I learn my lesson.100% scam and employees disrespectful and professional liars.I feel bad I didnt check the reviews first.One star is too much for them

So far I have not had any problems with the products. Pricey! I do agree you have to be mindful of their tactics...

I was in Columbia Mall looking for shoes when I was approached by a lovely young women at a kiosk for skincare. Though I was not really looking for skincare products, I ended up trying some and they made my skin feel wonderful. All the ladies at the kiosk were very attentive and friendly, yes a little high pressure, but I know what I can and cannot afford. I purchased quite a bit of products.This is a high-end product and I am very happy with both the service and results. I look forward to my next facial.

These low-level savages are professional scammers. They prey on the vulnerable like elderly folks. Please be careful

The product burned my skin and I cant get my refund.

Never deal with these people! They do not have a satisfaction guarantee commitment, I tried to return some of the items I would never use. And in small print on the receipt they have printed No returns. I have the products and still have not used them, very unsatisfied customer.

The unscrupulous staff at this store intentionally targeted my elderly mother and took advantage of her good nature and declining senses to swindle her out of $1000. Yes, they have a notice posted that all sales are final. That may cover them legally, but sooner or later what goes around comes around.

This luxury skincare shop is not for the faint-hearted customers. Just about every skin care product is very expensive. The shop owner is telling me some of these (skin care) products are not made for women, but also for men, as well. Regardless, I cannot afford to spend so much money for some of these high-end skincare kits to rejuvenate and remove dead skin from my face to keep pores from appearing larger than they are.

Do not buy from this place! The stuff they used made my eyes watery and my allergies to flare up. I called the number on my receipt to see what I can do to return what I bought and no answer and they didn’t tell me about no refunds I seen it on the bottom of the receipt. I will be contacting better business bureau on these scam artist...I am furious as we speak and I will push the issue until something is done to my satisfaction.

I am writing this review because I was bamboozled into buying overpriced skincare products from Forever Flawless, after a long day of holiday shopping. In my experience, similar to other reviewers, I was offered a free sample of lotion while passing the store and asked to come in for a product demonstration. Against my better judgment, I made eye contact and crossed the threshold. At this point, I was tired and dehydrated, and perhaps a little too eager to sit in their comfortable chair with a friendly associate who uses the alias Margarita. Much like the fable of the fox and the crow, she used extreme flattery to bewitch me into buying their products. If I wanted to purchase luxury beauty brands, I would have continued to Nordstrom.In retrospect, I now realize that there was never any mention of their products being dermatologically tested or any of the sales associates being trained as licensed estheticians. As someone who has had professional facials and chemical peels, I found it highly suspect that there was not one license or certificate hanging in their private room. Anyone can purchase a massage table and claim to be experts on skincare; I can say for certain that the Forever Flawless sales associates are not. I would even go so far as to say they are causing harm to customers who have sensitive skin, allergic reactions and/or specific medical conditions – and act cavalier when asked for a refund.The coup de grace for me was the male associate who uses the alias Fabio. After I had already purchased from their store, he then swooped in and became highly aggressive in an effort to get me to spend over one thousand dollars on more products. I felt trapped by his sales pitch – and even after me telling him I could not afford the items – he rolled his eyes, pointed to my shopping bags and said that I already bought a lot at the mall today. He then kept stacking boxes on the counter and yelled “TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT!” I have never been so rudely treated – essentially barked at – by a salesperson in my entire life. I quickly got out of that store in a state of anxiety and lost my enthusiasm for returning to the mall.When I arrived home, I decided to research online reviews of Forever Flawless – soon to discover that – around the world, they are known for unsavory business practices. In my own experience, I remembered that Margarita had previously aggressively offered me a free beauty sample at a Dead Sea Minerals kiosk, on the first floor of the mall. Dead Sea beauty and skin care products, which illegally employ Israeli nationals to coerce customers into buying overpriced cosmetics through predatory sales tactics, are the same operation as Forever Flawless. Perhaps mall patrons became weary of the kiosk hard sell, so they graduated to a storefront in an effort to appear more professional.While I cannot stop Forever Flawless – and Dead Sea Minerals – from selling their products worldwide, I can speak on my own experience. According to the mall’s code of conduct, any activity that threatens the safety and well-being of their guests or disrupts their pleasant, family-oriented shopping environment will not be accepted. The mall is committed to providing an enjoyable shopping experience for guests and, I would argue, that The Mall in Columbia is the best shopping center in the area due to its high standards. I do wonder how many other long-time patrons of the mall have had their shopping experience marred by Forever Flawless and/or aggressive kiosk workers. How many other women will not return because they felt unsafe and threatened into making a purchase?According to my credit card statement, Forever Flawless is actually IB Minerals Inc – or Isaac Ben Minerals – located in Beltsville. If one were to look up Google and Yelp reviews of Forever Flawless, Isaac Ben Minerals, Ben Elmaliach, Ben B. of Severn and John S. of Beltsville have given very similar five star reviews – which I find highly suspect. Please protect yourself from this company and contact the Better Business Bureau if it is too late.

They are a scam they pull you into the store talk talk talk your ear off until you give in and say yes. Take you up to the register and dont even tell you no refunds. I came back an hour later to return because I know I should not of gave in to say yes and they said no returns gave me the email to Im guessing the owner and they replied with no sorry but you can exchange for something else. Beware of this place.

Entire store is a scam with high pressure sales tactics. Avoid at all costs and be aware of the all sales are final/ no refund policy. Better Business Bureau complaint is in the process of being filed.

Do not even walk by! They do HARD pressure sales and don’t listen to you when you say no. They are Totally disrespectful scam artists. Do NOT TRUST this store. Read the consumer reviews and beware. This company has an international name for BAD BUSINESS practices and scamming people out of their money! Would give zero if google would allow. I’ll be reporting them to the better business bureau.

I was told by the salesmen that he had just the thing that would help with my puffing eyes. He applied Vine Vera Resveratol Skin Care under my eye... then told me not to touch it... he said it needed to dry and when I get home just apply it to the other eye. When I got home, I did that and I started to have a serious headaches with a burning feeling ... When I investigated the product, the product he sold me was actually for wrinkles!!! I immediately went back to the store and ask why would he sell me something that is for wrinkles and tell me its for puffy eyes!!! He explained it works for both.... I told him the product was giving me headaches and a burning sensation, he says maybe its too strong and the burning feeling is because its rebuilding collagen! Long story short, they would not refund me, and when I told them even the other eye creme is still having that burning sensation, they did not care. Three hours later, Im still having a headache... beware of scams!!! And the side effects!

Horrible, staff only wants your money. They are very impolite if you don’t do what they want you to do. Don’t fall for this scam.

High pressure, invasive salesmen.. super strange, products arent great and are almost a grand 😂 exactly why I dont make eye contact with employees from these types of businesses

Same as the other poor reviews.....walked by, was pulled in and talked to about $800 for skin care. He also guessed my age by 10 years OLDER than I am. Hand to God, people always guess me as way younger than I am-perhaps his way of saying I NEEDED the products? VERY HIGH PRESSURE SALES. And.... his open lines were identical to the sales gal that came in to work her shift when she lured a customer in.... sad people are pushed to make a living this way. I left feeling very uncomfortable quite honestly.... AND WAS NEVER TOLD THAT ALL SALES WERE FINAL - EVER.

Go see Margarita, she will hook you up. We had a good experience.

Came across the store, got pulled by a sales lady, and got to buy the eye treatment, she was very friendly and nice, although I looked online on the comments here and I got a bit scared, but i will try and see how it is !Overall I had a good experience so I think the lady deserves 5 starts for now
