We have Dormakaba keys at my community, use the dormakaba website to activate them for our residents however EVERY time we call due to the multitude of issues that the system has no one is able to assist. The women who answer the phones are extremely rude, and without asking for any account number always deflect the issues to another department without transferring the calls or giving us a way to contact the supposed key reading department that were supposed to connect with! Save yourself the trouble and use an alternate company!

Worst Service, They have send technicians to the place I work, and never fix anything, replace parts and parts, but they dont fix the problems.
