We had a wonderful experience all around! I had contacted the company asking about different pool tables and if they would deliver to my area, as we are about 5 hours away. The next day, Miss Cindy called me to discuss options and then emailed me tables in our price range. She even encouraged me to shop around for a table from a closer store because we would probably save money on the delivery, but no closer store even responded to my request. After we finally decided on a table, it was ordered promptly and I was given quite a few days as options to be delivered and installed. We picked Monday, July 6 but unfortunately our installers ran into trouble with their truck. I was called by Miss Cindy who was very apologetic, but honestly; it could happen to anyone! Today (July 7th) our installer, Larry called me by 10 a.m. (as promised) to apologize and tell me they would be by the house between 2-2:30 and then called again when they were half an hour out. The men were prompt and incredibly nice. They made sure we liked the position of the table and then went to work. The gentlemen were done in a little over two hours and the table looks and plays amazing! Larry answered all our questions about caring for the table and gave us additional instructions. I highly recommend this company!

There was no guarantee that any visit would result in a purchase. During the third visit, I realize that these were genuine people and someone I would love to do business with and the delivery was a breeze. The gentlemen came in a timely fashion and installed the table. Love the professionalisms of both the store and delivery. I went to an estate sale to buy a pool table, was sold by the time I got there. Decided to stop by Carolina Pool Tables on Two Notch Road and turned out to be the best decision I could have made! Cindy and her staff were very knowledgeable. I ended up ordering a custom table from Oregon. When it arrived it met all of my expectations and some. The installers were excellent. Great staff here! I purchased a quality table one year ago at a very fair price. Cindy was very knowledgeable of the products. I had a leveling issue a few months later and they came back at no charge to fix the issue. Once again a great staff to work with!

We recently relocated from across the country, and our pool table was not assembled correctly by the moving company. We spoke to Cindy at Carolina Pool Tables Plus on Two Notch Road in Columbia about the problem caused by the moving company, and she sent her technicians to assess the situation. Her technicians were on time, courteous and knowledgeable. Based upon their assessment of the irreparable damages caused by the moving company, we were reimbursed by the movers. Subsequently, we visited Cindy to purchase a replacement pool table. She readily understood the type of table in which we were interested, showed us a good selection, and sold us a table that we love. When they came to assemble the pool table, her technicians were again on time, courteous, and capable. I highly recommend Cindy and her team.

Not pleased with the workmanship. Sloppy cuts and exposed rubber on the bumper.I should have called them before I posted this. When I sent pictures of the issues the only question was when can we fix this. The table is now perfect and they were a pleasure to deal with. Thank you for the professional job.
