Very professional and honest, when I brought in my girlfriend’s laptop, they were straight to the point told me all the things that were damaged, told me the cost of each part, and gave me suggestions that could get it back and running. They did tell me all the options that I could receive from services with no pressure for a sale. The best tech business I’ve been too!

I first used this business 3 years ago when my computer malfunctioned. John actually made a house call, and Ive used them ever since. He was able to retrieve all the information from my old computer, and I purchased a refurbished computer from them for a reasonable price. I also purchased their virus protection program. Being a very non-techy person, this service gives me a sense of security I never felt with other virus protection programs. It is also well worth the money knowing that if I have a problem, I can call John to help. He knows his business and is a very nice guy. I highly recommend.

We tried building our first cpu and had problems. John was able to diagnose the problems and help is in returning the defective components. Additionally, he immediately gave us an accurate quote. Thanks to his service and timely feedback we were able to get it completed in time for it being a xmas present. He also stress tested the system so we can be comfortable that the issues are fixed and expect a stable system. Additionally, he gave us great advice on how we can do further upgrades and maintain updated drivers.

Great place. I had a issue that was well-documented by the company that made my laptop and my issue was handled very well. The parts were cheap and the only reason I had any wait at all was because the parts took a while. Definitely my CoMo go to for tech.

The service was friendly, prompt, and very thorough. I went to The Tech Shop for assistance to install a CAC reader to my laptop. In the midst of solving my CAC reader issue, John also shared several tips about how to avoid other problems on my computer. He even ran a quick scan to see if I had any viral activity and explained what to do to avoid further problems. I did not have all the information needed to install the CAC, but instead of just turning me away, he did research on my behalf and called me back the next day with more information to solve my issue. The service could not have been better and I will definitely return if we have any other tech issues. Thank you, Tech Shop!!

Fast Forward (AGAIN) to August, 2019. John spent the greater part of his day off at our house setting up a new MacBook Pro for me.
