Love this place! The Store Manager is always so nice and helpful!!

Young man that got the shoes I ordered was very helpful. The manager lady was extremely rude. Give him her job.

The manager there, Anthony, has such great customer service I drive an hour just to go to this location. He is an excellent asset.

Went into return a sneaker purchased at another store in Thursday at Columbia Place Mall the clerk refused to take back the sneakers because she said they were defective and I had to return them at the store that I made the purchase. What policy is this. The shoes weren’t worn but it had been a display shoe. How is that my fault. Customer Service is very poor wont be shopping at Champs again.
