I was made a promise according to the voicemail I received and email. Well I went to retrieve what was promised. It was told to me that they could not fulfill their promise. Whelp.

I’ve never had a bad experience there until today! There were 3 sales associates and none of them greeted me or my parents. My father asked do you ladies work here they replied yes. He asked well why didn’t you greet us they all just shrug their shoulders. I asked for their names and the manager or district manager name they refused to give it to me. I won’t be back!!

Heavy miscommunication between the staff. I ordered a tote a week ago and still haven’t received it. They ordered it from a store which is literally 3 hours away. I ordered it as a present for mother’s day and estimated arrival is after mother’s day. I expect better service for the price I paid and the staff aren’t polite at all. When I called they put me on hold for more than 10 mins.
