I LOVE THIS PLACE! I am there twice a day getting my fixes. Lately the specials have been very good! Soda, sandwiches, ice cream cones are all great. Staff is hard working and attentive as well.

Stopped in at the Boone County store to fuel up and get a quick fresh breakfast at 6:50am. Their kitchen was closed and they had sandwiches under the warmers. Note to self - next time just go to McDonalds across the street. Their sandwiches (croissants) were half rubber and half hard, so of course not even edible. For $2.99 for just a sandwich, no one should ever be that disappointed.

The cheap ice cream makes this place a 5 star gas station

This QuikTrip was nice and clean. It was also SUPER BUSY at 8:00 am.Not sure if it was time of day or if it is always this way. We got gasoline the pump would only let us use our card as debit. We got coffee, drinks and breakfast. The total wasnt too high, very reasonable. We love stopping at QuikTrip and this one didnt disappoint.

Columbia’s best, a truly spectacular gas station. We love their chewy, buttery, salty pretzels, which are always perfectly prepared. The soda fountain is THE gold standard of pop dispensers if the Midwest. Their ham, egg and cheese croissant sandwiches are light crispy and packed full of flavorful goodness. A slice of QT pizza can only be beat by Casey’s pizza!!!

Always clean. Was looking for a certain nicotine product here for my bf and was sure they had it cause it was advised on the door was you walked in. Staff looked at me like I was crazy when I asked for it and took 5 min to find behind the counter. Also they’re pretty mean whenever homeless people come in, which is sad. They’re not very strict on the masks either, which is also disappointing.

Loved it when they rebuilt this store a few years ago, better layout and services, with quick bite and prepared food options. Have always loved their fountain drink selections and flavor add-ins, their cups options and lid options are really good, Styrofoam, plastic, or insulated refill mugs available, discounted refills, great slushy drink options, Quik Trip stores are practically a C-Store wonderland! Adding that extra exit to the NW corner of the lot really improved access to this location.

Kitchen was closed more than an hour early and the first thing I saw when I walked in was someone standing on the counter where they prep food next to the ice cream machine in the kitchen area. Giving QuikTrip a bad name.

I think your mask signs need to properly reflect the Boone County mask ordinance in that masks need to be worn over the mouth AND nose. Out of the four workers I saw, three were wearing their masks improperly with their noses sticking out, thereby possibly infecting customers. Luckily the worker who prepared my food at the QT Kitchens was wearing hers properly. I am disappointed and disgusted at the incompetency of these workers I saw for not wearing their masks properly TEN MONTHS into this pandemic with a new strain emerging. Do better, QT.

Quick service. Friendly staffing. I think the longest I have ever had to wait in line was around 1-2 minutes. Definitely puts the quick in Quik Trip. Will always be a customer.I think the only thing I would want different is having wifi available.

My favorite QuikTrip. To say I have been at this location over 100 times, even before they rebuilt, is an understatement. I’ve never had a bad experience here.

My wife needed feminine products and this convenience store had NOTHING. So we are just going to fail to provide necessary products for a significant portion of our human population? Oh but thankfully they have overpriced snacks... what a jokeAlso, we realized down the road that we got bad gas from this station. I will be reporting the gas situation to proper channels. We had to stop in Kansas City to get the car checked out at the Chevy dealership, wherein we learned that bad gas was the root of our problem.

A good place to stop and use the bathroom. Bathrooms are always clean. Parking lot could be better fast friendly service cheap cigarettes cheap gas. Good place to stop on your way North. I like their microwave sandwiches they have good coffee

The highest possible identification in this country, a passport, accepted everywhere for Cigarettes & Booze in this country, but not this Quick Trip

As far as the customer service in Columbia....Excellent! As far as that app that you have to download on your phone to order any food including pizza, its the worst app and should be trashed! I spent 1/2 hour on my phone and its not working after I enter all information onto it.Also, with the problems google has had with privacy lately youd have to be short of a full deck taking a picture of your credit card for that insufficient working app.The best of the best is Mark.He knows when I come in before I get to the counter what I need in cigs and they are on the counter before i even get there!

Excellent variety in store, very clean, organized, efficient staff who take pride in even the food they put out (the young guy making his burritos, lol), nice restrooms and fuel prices was great... $2.19/gal. Only 4 stars because you have to ask for a receipt. They should be trained to ask if youd like a receipt, as a reminder for those of us who need one!

As you already know... the best of the best. Those of us in the convenience industry should aspire to operate as they do.

At a mega busy intersection, so it can be a bit of a challenge to get in and out of there. But, there are plenty of gas pumps and the QT drinks are good.

I have never had a bad experience at QT. Always clean, well lit and friendly. I feel safe going anytime, day or night, knowing that they are police substations. Customer service is great and I am always greeted with a smile!

Typical QT stop which means it is above average for a fueling station & shop. At 11pm this location was bustling. Could use a bit of tiding up though.

Very clean and nice interior. Cashiers are very very quick. It is nice how they invested in their landscaping to make Columbia more beautiful.

I will go out of my way when I travel to hit a QT. Fast, Friendly, Clean and FAST! This one is no exception. They hire a better quality of worker there.

The people behind the counter were very rude to me tonight arguing with me that I had to wear a mask to check out but didn’t have to wear a mask throughout the entire establishment but I have a medical condition which keeps me from having to wear a mask stayed in the Columbia health department code for COVID-19 and the lady behind the counter argued with me that I had to wear oneI just looked up the Columbia health code if you have a medical condition or hearing impairment or otherwise with someone that has one you don’t have to wear a mask

Competitive gas prices. Great food off the rollers and out of the kitchen for cheap! Huge slush selection!

QT is by far the best convenience store in Columbia. I think I am addicted to their all beef hotdogs; They are $.99 topings included (chili and cheese add $.40). They are always fresh, and they have an amazing selection of toppings and condiments. Very clean, well lit, and good police presence; 90% of the time there is either a sheriff or CPD officer in the store. QT gets it right on every level.

The women’s bathroom was covered in shredded wet paper towels and bloody toilet paper, when I told worker Jake R. nicely, he responded “K, bye.” Unnecessarily rude. He wouldn’t want to use a restroom in that condition, so why should we?

Need more help. Kitchen was great. Front counter miserable. Bathrooms broken and no one to fix them care. Too busy for this level of staffing.

Rude employees

They try to ring people though too fast. I was overcharged, and theyre always reluctant to give a receipt. From now on if I even return, I will force them to take their time with me as a customer, and I will have to access the receipt to make sure I wasnt over charged. Pretty angry.

RUDE older heavier set woman. Dark dirty blonde hair and always wears a headband. Something different every time but she’s always so rude. I come in every Sunday evening passing through on hwy 70. I WILL NO LONGER RETURN. You get rushed, she acts like she doesn’t want to give you your receipt, over charged me twice for a deal that was being advertised and one occasion gave me the wrong change. Then told me I had to pay for my items before I was allowed to wait for my food from the kitchen as if I was going to steal. Like are you kidding me!? The hell with this place. She need better customer service training.

A fine place but the layout is a little strange for the amount of traffic they get.

Went in today april23rd 2018 for a cup of coffee. All pots were cold and full of coffee grounds. Not the first time this has happened. Asked attendant to fix this and both attendants werw incredibly rude and made unprofessional and rude remarks towards me accuse me of wanting a free coffee....this kind of treatment is unacceptable and disrespectful. I simply asked if a new pot of coffe could be made and i was refused that as well....if your going to charge a high price for a simple cup of coffee then at least have it made right and sold with decent non rude service

This is my Favorite Quick Trip with very low gas prices and this is usually the one that is very low gas wise :) thats why I love this QT
