I had remote start added to my vehicle yesterday, and they did a great job. I was told a 3 hour install and it was done in just under 2 hours. They were also running a deal for October so I got $50 off and i only paid just under $400! Jordan got me scheduled and made sure I got the one I need (1 button vs 2). Trey,and Dante were also great. My last visit to this business was in 2019. That visit was definitely 5 Star. My visit yesterday was appalling. The work on my car was good. However the actions of the staff were beyond anything Ive experienced. I had my kids there with me. We were sitting in the customer lounge area. The employees behind the counter were saying God awful things about a customer who had just left. The things they said were so disgusting and the foul language coming out of their mouths was awful, and my kids were hearing all this. I really hope this is not how they treat all their customers☹

Creative Audio has put tint on every vehicle I have and have had. They have also installed remote starts on my vehicles. They just tinted the windows on a restoration project that is under way. Once Jade is assembled, she will be going to Creative Audio for the Audio portion and final touches. These guys and tint gal are the best in Columbia.

Came in to get a touch screen in my BMW, Jordan and will went over the top to get me what I wanted. The installation guy went over everything with me, and I left with a great feeling. And price was great. Highly recommend this place

Had them install an amplifier, wiring was top notch. Only thing I could even think about whining about was their decision on were to place the amplifier but that is subjective and I didnt specify so cant really hold that against them and they came in slightly less than quoted. The installer took the time to get in the car with the wife, she drives it more than I and go over everything with her. Professional, friendly a definite recommend.

Came in shopping for a new head unit for stock radio. I didnt buy anything but will probably later. Prices seem reasonable. A coworker got her windows tinted here and did an excellent job. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Allowed me to look at available head units and said they could special order if needed.

All I wanted to do was run a positive wire from the battery to the trunk for my 2 way radio. They quoted me 3 hours at $75 an hour. They basically said they didnt want my business. Thats ok, Ill take my business elsewhere.

Has no idea what theyre doing. A few of my friends have been ripped off. Paying large sums of money just to figure out the subs were installed incorrectly, the amp incorrectly, and tuned incorrectly. Please do not go here.

Made appointment for 25 May at 1200. I had called the previous week to confirm it. I call again on my way over, a 50 minute drive, the day of and they told me I was on a different date....WTF OVER? Maybe it’s for the best, how could I trust them with an install if they can’t even write down the correct date! Terrible way of doing business!

The gentleman who helped me did not have a mask on in the store while talking to me or even when he got into MY car.

Had an issue with my subwoofer previously installed somewhere else and they fixed the problem in 20 minutes and were very knowledgeable and helpful. They were honest also as other car audio places tried getting me to buy a whole new subwoofer when all that needed to be replaced was a wire and an adapter. Would highly recommend and will be back if I need anything else!Edit 9 months later: Had another question about an aftermarket radio I installed for myself. I brought it there and they were again super helpful and even came outside to look at my car quick to help me figure out where a few wires led to with no charge. They had the product I needed in stock so I bought it and installed it myself. They were super professional and helpful even though I didnt have them do the work on it.

Just got the stereo updates for my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Went to Creative Car Audio because this is the only audio shop in COMO that carries high-end brands like Focal, JL Audio, etc. Matt and Jordan are super kind and helpful, and the guys in the shop done a perfect job of installation. Some minor issues were quickly resolved and overall I am very satisfied.

Caveat Emptor…Buyer Beware!Summary:CLA 25010+ weeks3 installs$1,000+ in damageDetails:Chose Creative Audio as they had Saturday hours. Jan 26 was 1st day tint was installed. Was told bubbles would disappear in three to four days. After a week, was told that the weather didn’t allow for the tint to cure correctly and the tint would have to be re-done. Upgrading the tint material was recommended and agreed to. Returned for next appointment to R&R with the upgraded material. Picked up vehicle and noticed bubbles, and now, rear defroster grid was damaged. Was instructed to leave the vehicle outside so the tint would cure. Bubbles would disappear and sometimes the tint is darker in places and made it look like the defroster lines were gone. Was told this was a common occurrence. Additionally, the sensor that controlled multiple key functions stopped working. Was told that this was also a common occurrence but usually dries out in 3 to 4 days, not that it would render the system inoperable. Had Mercedes inspect the rear window and confirmed that there was damage to the defroster grid.Returned again and management inspected the work and said that it would need to be re-tinted again and the rear window would have to be replaced. They were not accepting any responsibility for the sensor and refused to do anything about it.Returned for the third tint R&R with the addition of the rear window R&R. Picked up the vehicle on April 8 and living with it.Totally unacceptable experience!

I purchased a new cd/radio/bluetooth capable system for my truck from Creative Car Audio. My experience was extremely positive. They had a great selection and knowledgeable helpful employees. I wanted a system that also had a rear view backup camera and they had exactly what I was looking for. They did a professional job of installation and patiently explained the operation of the system when I picked it up. I would definitely do business with them again.

There is a guy over on worley street that does great installs, very professional, and can usually get anything you need at a decent price. Creative told me almost 30o dollars in labor for door speakers, power wire for amps, and reciever install ob the parts i already had purchaced. Pete did everything in one day and also let me know that i needed a bigger wire for my amp. Total install was 150 with 30 in parts and pieces. Great sounding system and im blown away by the attention to detail espically from someone who works out of a garage in his back yard!

My remote start went bad about a year after I purchased it. I took it in, they replaced it, and charged nothing. Very Happy.

Called to get estimate on install of equipment I ALREADY purchased...the guy was trying to convince me to pay more for the install than what the kicker comp R speaker and Crunch amp i bought...oh and was trying to charge me 130 for 4gauge wire kit and i have an 8 gauge ALREADY so no discount or even trade on the unopen item...lol I will pass and go to the Entertainer in Jeff. I was born at night but not last night.

Where do I start? My first interaction with this business was when I called them to remove my stock stereo. This is an insanely easy job and the only reason I couldnt do it is because I drive a foreign vehicle that needs a specific tool to unlock. I was told it would be $44 and take 30 minutes to do. Um, no. I went to Joe Machens and they let me borrow the tool and I took it out in about five seconds. Whats worse is CCA told me the tool was expensive and I shouldnt do it myself, despite the fact that the tool is available for $3.99.This should have told me everything I needed to know about this business, but I called again for a wiring part. Their price was $140. Meanwhile this piece is available online for 35$. I will never give this business any of my money because they lie to customers and try to rip us off.

Worse service ever, they installed the wrong parts and had to redo the whole thing and have the vehical alot longer then expected, then I had window tint done as well and they had to redo it several times and still is not right! Will never give them my business again, we work to hard for poor service from so called professional installers.
