Ordered a shirt. After 3 weeks I had received no update on my purchase shipping out. I had to email the company and ask about my order. I was then informed that what I had ordered was out of stock. No apology, no communication, just horrible customer service.Edit added after owners response:Below the owner is lying. My ordered was supposed to be received within 3 weeks, it clearly states this in my receipt and i understand some shirts may be out of stock but that is no excuse to not notify the customer. Proving again that this companies customer service is severely lacking.

I was so excited to find this company! My husband had just graduated high school when his friend won tickets to the festival through a radio contest. He always talks about all of the fabulous artists he heard and saw! He’s been a Jimi Hendrix fan ever since. These vintage T-shirts are well made and quite the find. He was so excited to receive this piece of the past, that he wants to order another shirt. Thank you Bluescentric!!!

I have been as patient as humanly possible with this company. I ordered a gift on 12/21/20. I understood weather might impact delivery. I didnt expect 2-3 weeks, but fine. I reached out on 1/25 for a status. I got a canned response. I called, I got a voice message that talked about inclement weather from 3 weeks ago and informed me I could not leave a message because there is no voicemail. Today, I tried these methods again. 60 days and counting....Maybe the business is closed?Update...I have heard back and they are not closed. They are in the process of resolving my issue. I will update the star rating once my shipment is received!

From the impression i got from this company, they are a small, busy outfit with some dedicated folks working there. Placed an order that seemed to be taking a bit longer than usual, called and spoke with Matt, looked into my order, shipping notice a hole in the shirt i ordered, had to reprint, and got another out the next day after speaking with him. This is how its done!! Thanks Matt!!

I am so happy with my purchase! Where else could I find a Bob Dylan & The Band Basement Tapes tee?? They sent me a personalized thank you note with my order. I am very happy with the quality of the tee too. I will definitely keep them on my mailing list.
