Absolute perfect service. Met me on my way in...asked what the issue was...solved it. Rare to find this kind of service.

My friend asked me to come with her when her computer was broken to help guide her through the fix and/or trade process, and they were delightful. The staff is friendly, honest, kind, and helpful. She probably didnt need me with her, but it was a great time chatting with them and watching them work. She got a good deal on a trade-in and great service, and Ill go to them whenever theres something I need for sure.

Employee Dakota was very helpful and the consultation fee was much less than expected. everything was fixed and I was very satisfied.

This place is excellent. I brought my computer in for a screen repair but a few days later damaged the keyboard as well, and they went above and beyond working with me on the best option (financial and otherwise) to replace versus repair, including letting me trade in my old computer to count toward the cost of one they had for sale. The new computer is covered by a year warranty and they have been so accommodating in working out the kinks of getting the new computer ready to go (including fixing the webcam for free with the warranty). At every turn, the folks at CCC have been knowledgeable, forthcoming, and kind. Ill be using them for all my computer needs in the future (and so will several of my friends). I couldnt recommend them more!

Great service and communication! I was having a screen problem with my Lenovo Yoga 730-13. After they initially thought the problem was resolved, I had to return it for further diagnostics because the problem reoccurred within a day of leaving the shop. They were extremely helpful in resolving the issue with their attention to detail. I was also not charged any additional labor fees since the original issue was not resolved when it left their care. Dakota even had me walk through my normal operations prior to leaving the shop to make sure we didnt miss anything! Affordable and great service!

I called them about a repair issue, they understood the issue, and readily gave me advice on potential repairs. Even going as far as turning me to a specialist outside their business. That in itself shows me they are committed to customers. I will be returning and will recommend them in the future.

This place is super friendly. They greet you as you walk in the door. Had trouble with my computer, took it in, was a small fix, and they did it for free. Have massive amounts of hardware and screws in store. Couldnt ask for a better store experience.

Fixed a minor problem on my laptop for free! Also gave me a free mouse and showed me how to fix the problem if it occurs again. I was in and out in 5 mins. Everyone was so nice, friendly and helpful. Will return and definitely would recommend!

Wanted them to have a look at my dads PC and to run a simple diagnostics. Store Owner wanted to charge me by the hour to replace a GPU which take less then 10 min. He made it sound like it will take him days to work on a Desktop PC. Also GPU (GTX 3080) alone in the desktop cost $900 and he wanted me to give it away for $45. I realized they deal with lot of used PC components and probably wanted to keep the New and original parts and replace it with substandard parts.BTW Geek Squad did the same job for $70 and returned the PC the same day. After reading thru the reviews, at least one other customer experienced THEFT at this store where they replaced his original component for inferior ones. Shame on you for taking advantage of unwary customers and Veterans. If you have New Computer avoid this place.

Quick, informative service

Thought an electrical spike during ice storm had trashed computer. Fixed in very short order at a price nobody can beat.

I was thinking about spending quite a bit of money on a new gaming PC but instead I decided to take my current one into CCC to see if they could do a tune up on it. They got that thing working like a brand new pc for a fraction of what I was about to pay for a new one. These guys know what they are doing.

Been there several times for some small issues and they recovered my data when my laptop died. Always been happy with their work and theyre very approachable and friendly. Really dont feel the need to look elsewhere for my tech needs. Will be going back for future technical issues.

I cant emphasize enough how awesome this place was. They offer free diagnostic testing for students, and said they wouldnt charge for a repair they tried if it didnt work. They got my computer back to me as soon as possible, fully checked over, and completely functional once again! The employees are incredibly nice, I had an overall great experience and will be passing on my recommendation to everyone I know.

I built my own PC and it wouldnt fully boot up. I had other places look at it and they couldnt figure out what was wrong. I took it here and they thoroughly checked everything and were quickly able to figure out the hardware issue. Not only that, but they also helped with more minor issues and gave tips and advice to modify my build further. All of this for only $50. They are very knowledgeable and reputable!

These are some really nice people my son needed his laptop screen fixed it was a bit out of the budget; so they hooked him up with a monitor and a mouse for a reasonable price until We can afford to fix the screen. Thanks so much; you guys didn’t have to do it but you did🙂

I took my desktop into your establishment awhile ago when i was having issues with my GPU and had a GTX 980 Ti in the computer at the time. After getting the computer fixed and having it for a bit i had an Error 403 message so i had it checked by a friend of mine and it had a GTX 780 Ti in it and the only place that i have taken my computer to get repaired was at your establishment. I really hope this has not happened to anyone else other than myself because this is straight theft and i even paid $75 just to walk in the door to get it looked at. This is unacceptable and i recommend that if anyone brings anything to get worked on that people know what parts their computer has before taking it in and recheck it when you get it back. I paid to get my computer downgraded and that was never explained to me nor would i had allowed that to happen with my knowledge.

I’ve taken my iPhone to these folks several time for screen repairs and anytime I’ve had a question or issue. They are incredibly knowledgeable, professional, talented and kind! I’ve always felt taken care of when leaving here and at a very reasonable price! I definitely recommend their services for any kind of phone or computer needs!

Came in to have my computer looked at. They took a look while I waited, suggested a couple things I could easily do myself, and said if that didnt work well enough they could do an overhaul. It worked fine, and since they charged no money I figured I could at least pass on the review!

My sons laptop that he needs for high school wasn’t turning on so we went to Columbia Computer Center. They found the problem on the spot and fixed it for free! They said it may be a temporary fix ( the laptop is on our third child 😉) but if we need to bring it back they’ll diagnose the problem for free since he’s a student. Zack is so professional, knowledgeable and very nice. Great group of people!!!!!

Call these guys. They will give you all the information you will ever need to make a decision on repair. I kid you not. They quoted me one of the lowest prices on a note 4 screen replacement, and then told me that they were googling while we were talking and found some for sale for a few dollars more than what the repair cost would be. Let them help you. Also, I know nobody here and have no personal connections to them. I found them through google and they were the 5th place I called.

It’s super unpleasant to drop your laptop and find out the hard drive is toast. The guys at Columbia Computer Center have a calm, it’ll-be-OK attitude. They were friendly to work with and got the computer fixed quickly. Great communicators by phone and in person.

I havent lived in Missouri for a while, but I havent found a computer repair place.comparable to them since. Fast, honest and knowledgeable. They have fixed everything from a blue screen to upgrade installs and fixed my at home customized hardware jobs with ease. They not only quoted repair times and stuck to them, but I also have been able to get my computer quick. They dont try to upsell. So if you need a new power supply you can bring one in and they will install for you.

Turnaround was faster than advertised. Professional service and labor. Fair prices, and a student discount with student ID. Do recommend.

I had a short in my power supply (EVGA Supernova 750gq) recently and was scared to continue using it since it still delivered power. Came to them 15 minutes before close where they conducted a test on it lasting into past closing time. I had no intention of being that person who comes in just before closing, but despite that they were very nice and understanding of my situation and concern. Their test only costs 10-15$ while Best Buy’s geek squad wanted to charge me 100$ for the same test. These employees and this company need the recognition they deserve because finding customer service and prices like these are not easy and by far the best in Columbia!

I’ve been going to Columbia Computer Center ever since I needed computer maintenance. I actually bought my laptop there and got a great deal for a machine that I’ve has served me well for 4 years. But I’m thankful that CCC is there for me with any work or advice that I need. Sometimes I have a question and I go in or call and they help me out free of charge. I’ve ordered and had them install things from time to time. They have always given me honest advice even in some cases when it wasn’t to their advantage.

I needed advice in downloading data off of my old hard drive, and onto my new computer. They told me how to do it, and didnt pressure me into buying products. These guys are great, and I would recommend them for anybody.

Ive taken my computers to these guys for quite a few years, and will continue to. Theyre good, competent, reasonable priced. After several years fixing PCs from box stores, I had them build a custom PC for me. Cost a little bit more, but the quality is worth it. Dont hesitate to do business with them. Id like them to stay around.

When my computer broke it put a stop to everything in my daily life. When I came in, the man I talked to was very polite and friendly. He knew exactly what I needed and I was done in no time.

I never take out the time to write online reviews, but my husband and I were so impressed with the service at Columbia Computer Center that I felt I just had to do it. Our desktop computer was running slowly, so we decided to take it to Columbia Computer Center for a general check up and clean up. We met with Zach who was very professional and knowledgeable. We dropped it off at the end of one day and Zach called the next morning. He said he cleaned it up, but it really needed the hard drive replaced. We told him to go ahead and replace it after he gave us a very reasonable price. He ordered the part which came in the next day and he had the computer done by the end of the day. Everything is running great now and very fast! We will only use Columbia Computer Center for all of our computer needs. Oh, and we also found out that they fix iPhones and tablets too! Yay, you have to love one stop shopping! Thank you Zach and Columbia Computer Center!

Sorry to say that I am looking at other options as my regular place. A simple cable switch that takes 10 min max they wanted to keep till next day or longer... as business that long with out is unacceptable. Went down the Road got done and back to work. This is now 3rd time attitude was oh when we get around to it.. some repairs and such Understand need bench time but quick response to easy repairs would good expecily for Business. NO Longer happy with them.

CCC was amazing! They fixed my laptop at such an amazingly low price. I got a quote from Best Buy for the same repairs and it was almost $400.00 more that Columbia Computer Service. They were quick and very informative on how to avoid the problem happening again. I definitely recommend CCC.

I was here when my pc wouldnt start or charge. I got the student free diagnosis, and the problem was figured out in less than 10 mins. They are just so friendly and helpful. If you have a computer or phone problem, go here and you wont regret it. I wish I could give 10 STARS. I was at other computer stores in Columbia before going here, most of them seemed to be more interested in your money than your computer problem. Only this store understood and cared. Great place will go there for my next custom build, So been having ethernet problems for days called the store told Zack my problem told him i tried everything under sun to fix it, he was like well i have like 12 computers ahead of you might be able to to it by monday, this was a Friday btw, i was like damn, he like hold on come in i can take a quick look at it, Took it in he worked his magic fixed it within 30 mins talking and explaining the whole time, Zack you saved me thanks! Great place and cheap he only charged me 20 bucks.

Horrible place. Took my laptop for a sale ran diagnosis on it noticed a small crack near the charger that never prohibited any kind of charging. Said theyd scrap it for 40 dollars
