I love that I was not taken advantage of. When I called to inquire about the vehicle Roger asked me when I would like to come look at it, and that he would be looking forward to seeing me. When I arrived he was with a customer, but he personally walked out to let me know that he was going to have Zach assist me. They had the vehicle pulled to the front and ready for me to test drive. There was no haggling and they listened to me. David in finance was awesome as well. I thank them for the best car buying experience I have ever had.
Was told by them that I needed rear breaks replaced. Made a Saturday morning appt- literally arranged my day around this. Car was also leaking oil after THEY did the oil change and they were going to check that, too.Turns out, I actually don’t need breaks (no where even close) and they didn’t push the dip stick back in. I came for absolutely nothing, wasted my time, and they acted like it was no big deal. I’ll find somewhere else to go from now on after purchasing 2 vehicles from here.
I found the car online, contacted the salesman Matt Moore, the vehicle was still sitting at the plant waiting on a part most likely a chip the dealer tagged it sold. They let me know that the Camaro had been shipped from the factory so I could begin to make arrangements to come down there pick it up I was coming from out of state, Im a GM retiree, the dealer decided to honor my discount which I was very appreciative of. Love Chevrolet handled the sale process very well and got me on my way, I was completely satisfied with how easily they worked with me.
Bought a used truck from them. Didnt even make it home from the dealer, check engine light came on. Had to pay local shop to re-learn sensors. First night, truck is leaving puddles on driveway, waterpump needed to be replaced. Dealer had detailer load truck up with air fresheners to hide mold/mildew under carpet from water leak. 2400 dollars in repairs before half a tank of fuel. Dealer will cover none of it. Would not expect ZERO customer service, even local dealer is shocked nothing is being covered.
James Jacques, (my salesman), was more than awesome! He treated me like a friend and reinstalled my faith in Chevrolet. I had a couple of issues that were not technically resolved by the company, and the customer service was bad... until I met James. I appreciate his honesty, and unwillingness to pressure me into something that I did not want to do. He is definitely 5 stars!

I was in need of an oil change, and impulsively chose Love Chevrolet to handle the job. I pulled into the parking lot, was promptly greeted by a technician, then directed to the waiting area. In addition to performing the requested service, I also got a tire rotation and professional consultation regarding recommended preventive maintenance. The entire experience took less than 40 minutes. Everyone I interacted with was professional and courteous, and I will be utilizing Love Chevrolets services in the future.

I made an appointment, arrived a few minutes early, parked my car, got out & was met by a kid asking what I needed. I advised the kid I had an appointment for an oil change ONLY, the tires & brakes were brand new. The kid told me to pull around, so I did, there was another vehicle in the bay, thats fine but there was a car in front of me, that was just getting checked in & the kid had him turn off his car and the kid took his keys. I tried calling the quick lube desk but Sunny would not answer the phone. I pulled back around, parked, walked in & let her know I did not appreciate making an appointment, confirming it only to have another car get in before me. I was almost late to another appointment.
Came to Gaston for a funeral. The car goes into Park but a display said Put in Park. Drove over to Love without an appointment. The car was being worked on within around 30 minutes. Was ready around lunchtime - around 2+ hours. Extended insurance covered all but a 100.00 deductible. They done good.
The service department staff was highly courteous and addressed my service needs on my investment. I feel the best care is being done at Love Chevrolet
The customer service I got from the advisor Joey was less than helpful. First of all, I told him my 2017 Equinox was a certified pre owned, so no matter what it has a extended warranty (even the person I spoke to at Jim Hudson after I left said that) But he asked why I didnt want to take it back to Jim Hudson. I told him I live on this side of town so didnt want to drive back out to Clemson rd. He asked if they had already approved paying for it... what? So finally he was going to take it and when I said I needed a rental (as I put on my service request) and I was informed there were none. This could have been told to me when the appointment was confirmed so that I could have figured out other arrangements so that I could leave my car. So needless to say Id rather take my car back to Clemson rd than back to Love Chevy.
The mechanic tech was great, friendly and knowledgeable. The office staff as usual was great. Always fast and good service.
Got there for my appointment on time, and I did not have to wait. They were ready, we went over issues with the service writer that needed to be addressed and they had it from there. Left it with them and was called about 30 minutes before they closed and informed it was ready for me to come pick up work was completed. Very easy and pleasant experience, I was impressed to be totally honest, and for a Saturday too.
I had a tire that had lost air for the second time this week. I was going on vacation the next day and with it being a Saturday thought it may be hard to get this taken care of. I stopped into Love Chevrolet and every single person was just super nice, helpful & flexible with assisting me. I usually use another Chevrolet dealership because of proximity of my house but now will consider Love’s first because of this experience.

He made sure every question was answered and went over my new vehicle with me. I got home and had one question and called him and he picked up and answered that question for me. When I got my oil changed they pull that my wipers blades were good when I actually needed new ones. Left oil cap off lucky I didn’t get far so stopped and screwed it on.
Zach was a great salesman, he wasnt pushy but more so on the lines of let me see what I can do for you, and are you comfortable with your decision. Quick lube is pretty fast, awesome, polite young guys up there.
All good so far. Their online appointment slots did not match up with available first openings when talking to service person stated availability. When on chat with online appoint, said did not have visibility to service schedule. So question is why have this tool at all if it is not accurate??
Very friendly and helpful experience! A key highlight of this experience was the salesman having honesty and providing an additional discount based on the company I work for after I already agreed to the previous sales price. They could have easily not told me about this discount and moved forward with the more expensive and profitable price. 10/10 would recommend.

I did not have an appointment, but was greeted with professionalism. I was told that the process would take 20 minutes. I was surprised and pleased.
Got stuck on weekend with corroded battery and cable for my 2013 Equinox; O’Reilly told me I had to take it to a dealer. Went to Love Chevrolet, who said I needed expensive battery and cable to the tune of $550.60. What else could I do? Rented a car from Enterprise to get around. When I picked up the car on Tuesday (2 days to get a battery and cable) I Was given a verbal unlimited mileage warranty on battery and cable. Would like in writing. Picked up car 7/27/21. This morning on 7/29/21 check engine light came on. Now I have to take it back there again. I work, rental cost me $479.32. If I have to leave it there again I would expect courtesy car or rental—none provided. I’ll probably take it elsewhere; sounds like you guys want me to keep coming back. I think $1000 approximately for a battery and cable is ridiculous, don’t you?

My husband took his truck in for a maintenance service (oil, filter change and whatever needed servicing). The service person said that there was a recall on his truck and asked to make the recall repairs. My husband agreed. They brought the truck back to him and told him that there was a problem. When they were taking the dash out to make the airbag recall correction, they broke 2 holds in his dash. They said that there was nothing they could do about it because the dash was old and brittle. Then they offered to give him a 10% discount. He said no, so they offered him a 50% discount on the maintenance work and said that was all they would do. He accepted. I understand that he accepted an unacceptable deal. I feel like this was a very unethical deal. This is completely unacceptable!! He now has 2 holes in his dash, one where you can see down to the inside stuff. We did not need a discount on the maintenance work. We need the 2 holes in the dash (and the holes are not little) repaired or replace the dash.
The are the chick fil a of dealerships. Customer service is amazing. They make you feel right at home and they fixed my car fast. I’ll rather pay extra with them than less with a corner mechanic that will take forever on your car and cause more issues for a quick buck

I have used Love Chevrolet twice in less than 2 months for repairs for my daughters Equinox, she is a student at USC. First time was for a battery, second was for a strange noise from the front tire area. I spoke with Matthew and explained the problem, his customer service skills are awesome, said they would check it out and give me a call. 2 hours later Matthew called me and said car was ready, a rock had somehow lodged in the brake caliber. My daughter said that Matthew was great and explained everything, even had the rock taped to the receipt. As a father thats 150 miles away, it makes me feel good knowing you fine people are there to take care things like this and that you truly put people first. Brought truck in for scheduled appt at 8:00 am and no one even looked at it. Had to leave it overnight and go without a vehicle. They finally looked at it by mid-day the next day.
I can’t believe I had to make appointments and wait an hour for an oil change with my Toyota, or make an appointment a week out and wait an hour with our Honda. Always met with a smile when I get there and the service reps are great. Takes 15 minutes, maybe. The only things I miss here compared to the other dealerships is the free cookies, but I’m not sure I’d be there long enough to enjoy them. 5/5 positive experience every time.
Matt my salesman did a great job and I’d happily work with him again. The purchase was very easy, no pressure and relaxed. It was nice to be able to work the deal remotely. I appreciated that there were no overpriced add-ons for paint protection etc. to battle over. In the past I’ve walked out of dealerships because of a dealer price gouging with add-ons. From now on I will be driving the hour and a half for my vehicle needs versus purchasing from the mega dealers in Charlotte. I like that Love Chevrolet is a family owned store. Thanks!
I had an appointment at Love Chevrolet/GMC for warranty replacement of air bag. Man were they ready!?! I arrived q5 minutes early. They did the normal registration: we will take your keys. Are you waiting or d o you need a ride? I stated I will wait. I sat outside on a shad covered bench. Within 45 minutes my truck drove out. Complete and ready to drive away! If I have an opportunity to shop for a new truck, Love Chevrolet/GMC will be first on my list! Thanks guys for the five Star treatment!

Everyone I encountered from the moment I walked in the door at Love Chevrolet was wonderful. We were welcomed as soon as we walked in the door by friendly, helpful employees. I had the pleasure of working with Buddy as my sales person. He was courteous, polite, and knowledgeable, but most of all he was NOT PUSHY! I would have left the dealership if I felt pressured, but I was at ease the whole time. When I wanted to look at a car that wasnt on their lot, Buddy was able to find what I wanted-in the color I wanted- and had it delivered to the dealership. Unfortunately, I didnt like the car as much as I thought I would and decided not to buy it. I ended up purchasing a car that I had already test driven that was on the lot. Even through my indecision and the changing of my mind, he never got frustrated or pushy. When I finally found the car I loved, Buddy and the finance team made the purchase very easy and hassle free. While having a bad experience with another dealership, I contacted Love Chevy for a second opinion.Their response was above and beyond. If you are having a bad experience with a dealer contact Love Chevy and you will see what I mean. I got a nicer truck at a better price, and now feel like I have friends in the car business.Besides getting a good deal there are a few more things to highlight. They put people first, and when you buy a truck from them, they come with it. They knew everything about my truck, and set aside the time needed to explain it all to me and get me all set up.I bought it a few months ago, and just got the first oil change which is complimentary. A few weeks ago it got scratched up. I texted Mac and he told me exactly what to do to fix it right. If I have questions or a problem, I know they are a phone call away.I probably wont buy from any other place, or refer anyone to any where else.
Was sold a lemon. Left me stranded with electrical issues, twice (February - 7 months pregnant - and April - with a newborn infant). Got talked down to and dealt with an excessively rude service technician, who actually doesnt know what he is talking about. Was told my service contract/warranty wont cover the repairs. Was told I would get no more than $500 for the lemon you sold me and only that if I traded it toward another car from Love. Not going to happen when I still owe over $6k.

Our family road trip had an unexpected hiccup Saturday night when our brand new 2021 Suburban started jerking, shaking and clicking. We stopped near the dealership and my husband was there first thing Monday morning when they opened. Jeremy Adams, the service center manager, went out of his way to make sure our vacation was not ruined. They arranged for us to get a rental minivan and leave the suburban to be repaired (it needed new lifters and the 4th cylinder rod was damaged) and was able to pick it up on our way back home. He and the dealership staff went out of their way to make our family of seven as comfortable as possible during our ordeal of unloading and reloading the cars and sent us away with extra treats for the kids. Thanks to them, what could have been a disaster and ruined trip was mitigated to an inconvenience.
Everything was handled in a timely manner from beginning to end and I was in and out very quickly. Customer service was very good, from making the appointment, to when I arrived for the appointment.

Good sales department. Worst service department, ever! No follow up and follow through. Does not return calls. Did not reserve anything I asked for making a web appointment. Tried to reconcile and then my fiancée was lied to and placated to make it go away. Do yourself a favor, go to Herndon Chevrolet or some other Chevy dealer. I have ALL the emails and phone conversations transcribed to prove it.
