Jessie and Issac was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. We had issues with a duct sensor. They located the problem quickly. These guys were great, they kept me informed and answered all my questions. Great Customer Service!!!!

Technician named Chris came out for a service call. Had a code that would not go off. He was able clear the code and then went through s step by step process on how g to he alarm system worked. He was s very pleasant and knowledgeable young man. I feel he is a great asset to this company.

Van the Service Technician had excellent repair skills and he has good verbal skills as well. He took the time to answer my questions, make recommendations for changes that I requested in the coming weeks. He never behaved in a hurry but he never wasted any time either. He stayed busy at work until he was completed. Id recommend Preventia Security for home security they are good.

Ethan Kitter came out to do some upgrades on our system today. He let us know when he was about 30 minutes away and showed up right at the time scheduled. Preventia inspected, tested and repaired our Fire Suppression System Control Panel. The job was completed quickly and all matters surrounding the repair were explained in as much detail as we desired. Tommy was an excellent tech who is very knowledgeable and professional.

Our security system was damaged by lightning. The rep was very helpful and kept me informed. It only took about 30 minutes to get our system back up and running. This included setting up the tv, cell phones and office laptop. I am very pleased.

We recently moved and wanted a local security company for our needs. So far we are happy with their quick response (by phone) for now in terms of getting all the kinks out for us less tech inclined. Haha Our master code for some reason wasn’t updated at the initial install yesterday. All fixed and working fine.

Today (08JUN20 - Mon) Hugo, alarm technician from Preventia Security of Columbia, TN arrived at my new home addition on-time and ready to work. Hugo called me first to confirm our appointment (that is a huge plus in my book when dealing with technicians knowing they are on the way!) and WAS ON TIME!After Hugo installed the alarm / smoke detector items and keypads, he explained how to use the system fully without rushing or glossing over what I needed to know.My work order was not a large dollar amount one and they were tying into an existing alarm system. Most alarm companies would probably have tried to up-sell me a new, costly alarm control panel or quoted an outrageous price just to get me to decline and look elsewhere .I would like to applaud Preventia Security for sending an alarm professional to attend to my alarm / smoke detector needs. Hugo is a valued team member and an asset to Preventia Security in my opinion. I also would like to acknowledge John, their salesman and Sarah, their scheduler who assisted me in this small, but important alarm / smoke detector job.
