Great experience! Enjoyed my makeup session with Madison. Actually wished I would have enjoyed it a little less...might not have bought so many products! Ally greeted me and took my order at the end of my appt. She was very personable and answered all of my crazy questions. Loved my time and experience with both of them and the salon is beautiful! Looking forward to using all of my products!

I have been coming to Pout since I was a teenager for cosmetics, and they have always been helpful, friendly, and have excellent products. Today I had a hydrafacial with Nicole and am in love with my results!! My skin looks amazing, and Nicole made me feel really comfortable and relaxed. I will definitely be booking more facials with her. On top of that, the facility is beautiful with a clean design and modern decor and lighting. Pout is awesome! Thanks for everything.

Christina and the Pout staff are phenomenal to say the least. I came in for a hydra facial which was so relaxing and left my skin glowing. Christina listened to my skin care concerns and curated samples specific to my needs. The space is gorgeous and inviting and I can’t wait to return.

My experience at Pout was so great!! One thing I will say - I don’t think the “bridal” makeup is really worth it. They give you a touch up kit but didn’t really put useful stuff in it…for example instead of actual makeup touch up stuff it had shampoo/conditioner, hair spray, and a light lip color which might not match what you choose

I love Pout! I had an amazing custom facial with Christina today. She took her time to listen to my concerns and then customized the most wonderful facial. I have also had a Hydrafacial with Ashley that was great! I would highly recommend going to Pout. Everyone in the store was so kind and eager to help. I will be back soon.

I normally never write reviews, but I couldnt help myself. The staff at POUT is amazing! Everyone is so kind and thoughtful. It was my first time ever getting a facial and Ashley made sure I was comfortable. She explained everything to me throughout the process and answered all my questions/concerns. I cant wait for my next visit. Also ladies, I know we can sometime look at prices and be like WOAHHH, but there are somethings in life thats worth the investment. You wont be disappointed with your visit at POUT. Again, thank you to all the wonderful women at POUT for making my experience grand!

I just had the BEST facial I have ever had! Christina was awesome! I had the HYDRAFACIAL. From the initial phone call to being greeted, throughout the massage, and the checkout, it was all an amazing experience. Christina really took the time to actually read my paperwork and concerns before I even came in. Usually if I go to a spa of some sort they always ask me what Im there for, even though I just wrote it on the paperwork. She knew everything! She knew that I had cystic acne and some hyperpigment in areas. My experience was more than I expected. Had a very relaxing facial, double cleansed at first, used the steamer, massage, she used warm towels, them the hydrafacial which I thought was great. No pain, it just felt like a suction along with different serums that was put on the same time. After that was done she place an LED light on my face which was cool. When she was complete, she placed some sunscreen and lip balm and eye cream. She showed me everything g that she had sectioned out of my face and I was very impressed, I thought my face was pretty clean before, boy I was wrong! I would definitely come back. I am telling EVERYONE!!

I don’t usually give reviews but I must Rave about my Esthetician. Tara is absolutely amazing! She does my eyebrows to perfection, shes very detailed, always always always professional, and super sweet! I’m never disappointed when I leave.

Pout has been my go to supplier of makeup for 5+ years. Even with my move out of state a year ago, they are still shipping my go-to products to me every few months (I’m afraid to stray away from what I know works with my skin)! Their services are unbeatable; I always feel confident in their makeup artists to deliver the exact look that I need for an event. The staff is so knowledgeable: from lip colors to skin care regimens, my experience at Pout is wonderful and seamless. I’ve even booked them for my wedding next summer! Highly recommend this locally owned store for all things beauty!

I want to move back to Columbia just so I can visit Pout on the reg! Cille, Tara and McNair worked with me for my wedding in February and I cant say enough about their team. Cille did my bridal portrait and day-of wedding make up and it was some of the best make up Ive ever received. She was a breath of fresh air to work with, and used the best high-quality products. I felt amazing. She was really sweet too and even steamed my veil for me for my bridal portraits because I left my steamer at home. So sweet! Tara was also amazing to work with. McNair helped me book everything via email since I live out of town. I did the bridal boot camp with 2 facials, a lash lift, brow tent and sunless tanning. Tara gives some of the best facials around, and she is so easy to work with, professional and meticulous. My brows and lashes never looked so good! I want to give lash lifts from Pout for all my birthday and Christmas gifts from now on! Tara also got me hooked on Chantecaille and its the best moisturizer Ive ever used. Thank you all for a wonderful experience for my wedding. Cant wait to visit again soon!

So much love for this place. Im not super into makeup, and I am confident now about the amount of product I buy because I was able to have an amazing make up artist help me try out great products and apply them to me properly. I found out I just want a nice mascara and a bit of bb cream. I also got a peel here and loved the experience, even if I do think it was over priced.

I’ve always had such great luck with all my pout purchases! They are so incredibly helpful and they we’re able to make my skin 1,000 times better when I was going through some problems. I definitely recommend and honestly haven’t shopped anywhere else for my beauty products.

Very disappointed and extremely underwhelmed- I booked an appointment online for my wedding day and when I got there, apparently signed up for the wrong thing. All I wanted was neutral makeup-foundation/concealer a little eyeshadow and mascara. Nothing crazy, so I just signed up for Full Face Makeup Application on the website, which is exactly what I wanted. When I got there, I said today is my wedding day! and told her I wanted a neutral and simple look, and that I dont normally wear a lot of makeup. She immediately got visibly agitated and said, Well, you signed up for full face makeup and the bridal package is actually a LOT more and explained that they normally work very closely with photographers, etc. etc. and had an arrogant attitude the whole time. I asked what the difference was between the two packages (which there doesnt seem to be ANY difference at all except it costs $125 MORE) so I just asked for her to do what I signed up for. Apparently that was a much bigger deal for her than she was able to wrap her head around- she was extremely rude the whole time and I actually started tearing up when she walked away to get another product because she made me feel so awful. My maid of honor was there with me and we both couldnt believe it.ON TOP OF THIS TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE- I looked like an 80s Barbie doll- Hot pink lipstick, hot pink cheeks, I had about 5 eyelashes because it was so caked on. I just asked for NEUTRAL. I went home and took off most of it. I felt so foolish spending so much money to be broken down on my wedding day. It was the worst customer experience I have ever had. Paying that much for a service on the most important day of you life? You should be treated first like a person, then as a paying customer.

I won’t go back! Made an apt for lash lift/tint and asked if it was with the person who had done it previously. When told it was with someone different I asked for an appt with same person I had gone to before. Got a revised appt time with the person I wanted and confirmed before hanging up. When I got to my appt, they had kept the original appt so I didn’t get to have the lash lift and they didn’t seem to care. One of my pet peeves is somebody wasting my time- now I’ve wasted time off from work and I have to wait til I can make another appt (somewhere else). P.s. the lash lift I had previously was great but they need to work on scheduling. Ruined my whole image of them.

Pout has helped me on so many levels so many times. I suffered from terrible acne all over my face and went to the dermatologist two separate times and spent a ton of money and nothing the doctor gave me worked. After consulting with two of the ladies at Pout they developed a regimen for me and told me about their PCA skin care line and the results were positively shocking!! Over night I noticed reduction in cysts on my face and within 8 weeks my skin was 95% clear. An incredible improvement. I literally went back with no makeup on to show them how incredible the transformation was. All of the ladies were so helpful and supportive of my skin care journey. I am 25 and to suffer with such terrible acne at this age doesnt seem common but having said that I recommend if you are any age, pre teen suffering from acne, or post menopause break outs, before your doctor tries to put you on harsh medicines and antibiotics, please see the ladies at Pout and see what they can do for you! I do not think you will regret it. Also do not forget about sons/ boyfriends/ husbands because Pouts skin care is for everyone!I have also gotten my makeup done a number of times at Pout and always love how they enhance natural features and use colors and palettes that are consistent with trends and seasons. They will blend different colors and products to best suit your skin type and tone to give you the best over all look.Christina gave me the best facial of my life as well. The products they use are incredibly high quality and worth every penny. You can feel confident in knowing everything they put on your skin is healthy and lacks harsh chemicals or dyes. I felt like my skin was glowing for three days after the facial. Not to mention how gorgeous the building and spa rooms are! You will definitely not be disappointed and will enjoy every minute.

After months of bad breakouts and countless visits to the dermatologist I finally decided to contact Pout and see if they had any recommendations for my skin. McNair was extremely helpful throughout the process, and was very knowledgeable about all of thier different products. She helped me pick the routine that was best for my lifestyle, budget, and skin. After a few weeks I could already tell the difference in my skin and now it’s completely clear! (This was after I had gone through two rounds of different antibiotics proscribed by the dermologist that never made any difference...) I will never go anywhere else for my skincare products! They are by far the best!
