After wearing these jeans twice, the pockets started to unravel. Contacted customer support and have been going back and forth with them for 2-3 weeks. At first, they didnt even apologize. Now, after sending everything asked for, they say that cant exchange because theyve been worn. What did they think I bought them for? To stare at? They didnt offer in store credit or ANYTHING! So if you buy from them, know that its of low quality and they arent going to offer you anything for THEIR low quality items when they tear up. Ill NEVER shop with them again! This is the very reason why black owned companies dont survive. They dont understand that when they make sure that their customers are taken care of, they earn a customer for life. Back to Ashley Stewart I go.
Worst experience here, highly don’t recommend. I ordered my package 📦 and it got returned back to them. When I call the online people and ask to talk to a manager and they told me the manager was in a meeting!! A meeting, but she was like before I transfer you to a manager I need to know the nature of your call. If you need to email them something about your package they give you an automatic system. Please don’t shop here, it’s literally a waste of time and energy, all they want is your money. Poor customer service and there’s never a manager available and people lie about trying to help you.

Return policy is the worst. You are not able to make exchanges at the local store. In addition if you chose to exchange you have to pay for shipping to only be given a store credit where you will have to pay shipping for the new item to be shipped. First and last time.

If I could give this business zero stars, I totally would!November 2020- I purchased $150 worth of items from their online boutique and they sent me all the incorrect sizes (on purpose) which caused me to have to return all the items i received.They then issued me a Gift Card, after I requested that my money be returned to its original payment method.Who wants to shop with a business, that intentionally defrauds its customers?I didn’t!Ignoring my requests, they issued the gift card ($150) anyway, even after informing me that they did not have enough items to accommodate me in my original (and chosen) sizes.June 2021- I finally use that wack gift card, and purchased some items for my sister.I didn’t want to take the chance of waiting too long, and they don’t allow me to use it- and I’m out $150!(I didn’t trust them at all).They partially shipped my order, and never informed me (again) that they were out of a Legging set that I ordered.Once I received my items and noticed that it wasn’t in there- I then contacted them at the email address listed on their site.After two days they responded and apologized, stating that they would “ship the item when it comes in.”I contacted them again (because I knew this would never happen) and asked to be refunded for the Legging set, to my original form of payment.I knew that they’d find some way- to not ship my items, because they never had the Legging set(s) to begin with.I then receive an email stating that they refunded me for the Legging set… to what you ask?Another Damn Gift Card! (Insert rolling eyes emoji).I am personally making it my mission to get this business shut down or fined, until they can implement HONEST business practices, because they are crooks!They increase sales by advertising with various influencers on Instagram, but they don’tHave the products to accommodate these sales- and WE (the consumer) suffer!They intentionally defraud their customers, and I am sick of it!My next stop is the FTC and the BBB.Buyer Beware!!!
The girl working Sunday 4-2-21 was extremely unprofessional she was on her cell phone clearly speaking to a guy we could hear her conversation on top of that when I asked for help she acted as if I was bothering her. This was my first time shopping there I want to shop local and black her unbothered demeanor STOPPED a sale and good advertising. On ig it seems as if the store has a great vibe but that’s not true in the case at the Southfield location.
I purchased three pairs of pants from them and never received them. They’ve been apparently stuck in transit since January 1st. I contacted the company about it and they were less than accommodating and sympathetic about it. They don’t even entertain the thought of possibly replacing my order or tracking down the order for they they told me I had to track down my own order which is absolutely ridiculous.
Omjeezy very low key but the clothes are nice and reasonable but the woman that was there i so love her, with it being a lot of women n the store any question they had she answered and gave advice and kept a smile thee whole time. Her tips on how to pair this with that made you shake your head like ok and made you want to change your style. She helped me and my daughter and was very satisfied I actually wanted to tip her, her energy, her vibe and confidence she made you feel like ok I got this and ima be cute lol any who awesome job definitely will come back or shop online boom
They still do reviews on here? I LOVE shopping at this Swank whenever I can. No matter how busy the store is it ALWAYS somebody willing to help out to the point where it feels like I took my best friend with me. Everytime I go in there its clean and we go through outfits together until I’m happy. I REALLY felt special this time because I briefly said how I was moving to a new city and the sales lady HAPPENED to be from that city and she talked me through my fears and doubts of moving there. Its ALWAYS a personal experience there and I’ma always go hard for Swank ❤️
I love the superga jeans they are so comfy. I originally Ordered an extra large online And they were too small, As I thought that they were going to be super super stretchy but my body just would not get into it so I decided to go to the store. And I got me a 2X which fit me like a perfect glove and they had a sale two for 45 and I bought four pair. The sales lady was so nice she let me try on all of my clothes that I decided to buy even during COVID-19 times and I will definitely return now that I know my size I will definitely be ordering different colors online.
I ordered my clothes in November and PAID for shipping! It is now the end of December and I still havent received my package! Whenever I call Im told that my package has shipped. I live in Detroit. There is no way my package should take over a week to ship when I live in the same city as the store thats shipping it.
Beware they will hustle you none of the items have prices you will be told a price then at checkout it will ring up another. No refunds just store credit —cheaply made
I’ve been shopping here for years but after my last experience I will no longer be shopping here, the attitude I was given from one of the employees over the phone after my purchase was very much uncalled for and there are many other boutiques I can shop at and won’t receive this treatment.
So I ordered7 of your easy fit athletic sets and you guys sent me 2 different brands one was active wear and the other was sawnk aposh. When the young lady called me to say one of my colors were not available I asked if I could return in store sge sd yes just hv your packing slip. So I go to just do an exchange and im told I can not. Which I understand. But if you guys made the mistake of giving me 2 different brands, then I feel as a courtesy you should allow an exchange from the store and send it back to wherever it came from which was the sterling height store. Active wear brands fits better i simply want to exchange but your customers service at the Southfield store and over the phone is horrible. Where is the conveniency for the customer Terrible service I cant keep giving my money to businesses that dont show appreciation if I dont hear back from management in 72 hours Ill be blogging about your horrible policies

This is the second time I have shopped here for my lady and she absolutely adores this place! The staff was very helpful and they actually answer the phone when you call which is amazing. Usually small stores are really hard to get in touch when you have general questions.But not here. I highly recommend shopping here.
BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY, nice fashions but take forever to get them, I placed order in November and its now December and I still have not received my orders and keep being told different things when I call, I have not been given a shipment update nor a tracking number for neither one of my orders.
Beware, I put negative reviews because of the very slow shipping and bad customer service and this place gave away my credit card information to 2 thieves that sent themselves money through Facebook. I went in the store to try on a jumpsuit. The sales lady KP was so vibrant, helpful, knowledgeable of products, knowledgeable of body shapes and all with a smile. She brought me my correct sizes without me telling her. I am almost 60 years old and KP had me trying on bell bottom jeans. 😃😃😃😂😂 Guess what they were cute like she said.
One of the best pair of jeans Ive ever purchased are from Swank A Posh. I received them in a timely manner and they fit perfect. Im plus size and they fit my shape perfectly. They were just a little long because Im only 50 but I fixed that. I will definitely will purchase more clothes from this boutique.
The bellbottom jeans that I have are to DIE for!! I am a curvy woman and these pants fit me like a glove. 100000% worth the price. I will be buying more clothing from this store in the future.

Terrible customer service at the Southfield location. I walked in the store and forgot my mask in the car. I was never greeted with a hello or anything, but only by the female who works there rudely saying to me “ You need to have on a mask” That’s fine and dandy and I can respect that (the attitude was unnecessary), but there was about a total of 8 other people in the store and NO ONE had on a mask. When I inquired about that I was told that they’re customers trying on items and they must’ve taken them off while in the fitting room and we both work here and we just choose not to wear them.... Once again the attitude is not needed. So from my understanding everyone is required to wear a mask, but the staff? (again.. no other customer had on a mask either) that’s ridiculous and bad customer service

NEVER placed an order online! I placed my order Feb 9th and still today on the 20th, Nothing! I have no package, nothing has shipped, they refuse to give me my money back. Stated I have to return the items for a gift card! I’m asking why when they still have all the items on my order. Honestly, it shouldn’t even be considered a purchase at this point. Shipping time is horrible! I would not recommend this boutique for that specific reason. When we the customers order we need our package by a specific time....in most cases the shipping time is the determining factor if we will complete the order. In this case I would have never ordered from this boutique had I known they don’t honor their shipping times. If you want to stay in business, you need to change your shipping process. I would never shop here again and I do Not recommend this boutique.
I placed an online order, when the items arrive they were too small even after I checked my measurements. So I decided to take them to the store and exchange them. Once I arrived at the store the sale clerk was talking with a customer but after the clerk didnt acknowledge me until she finished her conversation I decided I no longer wanted the items, the clerk said I had return them to the sender. I have called the 800 number its a cell phone that apparently no one answers. I will not purchase from here again. Ill have to give the clothes to someone or sell it because retuning it is to much of a hassle.

Went to the website and saw a really cute over sized ARMY jacket for $69.99. Ordered the jacket, then I googled. I immediately called to cancel my order because I found the exact same jacket on Etsy for $36.99 from ShopAudella. (Her ShopAudellas Etsy shop also has the cute ripped cut off shorts, ripped jeans and cropped ARMY jackets that are being sold here for half the price as this store. She also guarantees that you will get one with the patches!) I couldnt get anyone to answer the phone after calling five times, so I sent an e-mail asking for my order to be cancelled. I was sent an email reply the next day saying that I could not cancel my order, as it was already processing. I will be returning this jacket as soon as it arrives, and even though I am out of the $10 delivery fee I hope that I can save someone else from getting cheated.

I bought one hundreds dollars ($100.00) worth of merchandise from online store and received a $ 25.00 online credit. The merchandise was to small and had to pay an $8.00 shipping postal fee to send back . Terrible on the behalf the owner who owns this company, to rip people off.

The boutique is so nice! I love how I can actually find something to wear for my small and petite yet curvy frame. I have now visited both locations and they are both welcoming stores. One of the associates (Sam) was so nice and provided such great customer service that I am gauranteed to come back. There is nothing like going to a store where the associates are snobby and unhelpful. The entire vibe is just presented well. The prices are also reasonable as well. The only con that I have is that this is not helping my bad shopping habits lol.
Ordered wrap sweater and now they have it half priced and won’t help me with sending the difference. Other big companies I picked up orders and items were on sale and they sent difference back. Especially after they took sooo long to ship it.

Attempted to shop the Southfield location yesterday, but when I rung the door bell and a staff member came to the door and told me she was off and it would be another 20 minutes before the next staff arrived. It was suggested that I come back in 20 mins in hopes the next staff member would be working. This occurred around 2:30. Very unprofessional.

These people are thieves. Beware! There are price tags on items but you dont notice at first glance. They will charge you a lot more than what the pricetag says. After realizing the item was a lot cheaper, they wont return your money back and will find every excuse in the book. They are not honest people. They were too cheap to give me back my money that they STOLE from me, even after I was told that if I came back with receipts, which I did, that I could get my money back. I will never shop here again. Maybe then youll learn that when you wrong a customer you should fix it instead of saying have a good day.
