Seems knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. But if you need any help after a purchase, its impossible to reach him via phone and you never know when youll be able to catch him in the store. A computer he sold us stopped working and I could never get an answer from him about replacing or refunding so I guess I get neither but he must be too afraid to talk to me about it. I wouldnt recommend dealing with him.

Took in a $1500 msi laptop to have a fan replaced. Owner held the computer and refused to give it back for months. Had to get the police involved to get the laptop back, and he said he completed all the work we requested. Not only did he not replace the fan that was acting up, they managed to melt something into the second fan and bent the laptop to an unfixable condition because they couldnt figure out how to get it apart. $200 later and there were no repairs and now the laptop is in far worse shape than it was when we dropped it off. Missing screws and a bent case and no return phone calls or texts. Dont take your computers here.
