It took 3 days of voicemails to get a call back from your Lincoln rep. Then, I was told it costs $110 to reset the PIN number on my door lock, on my Navigator which is covered under Lincolns 4 year bumper to bumper warranty. Even so, the first available service date is 1 month away. Is this the customer service I should expect from a brand like Lincoln? I hate posting negative reviews but this is so frustrating...maybe should have bought a Kia lol
