They did a MUCH better job repairing my boots than the last shop I took them to, and the price was better as well. The turnaround time was within reason, but drastically longer than the estimate I emwas given (about a week ended up being slightly over three weeks). Other than that, it was an all around wonderful experience.

Bought some used shoes for 10 bucks. They were filthy and gross. Soles and heels way gone. Replaced with quality ones, for 90$. Ive never seen such amazing beautiful work! Omg looked better than new! I looked them up online for new price....225 dollar shoes!
