Its really sad that Utsav G Patel trains his staff to escelate things rather than suggest customers talk to their supervisor.Seems like a pretty piss poor organization between water in the gas here, and nonfunctional pumps. Come on, if someone asks for a supervisor, resolve the situation by putting them in touch with the manager.
