First time being in a Bridal Boutique, I had a wonderful experience 😊 ☺, my girlfriend was so pleased with the gowns so tried on. She did say Yes to the Dress for her wedding 🤵‍♂️👰‍♀️. Everyone was knowledgeable about the gowns and how they could accommodate you for any alterations and so forth. The pricing was a great deal as well.

The owners are incredibly sweet and all of the employees seem to love their job.As a plus sized person it was great to be able to not struggle with the sample sizing! Highly recommend!

I absolutely loved this place!!! I have nothing but great things to say here. The staff were just amazing!! My stylist was Sheree and she was the nicest. I had certain parts of my body I wanted covered for my wedding and she was giving me body positivity pep talks in between dresses. I had the best experience here. I love this place! My fiance is the curvy bride, and even though I didnt get to see her dress, she told me that they were awesome to her. They cried with her, they made her feel heard and seen, they were awesome, and they were down-to-earth. Having seen them on their show on tv, we were thrilled to meet them in person. When I came back to pick her up, we ended up talking for a half hour about our love story and life, like we were old friends. Great experience, great selection, and far beyond the expectations.

Above and Beyond ServiceThis review is LONG overdue. I could not let the year end without sharing the wonderful experience that I had purchasing my dress from here. From start to finish the customer service exceeded my expectations. At my first appointment, my stylist really heard what I was saying about the type of dress that I wanted and pulled the perfect dress in the first group. I was so in love with that dress that I am pretty sure I stood in the mirror for an hour. Now lets talk about alterations!! First, I am ever so thankful because I was late to my alterations appointment and my panic level was at an all time high because I knew that the salon was busy and I was a bit last minute getting my dress. They were able to squeeze me in to make it work. I made several alterations (adding detachable sleeves and building a very long detachable train) and Amy knocked it out of the park. I will be forever thankful to the ladies that made me feel like family and went above and beyond to make sure that I looked great on my special day. I am still getting complements on my dress months after the wedding.

Jazzy is the bomb, I had a great time with her and my crew loved her!I have been through an emotional rollercoaster just trying to find places to shop in the entire DMV. CC was always on my list, but I had a few others I was really hoping to try because they carried designers that make dresses in plus sizes. I started emailing stores making sure they had PLUS SAMPLE SIZES to try on - and even if the dresses went up to my size, I learned most of them don’t carry above a size 12 to try on. They think you should be happy with the 15-20 dresses they’ve decided to offer to try on in your size. I tried on that many dresses or more in just 2 appointments in one day… that shouldn’t be enough to exhaust and entire stores selection! I canceled all of those other appointments and prioritized CC just on principle.I went today for my first day trying on dresses. I haven’t been through the whole process yet, but we are off to a great start!I went to another shop that had a large plus size selection, and it was a good experience, but Curvaceous Couture showed me how great it could really be.The other shop I went to had a great plus selection, but they really didn’t know how to work with my body. They were offering solutions that seemed like they could maybe work but I would have to wait and see.CC showed me that every dress could be bigger or my perfect size, I was never squeezing into anything. They showed me that breast cups that fit me could be sewn in, when at the previous shop I had to walk around holding the dress up the whole time. They showed me that dress clips could handle what my body had to offer the dresses. When we needed some extra support, they showed me on the spot how that would happen and that I could be confident in my choice. I didn’t realize how GREAT this experience could be until I came here.Plus sized brides, don’t shop anywhere else. Really. These are the only people in the whole DMV that know what to do with your body and how to make you feel great.We purchased my dress and I’m looking forward to going through this process with them!! So grateful for this business.

I’ve essentially been wedding dress shopping since October 2019 for my January 2021 wedding. I couldn’t find anything that felt like me. Everything I tried on was over the top foo foo, and thanks to the pandemic, I’d gained weight, making it harder. I bought a dress but returned it, and had essentially given up. I came across Curvaceous Couture in a google search and decided to give it one more chance (August 2020). Jazzy (I hope I’m spelling your name right!) was my consultant and she was the *absolute* sweetest. I showed her some pictures and gave her the break down of the disaster that was wedding dress shopping. She pulled a few dresses and I was *immediately* drawn to the first dress. I tried on 6 overall, but that first dress ended up being it. She helped me FaceTime my mom (in FL) and my best friend (in PA) to show them. It was everything I wanted and didn’t know I did, AND it was perfectly in my budget. The employees made me feel like a bride when no one else had, and I truly can’t thank them enough for turning this experience around for me. I can’t wait to go back to them for alterations!Thank you so much, Curvaceous Couture!!!(Of note - they followed covid guidelines to a T. The shop is big and airy, and besides the couple of employees, there was 1 other bride to be for a dress appt, and 1 for alterations)

These amazing people saved my wedding. I went to them 3 months before my wedding after another dress shop ruined my original dress in alterations. I was freaking out because 3 months to find a wedding dress and get it altered is crazy but they made it happen. I didn’t feel limited buying a dress right off the rack because all their dresses were beautiful. Their alterations dept were miracle workers and fit my dress perfectly to me. I ended up loving my new dress more than the original one I had picked out at the other shop. They were also kind, professional, and supportive through the entire process. Wonderful people and a wonderful business!

I love this place! My fiance and I both bought our dresses from them, and from start to finish we had an excellent experience. Amy, the seamstress is clearly very good at her job and as soon as we walked in for our fittings she started pinning immediately. I am so happy we found this store, and will gladly recommend it to any plus size brides that we know.

Had a horrible experience at this salon. I called in advance to make sure that the store had a wide variety of plus size dresses. I told them that I was driving over an hour to come to their salon and wanted to make sure. I was assured that theyre were plenty of plus size dresses. BIGGEST LIE EVER. Im about a size 18 and they had zero dresses that properly fit me. They were trying to stuff me into a size 10 dress and try to imagine what my size would look like. If youre a skinny girl, this is place is great but for all the plus size girls AVOID this place. Its a waste of time.

I went here with my sister (the bride). Our consultant was Macayah she was great...very kind, knowledgeable and accommodating. I felt that she was able to find great dresses that matched the style my sister described. Also I was impressed with how many dresses we were able to try on, we wasted no time and got to see 10 or 12 dresses. Needless to say none of the appointment time felt wasted. She also pulled dresses in the correct price range and even found some beautiful dresses well below the budget. She also did great accessorizing dresses we felt were too plain.The shop was very clean and well decorated and the lighting was very nice. They had a wide selection of original high end dresses.As for the Covid pandemic, they took it seriously, taking temperatures at the door and making everyone was their hands before starting the appointment. I like the washing hands rule because I’m sure it also helps keep the dresses clean.Walking in and out of the store the rest of the staff was polite and took the time to greet us.Overall we had a wonderful experience here and I would highly recommend them.

Found my dress and had a blast doing it. We ended up going a bit over my appt time but they never rushed us or pushed us to buy anything. They were awesome and accommodating since I had to take breaks due to having a medical condition. Just communicate they are great!!

I found my dress during one of the sample sales at an excellent price. From the moment I stepped in the shop I was welcomed and in awe of the dresses available fore curvy girls like myself. I also got my dress altered here. And when I tell you when i got my dress back before taking it home it fit like a glove. It looked like a whole new dress. It was originally too big. The staff and owners were amazing and friendly. They had reminders on days i needed to come in for my initial dress search to the alterations. The whole process was made easy.

I went here in late 2013 to find a gown for my August 2014 wedding. I found Curvaceous Couture online after a few failed attempts at another chain bridal shop. I made an appointment on a Saturday morning and brought along a few pictures of gowns I was looking for. I brought my mother, my grandmother, my aunt and my mother-in-law and we were immediately greeted by friendly, smiling faces. I had a dedicated associate the entire time. The dressing rooms were very spacious and I truly felt like a model as I stepped onto the platform to model my selections for my family. I ended up selecting and purchasing a gorgeous Allure gown. I did pay more than I would at some chain bridal shop but the service and the gown were WELL worth it. I also had a lot of alterations done to the dress (removed the buttons from the back, taken in at the bust, hemmed and switched it from zip up to a corset back) The lady in the alterations department was fabulous! I recommend going well in advance of your big day. I went in early November and picked up my dress literally ONE week before my wedding. If youre considering going here, you wont regret it!

I loved my experience at Curvaceous Couture. At other bridal shops I visited, the wedding dresses for plus size women were very limited, or they tried to put me in something that made me feel 20 years older. Even though Im plus size, Im still young (29), and I want to look my age. The dress choices at Curvaceous Couture were endless. My consultant was very friendly, and helped me pick a beautiful dress that I look great in. I would recommend all plus size brides to try out this boutique. Im not sure you will find another place that will make you feel so beautiful, and not self-conscious about your size.

I was dreading wedding dress shopping before I discovered Curvaceous Couture. I was even thinking of having a dress custom-made for me to avoid having to go to a store that didnt have a good selection in my size (size 18 in regular clothes at the time). At Curvaceous Couture I ended up having so many beautiful choices there were at least 3 dresses that were my top choice - it was hard to choose THE one. The staff was professional, friendly and fun. The shop is set up according to your budget so you arent looking at (and falling in love with) dresses out of your budget. Speaking of budget, I flew to Baltimore to go to Curvaceous Couture and I feel that even with the added expense of travel my dress was still a great value. I got so many compliments on my dress at my wedding and I only wish I could wear it for another occasion! I cant reccomend this boutique highly enough!

I flew in from out of state to make an appointment at this salon because Id heard about it being a great experience. My experience was far from great. The store was over crowded. I made an appointment 3 months in advance and even let them put a security deposit hold on my credit card (which - when the lady told me that I thought it was completely barbaric. I must have been to 20 salons and not one requires a hold on your credit card to secure an appointment). I had 5 friends and family with me and there was barely enough room for them to sit. There were multiple gowns I wanted to try on but couldnt because other brides had them in their fitting room. The worst part of it all was my sales associate. She gave me the vibe from the moment she said hello that she didnt want to be there . She had sloppy clothes on which showed her butt crack and all her tattoos. Her attitude was that of I dont want to spend much time with you so I felt rushed and uncomfortable. She was not accommodating and she didnt care to listen to my vision or my partys requests. Its a shame because I found my dress in there but I would never buy a wedding dress from a store that didnt take pride in their work.

I felt very comfortable there and I felt that the staff there actually cared and wanted me to find the perfect dress! Mycahya helped me to fine the perfect dress for my body type, and made me feel very relaxed, as I was anxious about not finding a dress that suited me. I would recommend this bridal store to any of my plus sized friends. They found a dress that not only fit my curves but made them look fantastic!!

This store is amazing the staff professional and curtesy. I went to this establishment yesterday to check inventory because they were having a yearly sale on wedding gowns. Even though my wedding is two months away they were amazing trying to assist me with finding the dress in stock. They had a really good sale today that they have yearly i came out with my dress of a lifetime. You only get married once and I said YES to the dress. Thank you ladies at CC!!!!!!

I had tried on several dozen white wedding dresses at about a dozen bridal shops when I walked into Curvaceous Couture. “I think I’m done with white dresses; what else ya got?” They did not pressure me at all to try on any of their white dresses (which I could see the incentive to do, since they’re at minimum 4x the price of any of the evening dresses they sold).They directed me to their evening/prom wear section and I tried on a half-dozen I think. When I tried on the one I ultimately selected, my friend, and other patrons in the store who’d seen me come out in each dress, were all aflutter. “You’re going to get that one, right? You should get that one!” Fortunately, I agreed with them, and my wedding dress hunt was finally, thankfully, over!I thought I would want a red dress, but the blue dress I got was simply beautiful. Salesperson listened to what I wanted, pulled dresses she thought I would like, and was great helping me into and out of them. The blue dress I got was so inexpensive, I bought it thinking, “Heck, even if I decide to keep looking for a wedding dress, I want to get this dress for some unspecified future occasion.” (But after I bought it, I found I was more than ready to be done wedding dress shopping. It was the worst part of the whole planning process.)At the time of sale, they had a seamstress take a look at how it might be altered to better fit me, and gave me an estimate of what that would cost. They sent the dress home with me and told me to call several months later to schedule a fitting and alterations. I got that done in a timely fashion and it ended up costing one third of what they estimated. When I went for the final fitting, I asked them to hem it up a little further than they wanted, because it was interfering with my dancing (they have enough space that I twirled around a bit to test it out). They cut a bit more and hemmed it again while I waited, very fast and easy.My friend who went with me had her daughter go there to find a prom dress shortly after, and she got a great one and had a wonderful experience too. Highly recommend!

Great idea having a bridal shop for nornal woman. They have great customer service and seem like genuinely good people. For the record I didnt try any dresses on personally, I was just supporting a friend.

I purchased my bridesmaids dress for my sisters wedding at curvaceous couture. The service is excellent and the staff is very friendly. However, they insisted on ordering my dress a size too large and after paying $240 for the dress, they wanted me to dish out a hundred plus for alterations. I took the dress to another seamstress who basically had to remake the dress in order to make it fit and assured me the lower size would have fit me fine. I suggest you come with measurements in hand as they will try to scam you and force you to use their in house seamstress.

My experience with Curvaceous Couture wasnt the greatest. There are definitely areas for opportunity to improve their customer service. I originally came to the boutique in November 2016 my consultant (Mary) was wonderful I found my dress within 30 minutes of my arrival. So I paid for 60% of my dress so that it can be ordered and was quoted an estimate arrival date around May 2017 which was perfect with my wedding date July 2017. However in mid February I received a phone call from the boutique letting me know that my dress was in early and that I need to come as soon as possible. I was on my way out of town and wasnt able to schedule an appointment at that time. So when I finally get there for my first fitting March 30th no seamstress on site, after paying for it in full I was advised that I had to take my dress home with me until the next fitting they have no where to store my dress. They provided me with no instructions how to preserve the dress. This was my first experience being a bridal customer certainly not what I expected.

Today, May 14, my soon to be daughter in law, found the perfect dress!The consultant had her pick some gowns, but the one the consultantPicked out was it!Her friends and I as soon as we saw her in the dress and then withA veil....it was yes to the dress !The ladies at the shop certainly know how to treat a client, I am assuming due to personal experiences.Thank you all, for making my to-be daughter in laws day!!

5 stars from start to finish! They made me feel comfortable and even better, beautiful in all the gowns I tried on. This is for my vowel renewal so this was my second time dress shopping. It was a totally different experience being in a shop that carried plus size gowns and I could actually pull it on. My 1st time around at another shop I was told to hold it up in front of me smh. I wear between a 16 and 18 which isnt an uncommon size, so to potentially spend thousands of $ on something I couldnt even try on was a no for me. Thank you again ladies, you come highly recommended in my book!

Beautiful gowns for plus sized women. Smallest size, I believe is a 14. Great & very friendly staff from the front all the way through dress fitting and pick up. Clean environment, which is very tastefully decorated, amongst the gowns on display and the ones hanging.

I went to Curvaceous Couture Bridal on October 2015 for my wedding gown for my May 2016 wedding. Upon entering the shop, I knew that this is where I would purchase my gown!!! The display of the gowns are beautiful. The bridal consultants are wonderfully friendly. My Bridal consultant Autumn was phenomenal!!! She took her time and did not care how many dresses I tried on!!! The shop owners are supportive and encouraging. The lighting is wonderful and the environment is extremely welcoming. There are so many beautiful dresses to try on and during your appointment, they get to know you and your style and really care about you purchasing the best gown for your body type and your wedding!!! I felt beautiful, respected and supported by my bridal consultant. It was the best bridal shopping experience of my life!!! Ive been to other shops and none of them compare to Curvaceous Couture!!! I purchased my gown that day and cannot wait to see it when its delivered and do my alterations. I will do a review on alterations afterwards as well but Im sure they will be spectacular. During my appointment, I met with the seamstress and she seemed very competent. This store had really nice dresses, however the service is terrible. I took my mom there to get a mother of the bride dress when we were purchasing it the lady was so kind and sweet. We bought the sample size as the women told this would give us plenty of time for alterations. Mind you the wedding is in November we couldnt get an appointment until September. When we got there my mom decided another bra would look better with the dress. They refused to touch the dress because she didnt have the bra she decided on after realizing the one she had didnt come down low enough. They were beyond rude. They told my mom she needs to get the right bra and that she wont be able to get another appointment until late October and they we were going to get charged a fee . We took the Dred and went somewhere else. And P.S. We bought the dress for $500 and the alterations were $400. Really. Never will go there again

I called Curvaceous knowing that I had a short amount of time - 2 months between engagement and wedding! When they heard this, they let me know that Id have a limited selection to choose from, but that I should come and see what was available. We made an appointment for Saturday morning. My mother, sister and I were excited and anxious about finding a dress on such a short timeline.Shannon was our consultant. When we arrived, all of the ladies were so pleasant and happy to see us. It was a wonderful warm welcome.Shannon got right to work - she knew that we were working on a short timeline. so she showed us the Sample Sale racks - these were perfect for what we need. She also pulled a couple dresses from the back that would work in our timeline.Shannon was so helpful. She understood what I was looking for even though I didnt. She was awesome - she dealt with my group handing dresses to her while i was in the fitting room, and helped me say no to a dress that i didnt love, but everyone else did.I found my dress... its perfect for me. I want to thank Shannon and the rest of the staff of Curvaceous for going out of their way. I have always been a big girl and have been other places that made me feel very out of place looking for dresses. This place is perfect... Im so happy to have found my dress with the help of Shannon and Curvaceous!

Attended the annual sample sale on February 17th. The rules were clearly laid out on the website and on the business door. Everything was well organized, the staff friendly and helpful and a great selection. There were brides all of shapes and ages looking for different types of dresses. Our bride found the perfect dress for her beach wedding and a great veil. We coukd not have been happoer with the entire experience. Highly highly recommend this bridal salon.

I had a really poor experience at Curvaceous Couture. I made a mid-week appointment, took off work with my mother, and drove over an hour to their store. When we stepped through the doors we were greeted by about a dozen production crew members, video cameras, etc, as they were filming for their failed and unfortunate reality tv show (which is all staged btw). When I made the appointment I informed them my schedule was somewhat flexible. If I had been kindly informed this would be going on during my entire appointment, I could have come later that day or on another date. With the majority of the production crew being male, I was really uncomfortable, especially since the curtains had wide gaps at the sides. Wedding gown shopping is an intimate experience for many women, and this was anything but that. The manager was the one helping me and she kept getting pulled away for filming. At times I had to stay in the back or in the dressing room to avoid cameras. It was so disappointing and unprofessional. This is also the only shop that asked me to go above my budget. As my mother and I were leaving the shop, a crew member ran into the parking lot chasing after us stating we were in some of the shots and we needed to sign paperwork, and have our picture taken holding it up. No thanks. It was ridiculous! I figured I would give them another chance and sent an email to see if they had received any new dresses in a particular style. 2 weeks went by without getting a response. I sent another email and finally received a half arsed reply. I do not recommend this shop at all, and I do not recommend supporting a business that does not make their customers a top priority. I had a dress custom made from a local designer for half the price of their gowns.

My sister is getting married in November. She saw a story about this boutique (#CurvaceousCouture) on TV and the story of why the store was opened touched her personally because shes plus size. We made an appointment like 3 months in advance. My sister was super excited! While we waited for our appointment date, we went to another local dress boutique and had an amazing experience, but my sister wouldnt buy a dress because she wanted to come to curvaceous couture. She knew she wouldnt have to worry about feeling like she wasnt going to be able to fit anything or worry about having a limited selection of plus size gowns.So time for our appointment. We drove from Fayetteville, NC to Columbia, MD while it was snowing. We got a hotel room, made a whole thing of it. Me, my sister, my mom, and one of her bridesmaids. We get to the store, early (remember, shes super excited). There were 2 people working there; the manager and an employee. The employee was the stylist and she didnt introduce herself. She said, twice, Just sit right here and Im going to talk to the bride so just sit right here. My sister comes out in the first dress. She looks around and points to some other dresses she wants to try on. For quite a few of them, the lady says, Youre not going to be able to fit that. My sister said, Can we just try it? We went to another dress shop and this skinny lady was able to fit me into 16s and 18s. The lady says, Well thats a 20, youre not going to be able to fit it so is there anything else you want to try on? My sister points to another dress, Id like to try that one. The lady says, But that one is $3,500 so I dont think its a good idea. My sister tells us that she told the lady her budget was $2,000, BUT if she found something she liked, shed spend whatever she needed. The lady says, I dont want you falling in love with it because its $3,500. I pick some dresses for my sister, the lady says, What do YOU want to try on? Im like, really lady? But I dont say anything. At this point, my sister and everyone is ready to go. However, my sister tries on another dress, and shes tried on different styles. The lady says, You just dont know what style you want. My sister says, I told you I was a blank canvas, but Im willing to try styles until I find the one I like. The lady goes to the front to talk to her manager, clearly having an attitude.Next dress, my sister LOVES! There is a veil I want my sister to try so I lean into the room to ask her to get it down. She couldnt hear because of the music so the manager offers to get it down and does. I come back into the room with the veil. The lady says, If you need something down, tell me next time because its a liability, with full attitude. I told her that the manager got it, not me. She didnt say she was sorry or anything. She just ignored me. So my sister has narrowed it down to 2 dresses and shes wanting to try a dress on one more time. The lady tries to convince my sister not to come back out into the open area where we are. My sister comes out anyway. I ask the lady if we can try one more veil. She says, No, your appointment is about up and I need to squeeze your sister out of this dress. Pissed, I walked out of the store because Im about to go off! Its snowing, no one is here, and you dont have time to get a veil?!? We drove 6 hours to come to this store that specializes in plus size bridal experiences where a bride looks for that emotional connection to find HER dress. This woman robbed my sister of that. I go back in and my sister is wrapping her appointment up. The damn lady says, Do you plan to lose any (emphasis on any) weight before your wedding? Wait, WHAT?!? THERE WASNT A MORE TACTFUL WAY TO SAY THAT? We are all in the car complaining because it totally was the complete opposite of the goal of the store. How dare you!My sister said the ladys name is Danean.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!I was so excited about going to Curvaceous Couture (CC) to find my wedding dress.  I made my appointment months in advance and I drove from Fayetteville, NC to Maryland to have my experience at CC.  We walked in the store and it was beautiful, gorgeous gowns all over.  I went to the desk, introduced myself, and Daneen (?) said she would be my stylist.  She never introduced herself until I asked her what her name was.  Finally, we went in the dressing room and where I expected her to be up close and personal, but she sat across from me on the other side of the dressing room.  There was absolutely no connection.  To make this long horror story short.... Daneen was not professional.  Where I wanted to try on a dress, she would constantly say, no, that wont fit rather than trying.  Even if she knew it wouldnt fit, let me see for myself that it wont fit vs not even trying.  She continually deflated my excitement to the point I was ready to go and one of my bridesmaids said dont let her ruin your experience.  So we kept going.  There were a couple of dresses that I really wanted to see and she continued with that wont fit and at one point, I asked her about the trunk sale. She went back there and came back saying, there was nothing available.  Something inside me told me she really didnt look and by this time was ready for me to go.  She was visibly irritated by my family as my sister wanted me to try on various dresses and she was dismissive.  What do YOU want to try on?  I would pick a dress and she said I couldnt fit it or direct us another way.  I finally made it down to two dresses (out of the ones she allowed me to try on), one I loved and a dress my mother loved.  I asked could I try the one my mother loved on one more time.  She allowed me but encouraged me not to go back out to my family but I did, so they could get more pictures.  My sister asked could she finally put the veil on me and she said no because our appointment was over. REALLY!! To put the cherry on top of it all, I am back at the front desk, by now, my sister has come back in and Daneen, while giving me the dress recommendations on both dresses says so flatly and indignantly, You plan on losing any weight?  I laughed to myself and wanted to make sure that I counter her ignorance and tactlessness with kindness.  So I said, Its everyones intention to lose weight, but lets just look at what the size would be as I am today.  The manager took over the closing of the appointment.  Although I should mention there was absolutely NO ONE in the shop, why Daneen - who knew we came from NC- was rushing us, I did not know.  That is until we got into the car and began sharing our experiences of what just happened.  My sister overheard her tell the manager that she was hungry and need to eat.  How could you be hangry when the shop doesnt open until 11, my appointment was 1130 and you complaining about being hungry at noon?  There is something wrong with that picture.  Why didnt the manager take over the appointment, I dont know but she had to know something was off when Daneen scolded my sister about getting a veil down without assistance from the staff and the manager corrected her saying, I got it down.  Daneen said, Oh okay.I know she is freshly out of college but she is a representation of CC.  What I saw of TLC, you take pride in your product and I celebrate your humble beginnings and how far you have come as a company.  I HATE that this was my experience and although, the manager promised to work with me if I gave them another chance, she never followed up with me.  I have not heard from them since I left 4 January 18.

Excellent customer service and selection, the ladies at Corvaceous Couture were great in helping me find my dress and get fitted for my upcoming wedding.

Went with a family member when she bought her dress. The selection of dresses was much smaller than I anticipated and most of them were very frilly, lacy, or blingy. I think there were only a handful of dresses that were NOT strapless or of more classic designs. The dressing rooms are only separated from the viewing area by curtains that gape and DONT keep the future bride out of view as she has her fitting. While I appreciate the fact that they do carry dresses for larger sizes, they seem to now consider their tv show more important than their customers. Customers are greeted with a sign that says your entering implies consent to be filmed. Then you are badgered by members of the production crew asking for your consent form to be signed or you have to leave when they begin filming. The lighting and atmosphere are not pleasant at all--which is also affected by the brighter lights the film crew needs. I am sorry but this store is not that great that it deserves a tv show and they seem to be risking the satisfaction of their clientele to earn additional $$ from the show. They should at least put the tv show in the back room and save the customers in the front from all that nonsense but instead, the clientele who buy the priciest dresses (over $2K) are kept in the back away from filming .
