This is a great company and I highly recommend them. Brooke was great to work with and Nathan was also very helpful. I purchased two machines from them. One was collector quality while the other required restoration which was done far better than I ever expected. Packaging was great and the machines arrived a week ahead of the original schedule. I would do business with them again for sure.

The Pinball Company did a fabulous job on the No Good Gofers I just bought from them. It plays like new. Their standard refurb process is very comprehensive, and included new LEDs top to bottom, which are better on power consumption, and make for a beautifully lit playfield (more evenly lit than old style bulbs, while still maintaining a warm, natural look, IMHO). From the sales side, I worked with Dominic, a tournament-level player himself, so he knows how these pins should look and play when they are done right-- thats really important. The team kept me updated as the delivery date got closer, and put great care in the packing and shipping so it arrived in same condition as it left their factory. Have had a couple minor adjustments I wanted to make to the table (shooter lane guide and rules configuration) and the service team walked me through it, same day. Would definitely buy from these folks again. Pic attached is my current high score with my favorite way to play my NGG with the upgraded LEDs-- night golf!

I bought a Star Ward premium pinball machine from Dominic and crew and it was a first class experience. Pinball machines are not cheap and I was worried about how responsive they would be and they exceeded expectations. I was kept up to date throughout the entire process and once the machine got to my house I was able to Facetime with Dominic to walk me through a few questions I had. If I buy another machine, I will be buying from these guys. Awesome customer service and the machine arrived as planned in perfect condition.

After searching through private listings for a specific pinball machine that is no longer being manufactured, I decided to purchase a refurbished machine through The Pinball Company. The price was a little bit higher than what you will find through private sellers, but I wanted to avoid scam artists and have access to customer support with a warranty in case anything went wrong.So glad I did! We received the machine in a timely fashion. Packaging and shipping was secure. Communication was excellent. And most importantly, the machine looked brand new (despite being refurbished)!After playing the machine for a few days, we noticed that two components on the playfield were broken, one of which almost certainly occurred during shipping and the other during game play. The Pinball Company was very responsive to my call and shipped me replacement parts from a third party vendor and the OEM almost immediately. Excellent support!Such is the nature of pinball. Things break, especially in the first year of ownership. But having The Pinball Company there for support is a life saver! Definitely worth the cost!

Unfortunately, this is a company I learned not to work with, and it cost me approximately $1,250.I ordered a game from them which arrived 2 weeks later than the estimated time (5 weeks instead of 2-3 weeks, which I verified both online and by phone), but that’s ok! The thing is that the game arrived in the manufacturer’s original package, with prices and all information on it!First, I didn’t know it’s a 3rd party product. (And I care for that due to support and warranty potential complications). Second, going to their website showed that the markup was approximately $1,250 above the manufacturer’s price (both including shipping and tax), which is available for purchase directly from them. It was even shipped directly from them! The pinball company basically charged me that extra amount as what cinemas call “convenience fee”.I did addressed them directly prior to writing this review. They were nice and polite throughout the whole conversation, but the results were not to my satisfaction (very “political” replies).I will not do business with them anymore.

The process of buying a new TMNT Stern game was quick and easy. The website was easy to use, the game was shipped and delivered quickly, and I couldnt be more pleased with the experience.While setting up the game, I called the Stern 1-800 number becasue I had a question and got a recording that said they were not answering calls at the time (probably because of COVID) but I could email. Instead of emailing, I called The Pinball Company and they answered the phone, answered my question, and I was on my way.Also, I love the game!

There is something to be said for a personal buying experience. The owners are experts on everything pinball and arcade related. When you call The Pinball Company one of the two owners answers the phone. They both coordinated with me on the machine I wanted and Nic even found it for me when it wasn’t in stock. After a week I called back and Brooke kept me up to date on the shipping process. They both made it very easy. I couldn’t have asked for a better buying experience from such hard working people. My Twilight Zone game is beautiful and I would recommend a high-end refurbished classic to anyone. Well worth the time and money spent. Thank you!

Complete scam artists. Run dont walk away from these guys. Bought Fish Tales pinball from them and noticed problems right after delivery. Lights out, ball seems to be stuck, fish on top doesnt even move like Ive seen. I get BS answers about that being normal. When you hit a certain score, that light will be lit. One year warranty, a complete scam. Failed to tell me that is parts only. No trip charges and labor. After a 275.00 repair bill, NOW I see how this machine should work. NOW it is fun with 3 balls in play at times and lights work all the time. The parts were a measly 30 dollars the rest trip charges and labor. I didnt even try and get reimbursed as I cant deal with scam artists like these guys.Post Script. After seeing my review, one of the owners e-mailed me and said they would pay 100% for all repairs since the problems that I encountered were immediate. I did receive the check and it took some of the sting out of the whole experience. I believe their policy is 100% coverage the first 30 days and parts only after that for 1 year. Give them a chance but if buying site unseen, ask a lot of questions.

Ok company. I enjoy supporting small business, however there is NO service after the sale from this company. We bought a brand new Jersey Jack machine and had issues about 2 months later. Called multiple times, no voicemail could be left as it was Unavailable and no return call, we tried for weeks without any answer. I would not recommend this company unless you are willing to spend thousands of dollars without any service after the sale. We have purchased other arcade games since and received a much higher level of service. We had to receive information from the manufacturer On how to repair it. Very aggravating!

The amount of pinball machines offered is incredible. From vintage to the latest and greatest, I watched my husband turn into a little kid as he saw the selection. Nic was nothing short of AMAZING to work with. I cannot tell you the amount of texts I sent with questions...even some dumb ones... that were answered immediately. A+++ rating. This Company I would never ever recommend to anybody, unfortunately if I can give them no star I would, customer service is really rude, the lady that picked up the phone earlier i asked if I can speak with somebody about a problem with my pinball machine which I purchased from another guy down the street from where I live, she will not give me anybody to talk to and I was willing to pay their service over the phone, she was very rude to me and un-professionally and she hung up the phone on me, I called back she put me through answer machine which she disconnected a few times while I was leaving a message, the funny thing about it I was looking to buy another pinball machine through this company and she didnt wanted to give me the time or day because I purchase a pinball machine from somewhere else and not them.. should’ve read the reviews before I call them, I called another pinball machine company and they help me with no hesitation over the phone and never gave me an attitude, I also text them which they said on their site you could and they were rude and didn’t want to deal with me because I purchase a pinball machine somewhere else, he said that she has technicians to solve the problem and she wanted connect me to them because I bought my pinball machine elsewhere, I don’t really know how they are in business but the lady that I spoke today was so rude and unprofessional,I will never recommend this place to no one ...shame on u people
