we wanted. He also got us a discount and helped with a sample of a wine that we werent sure of. Cant say enough good stuff!!!

So, Im not a wine aficionada at all, but this store makes it easy to chose things based on your taste. The signage is big and easily placed for even first time shoppers to see. Worst experience. I was discriminated against and told I could not shop there because I can’t wear a mask for medical reasons. When I asked for help finding organic wines, the employee went to the manager about me not having a mask on. The manager told me I can’t shop there, I can walk around just not purchase anything. Which is the definition of shopping. Due to me having a medical condition. I would never suggest to go back there after the countless times I have purchased our wine from there.

I only shop for wine here, do my comments only relate to their wine offerings. They combine incredible selection with knowledgeable staff and create a great experience for the customer. I have found that, in general, their prices are reasonable. However, just as with making any purchase, it pays to have some idea of price before you buy there.

Whether you prefer wine or liquor, if you cant find what youre looking for here...it doesnt exist! Total wine is actually 2 separate stores, a wine store & a liquor store - both with large but organized footprints as well as their own knowledgeable staff. Each has a tasting station to try something new, and the Wine store has wine tastings every weekday afternoon! The Liquor store carries sizes from mini-bottles to try something new without risk all the way up to super size, great whether throwing a party or having a nightcap for a month. And speaking of throwing a party, both sides have perfect favors & mixes to make your party to most memorable of all! PS: Whether youre wanting to try something different than your usual, or are new to alcoholic beverages completely - Total Wine is the place where you cant go wrong. 🤗

I just had a job interview at this location today. The staff are very friendly, and I look forward to be holding a potential position. The facility is clean and neat, making it easy to find what you are looking for. Even though it is a chain store, this one has small trinkets that make it feel unique. The selection is also vast as I was reading all the different brands. Overall a enjoyable experience!

Amazing beers selection

Excellent selection and very knowledgeable staff. I was making chicken rollatini one night recently and needed a dry white wine for mushroom sauce that would also pair well with the meal. With an employees help, I got an excellent bottle for both cooking and sipping.

I will not be supporting this business and encourage others not to as well. They are extremely biased and force that opinion on to their customers.

Love shopping here! Very wide selection and great prices. Associates are ALWAYS so helpful and polite. I have NEVER had a bad experience in Total Wine. The perks, especially the wine tastings for reserve members are great too. I highly suggest becoming a Reserve or Grand Reserve member.

A huge wine and alcohol mall. There are two sides. The wine side is my exploration. They offer wine tastings which I should attend as I am exploring and unsure about this world of wines. They have many items to use assisting with the aide of bottles. An example of this aide is a wine bottle holder shaped like a high heeled shoe, another are wine bags. They are so adorable and fits the entire bottle from polka dots, cheetah prints, etc. Different bottle stopper styles, depending on your personality there are colorful ones to solids and different shapes. Oh and the staff, so informative and pleasant. They will explain and answer all questions you may have and informative at checkout.
