Even with the car market being crazy right now, every person I’ve interacted with at Columbia Honda over the past few years of purchasing multiple cars has been great. This time, Abdul helped me over the course of a few months and was incredibly helpful. Process was as quick and easy once I got there as it could be—and gave me a reasonable price for my trade in. I highly suggest purchasing your next car through them (and Abdul).
I schedule an appointment with TJ Mitchell to get an oil change and tire balance and rotation. The service department found that I also needed some addition recommend service since my Accord had over 57,000 miles. They took care of all the necessary updated my car needed.
Update: this issue was resolved: Thank you Abdul for your great customer service.I bought a vehicle and had a okay experience. I got the vehicle delivered and it appeared that the ceiling wasn’t detailed and the “cargo tray” or the large rubber mat that sits in the back was missing. This was shown in the picture and listed in the features. I asked about this and the sales person said he would call the place that handles the detail and came back with no luck. At this point no resolve has been satisfied.
I have been dealing with David Stringer. So far he has been great. Always returns phone calls when he cant answer them. His communication with us during this process has been beyond excellent. We havent seen our new car in person yet, though David has sent us pictures of it on the truck when it arrived at the dealership. He has made it a painless, easy experience buying a new car. I am having extras put on the car, they were ordered early and are ready to be put on the car now that it has arrived. Cant wait until Sat (it is now Thurs) to pick up our new car! The Service Department at Columbia Honda consistently exceeds expectations. I have been using the pickup and drop off service without issue. The staff is attentive and interactive at every step. They make servicing your vehicle easy and I trust them.

I bought my first brand new Honda in 2016, recently traded it in for a new 2021. I have ALWAYS taken both cars to Columbia Honda for all routine service. The phone call to make the appointment was friendly, the appointment was based on my schedule rather than theirs and the reminder came through email the day before. The facilities were clean, waiting room was comfortable with several areas available. I dropped off my car and the check in and pick up were efficient and quick. Very good experience. I will continue to have my car serviced here in the future.

I hardly ever leave reviews...good or bad, but when I am moved to do so, there is clearly a motivation to do it. We drove from STL to Columbia Honda to purchase a used car, nothing special. I have to say, that was a remarkable customer experience. First off, Abdul Alhamzawi went out of his way to make us feel appreciated. Very thankful for that kindness. The dealership really thought about family interaction. There was a playroom for kids, treats, and to top it off a teddy bear to take home. Even for purchasing just a simple used vehicle, I was blown away by the kindness and thoughtfulness of everyone involved. Thank you for being great people. This is what the world needs more of. Just bought a 2021 CR-V Touring edition. Ive been to Columbia Honda a lot for service with my previous vehicle (a 2018 Odyssey). Not only did they make the trade-in process easy, they did the same for the purchase of the new vehicle... Easiest car buying experience ever, even though I had my kids with me -- thanks for entertaining them and being understanding! :)

I had an oil change and bought new tires. This seemed to take a little longer than I thought it should.I had the wheels aligned as the tech recommended.Everything went great until my wife tried to get into the glove compartment. It wouldnt open. I called Honda and went back out. Although the techs were gone two of the intake gentlemen were able to fix it. That was a good thing since I had just recommended the Honda Service Department to my brother-in-law.I do appreciate your service.

The Columbia Honda valet for service is fantastic, especially for busy people like me. The staff there is great too. I baby my Tacoma and, in true bougie fashion, always have it serviced at a dealership. I had been using another local dealership (I won’t name them, but do the math since I drive a Tacoma) and received repeated terrible customer service. The Columbia Honda team, on the other hand, has wowed me from start to finish.

My Finace and I went last week to look at trading in my car for something bigger. We go and we have been assigned someone different then who were supposed to meet with. We were really excited and had talked previously on what we wanted to see and how much more we wanted to spend. We get there and the car we wanted to look at isnt there which we had been told was there and then we couldnt see any of the cars. We were there for about 10 minutes and our sales person seemed like he didnt want to be there and didnt really want us and wasnt going to try and sell us a car. We understood that this might be because it was July 5th and that was okay. But we both knew we wouldnt be coming back.But he called us today (July 12th) and apologized for his service, which was nice. But dont use the excuse of not having time to prepare. My fiance and I have and currently work in an industry where you get handed a call and you have no time to prepare. You have to respond to the call. I understand its two different professions, but it didnt sit well. But we did like the place, it was clean and it took a lot to call us and apologize.

Everyone we work with at Columbia Honda has always been amazing. Nick Costanza has helped my wife and I purchase multiple vehicles, our Pilot makes the 3rd now. Doug Walker assisted Nick in our most recent purchase. Doug’s also a pleasure to work with, I would recommend him to anyone. The finance manager we worked with, Shelly Martin, was a delight to work with too, she definitely made the paperwork as hassle free as it can be.
I bought my car here and have it serviced here. I love Honda. Not only the quality car make, but also this dealership and service department. My saleswoman was so friendly and gave me lots of options and waited patiently for me to make my decisions. They were very up front with financing and the steps after buying a car. When I take it in for scheduled maintenance (dont ever need to take it in to get anything fixed cause its a Honda!), the staff is prompt and friendly. They always explain what is necessary for service, what is recommended, what options are on price and such, AND let me know when and what I will need to do in the future. I know when my tires and fluids and filters and everything will need maintenance so I know how to save for it. That is awesome for me as I dont always know what cars need or why so I ask a lot of questions and they always help! Plus, their waiting room is awesome and filled with snacks or you can take the courtesy shuttle back to work or home if its a longer fix. You get your car back clean and well-serviced at a well-explained and reasonable price.

Bought my 2018 Kia forte from there and had an excellent experience with that so I thought Id go back and get my car serviced there. I went in to get an oil change and they did more than that. I got the oil changed, they rotated the tires, and gave me an overall health inspection of my car. I also had ripped off the plastic skid plate and had some plastic still hanging and they took care of that too. Everything was done in about and hour. The customer service I received was top notch. Best part of the whole thing? It was free this time. I guess since I bought the car there and it was the first time I took it there to be serviced they did it for free. Will definitely be going back again when I need something for the car
Service Advisor was very helpful and the service was fine. Calling to make an appointment and explain what was needed was really hard. Sign of the times--everyone is swamped post pandemic.

Was given incorrect information about a problem I started suddenly having with my Honda info screen. Service manger/advisor, whatever he was, insisted I purchase an official Android Auto cable to connect my smartphone to Honda and advised to go to my carrier or Walmart to find one. He claimed the cable I was using was a third party cable and was not compatible. I went to my cellphone carrier and asked for an Android Auto cable for a specific brand smartphone and was was promptly laughed at. My carrier said there are only two kinds of cables,. Iphone and everything else, which is Android. All I needed was one which fit my particular phone...Android.Explained was told by Honda that a specific cable was needed.A quick internet search revealed a large number of Honda customers across the nation had or were having the same problem;. Suddenly losing An droid Auto, within the previous two weeks. Simple fix from other Honda owners involved removing the Android Auto app from the Honda info screen and reinstalling an updated app. Seems Honda had issued a software update which was not compatible with Android Auto but apparently failed to pass along that update to Honda Service Centers.After reinstalling new Android Auto app on my CR-V, it came right up, even using the so called third party cable I had been using for over two years. The advisor tried telling me cables just went bad for reasons he did not know, but to get a new specific cable and that would fix my problem, which of course it didnt. Thought likely that information about a software update might have been passed on to the Honda Service Center, or he could have at least offered to look up a Service Bulletin related to Honda Android Auto,which was not done. Very disappointed in Columbia Honda Service Center.
They wouldnt help me trade my vehicle so l could afford the payments the vehicle i have now the payments are to high l took a large cut in money so now iam in a bind cause wouldnt help me so lam very disapointed in honda dealer

By far the friendliest service department I have ever dealt with. Called them one afternoon for a safety recall on my 2001 CR-V they got me in next morning. From the moment I walked in the door staff were incredibly nice and helpful, when the mechanic was completed he took time to answer my questions and reassure me. Typical car dealership, everyone is nice and friendly while theyre ripping you off, but once they have your money you are just an annoyance.After having a good experience with my car I went back to trade my wifes pilot in, my second experience went poorly. We still bought the vehicle and discovered they didnt clean it, repair the defects we agreed would be fixed, reduced the amount they gave us for our trade and the salesman was extremely rude and disrespectful to me while I took my remaining property from the old vehicle. I will not return to this dealership, my faith in Hondas has been waning for awhile, and this experience sealed it. I will travel to KC or elsewhere to trade my civic in, a Machens dealership will not make another dime from me.

The best buying experience Ive ever had. I live in Saint Louis but decided to get a quote from Columbia Honda due to a friends recommendation. I immediately received a response from Matt and Jonathan. They were very straight forward. I inquired about a Honda Civic which they had in stock. I was greeted with a friendly response plus the bottom line quote. When I was ready to purchase they had everything setup and ready for me before coming into the dealership. KaRon even sent me a video of the car when I communicated that I was ready for purchase. Once I arrived at the dealer they did their best to get me in and out. No pressure with extended warranties or accessories. Only if your interested. I was amazed at their fast, friendly customer service oriented process. I cant think of any other place that made it this stress free. Definitely go here if you need a Honda!

Ok we drove almost 4 hrs to go buy 2 new Honda Civic Sport Hackbacks, cuz they were the most reasonable & most courteous of all the other Honda Dealerships we called & texted & emailed,, so yes it was so very well worth the long drive! & wed do it again in a heartbeat!

Purchasing a car during a pandemic I didn’t quite know what to expect but we made an appointment and were in and out in under 2 hours, following some phone and text back and forth about what we were looking for and trade in value. Bill Shelton has sold us 3 of the last 4 cars and he is always a pleasure to work with, very responsive and knows his stuff. Marcus Rainey won a lifetime customer today. I will not go anywhere else. The whole process of buying a new car can be annoying and exhausting. Marcus couldnt have made this easier. I bought a car in July 2019. Three days ago my battery was totally death. I took the car to the Shop repair and I found that the battery was 7 years old!!. meaning that Columbia Honda did not even check the remaining life of the battery before selling the car. I understand that a battery can last 1 to 2 years, but 7 years that were not noticed! what kind of check was done?I bought the car from a dealership because it is suppose to be trustful at least with basic things such as battery that old. I am very disappointed with Columbia Honda.
