I called today asking if the location did sublimation printing, I was hung up on with no reasoning. I called back and asked for a manager or owner, same thing.I’m a business owner and wanted to do outsourcing for a few projects I have. This by all means was TOTALLY disrespectful. I called back and left a polite voicemail letting them know why I called and that I was upset that I was treated like that for no reason.After leaving my voicemail an older lady named Debbie called me back stating that she couldn’t hear me. If somebody cannot hear anybody wouldn’t you think to say hello at least one or two times before rudely hanging up on somebody twice? I only got a phone call back after I left a polite voicemail stating the reason why I called in at the fact that I was rudely hung up on. I will not do business with this company and I will take my outsourcing needs elsewhere.

These folks know how to take care of a customer. I got my name and the Palmetto tree embroidered on my golf bag and its Looks Fabulous ! They are a very Customer friendly business. Go and see them!

The folks at Palmetto Apparel are great to work with! Professional, proficient and really listen to their customers. We use them at our Sorority dining hall at the University of SC on a weekly basis. I was pricing the cost to apply numbers on the shirts for my sons flag football team. Id reached out to Palmetto Apparel through email for information and at first received a response that the minimum was more than the amount of shirts I had. I then received a phone call and email from Debbie asking me to give her a call, and she mentioned shed been copied on the previous message and thought she had a better solution for me. Debbie was able to get me a great deal to add numbers to the shirts I needed, and at a much better rate and timeframe than any other company quoted me. Thank you Debbie for the awesome experience!
