Our entire home has been transformed from ok to wow! Our design consultant was Santana. She is awesome and works hard to make sure you love the work. Mark hooked us up with a custom master tile shower and replaced existing tile floors. We then had Korey come in and install whole house LVF and new carpet in two of our bedrooms. The work was great and we love it so much we turn on all the lights in the home and just smile! Finally, I will add that the wait for their installers is absolutely worth it!

The selection is huge and there is a wide variety to fit in your budget. I was a bit worried it would be something I couldnt afford but ended up being able to do an additional room that wasnt in the plan. The service was friendly and prompt. We had an awesome experience with Carpet One from beginning to end! Sonya was our Sales and Design Consultant and was great to work with. She came to our house to measure and then based on what we told her we would like had choices for us when we met her at the store. Of course my husband and I had different picks but we went with his and it is beautiful ❤️. The crew Sonya sent to lay the carpet were great- very professional and pleasant to work with! Carpet installed in a large room last month. Sarah was very professional, pleasant and helpful. Appreciated her help with our install. Color, quality and the cushion feel of carpet is very nice, and met our expectations.Install went very smooth and all aspects of our project was of a very good quality.

After looking around town last year, we selected Carpet One for new carpet for our living and dining rooms. We were impressed with the pricing and the quality of the installation. This year, we went straight to Carpet One for a tile installation in our guest bathroom and a luxury vinyl tile installation in the laundry room. Sonya, our Design and Sales Consultant, came out for measurements and to get a sense of our décor. The ideas she came up with were outstanding, and we were able to finalize selections at the showroom in just a few minutes. Quite a feat considering the many choices available. David and Jordan did the installations efficiently, and were courteous and neat. No mess. We also got credit on the final itemized bill for prep work we had done ourselves. Next time we need a flooring project done; we will go back to Sonya at Carpet One! Give them a try, we feel sure you will be very happy with the experience.

Great customer service and very reasonable price. I am very satisfied with their job. I did floor replacement from old carpet to hardwood flooring for my two kids room at the end of 2019. Before I chose CarpetOne, I asked a few companies in town for bids. CarpetOne responded quickly and estimated in detail at a reasonable price so I chose them. Even though I had specific requests for the terms,  materials and budget, and had a few changes from the original plan, a Sales Associate, Stacy responded to my questions quickly, politely and properly. She was flexible with my requests about the materials and helped our job done by our deadline. It was a pleasure to work with Sonya at Carpet One. She came out and evaluated our basement after we had some water damage. She stated they could have the carpet stretched and relayed as soon as I was ready. I mentioned I was having difficulty getting anyone to call me back to have the drywall repair done, and our daughter was getting married in two weeks, and I was concerned it was not going to be complete by then. She immediately got on the phone and called a contractor she knew, and they were out here that afternoon giving us an estimate. They completed our drywall work the following week, and Sonya sent her carpet installer out the next day. Without her help, we would not have been able to have the basement put back together before the wedding. The work her carpet installer did relaying the carpet was great, and the contractor she recommended, Garrott Construction, did an awesome job repairing the damaged wall and ceiling. I am very grateful to Sonya and Carpet One for going the extra mile to help us get our project complete. They are our go to for carpet, tile and blinds, and I appreciate their excellent customer service.

Carpet one did an excellent job. We got Hunter Douglas wood blinds from them. Boo our sales person is a great salesman. He provided an excellent service. He took care of the whole project and he recomended the installer, who did a wonderful job as well. Boo has helped us also renovate our kitchen few years back, which we are still very Happy with that. We highly recommend him and the company he works for.

We were in desperate need of one box of laminate flooring to finish a project. Everywhere else we looked didn’t have it or required a huge bulk order. I called Carpet One and they were so helpful!! They had a fantastic response time. I called at the end of the day so they weren’t able to call the manufacturer right away since they were closed to get me product info. I gave my number and they called me back first thing the next morning with everything I needed for our one box. It was one of the easiest ordering processes I’ve ever gone through! And it was so nice to have someone tailor to our needs and we’ll definitely be shopping there again for our home projects!

I worked with Stacy Zorn who was very helpful in working with my wife and I to choose the right flooring for our project. When you are looking to buy 1500 sq ft of flooring, you really dont want to make a mistake, and Stacy was super helpful in working through our needs with us. I liked that we could take home large samples to see how they would look in our home. Much better than buying the tiny samples from the big box stores. They also have a huge selection of every kind of flooring, again, better than the big box stores. They ordered our flooring at a great price (competitive even with online purchases) and had it delivered to our home. The delivery guys were also good, they asked where to put it and were fast, efficient, and courteous. Ive already given Stacys card to a coworker looking to buy some tiling for their project. I highly recommend working with Carpet One for your next project. The service is great, and I guarantee you wont find anything like this kind of service at the generic hardware stores or online.

They were attentive to every detail and consulted with me to make sure they got things exactly the way I wanted ( even though this took extra time and effort). People are nice, but quality is horrible. We had a pipe break and damage our floors, so we needed them to replace our floors with vinyl and tile. They have to come back 3 times to finish fixing mistakes they made with the vinyl. The tile was even worse. They put a hole in our wall installing then tried to deny it, scuffed up an entire wall we just painted days before, the tile was uneven, the grout joints were not filled enough, and they gouged out chunks of our door frame and quarter round molding. When they cam back to replace the molding, they left nail holes everywhere and did not fill in, and they left our house an absolute mess. Sloppy, unskilled work! They had to come back multiple times to try and fix their mistakes which they only made new ones! We eventually told them not to come back and fixed everything ourselves. Literally not a single thing they did they didnt have to come back and re-do or fix.

We recently worked with Carpet One on a new custom home. The sales personnel were great at helping us pick out colors for our bathroom tile - floor and shower, and even provided a quote after measuring our home. We were satisfied with quote, and put an order in for the tile.When we received our bill for the tile, it was nearly double the original quote. Come to find out, the salesperson had measured a bathroom in the WRONG house in our subdivision, and only ordered about half the tile needed for our bathroom. After realizing we were short tile, they ordered nearly the same amount again (twice the original) and never notified us until we were surprised by our bill.We asked to discuss the issue with a manager multiple times, who obviously did not want to deal with the problem, and never returned our phone call. I understand fully that mistakes happen, and I would have been happy to meet somewhere in the middle so we could both eat a portion of the increase from the original tile quote. As was the case, we ended up paying for nearly all of Carpet Ones mistake.***UPDATE***The General Manager for Carpet One contacted us today to resolve the issue noted above. He was extremely friendly and eager to satisfy us. I appreciate the effort he made to resolve the issue and have adjusted my rating for the business accordingly.

I needed new window treatments. Had used Cassie in the past so of course wanted to use her again. Went to Carpet One and there she was! We picked out fabric, made a time for Cassie to come measure. By the end of that day Cassie had an estimate prepared and within two weeks my window treatments (TEN) had arrived!! Ashton installed that weekend and I am thrilled. They are beautiful but the service was impeccable.

I worked with Stacy and she was extremely helpful, as well as patient. It took me almost 4 months to decide on my carpet. Could not make up my mind about pattern, color, price, etc.. I was constantly bringing samples home to coordinate with my new chairs and couch, as well as get my friends and husbands opinion. It was an exhausting search. Stacey was wonderful, gave her honest opinion, even came to my house to look over my final carpet choice. The installers were on time, friendly, and so professional. I would give Stacey and Carpet One-- 10 Stars if i could.

The staff is friendly but there were several mistakes made during our transaction. We were told that the flooring that we chose was in stock and it wasnt. They were nice enough to find another flooring for us and let us pay the same price, but it felt like a scramble to pick something out after we had made a thoughtful decision. I was very concerned that the carpet that I had chosen would no longer match, but it ended up being okay. The carpet was also installed a week later than we were told. We are on a deadline so the timeline was incredibly important to us. Also the transition strips that were given to us werent the right ones, so the carpet installers werent able to put any strips down. We still dont have any down a week after instillation.
