Ever since I got my ring resized here it turns my finger green. I brought it in and they told me that it’s not their fault, all they did was clean it and polish it. And say come back and if it does it again, but they pretty much said they can’t do anything about it. And even when it was almost 2 sizes too small it didn’t turn my finger green.
I took my rings in for a cleaning. I was greeted promptly and professionally. My rings were cleaned in a timely manner, and I was able to get back to my job with no delays. Keep up the great work!!!

I brought my James Allen ring here to be cleaned. The sales associate showed me the unique identifying number for my diamond. This place is extremely transparent and trustworthy. I will be back!
I was just in the store and the gentleman who assisted me was absolutely amazing. Patient and compassionate. I absolutely felt cared for and definitely will send people who are looking for beautiful jewelry to your store.
The only issue I had was they advertise that they sell Pandora here but they had signs posted all over with window that the no longer carried Pandora, very misleading after fighting traffic to come up there. Still, the sales rep was very nice and helped me find a nice bracelet for my sister.
My wife and I have been buying jewelry here for years. We walked in to a very rude woman! Stopped us at the door and told us we could not come in without a mask. I showed her a medical exempt card and explained that the mask mandate had been lifted for the state. I told her I just wanted to drop off a ring to be sized she said NO you are not coming in. We will be taking our jewelry business elsewhere

Lindsey is awesome! Covid does not stop quality of service at Jareds. Call ahead of time so that you get the attention you need is very helpful. I am so pleased with my new ring it is made from my old wedding ring that could not be repaired and it is stunning! Very Happy
I would give Jared’s no stars if it was possible. My dad took in his divers watch to have a pin replaced in the strap over eight months ago! It is/was a very nice watch, with even greater sentimental value to him because it was given to him by his brother. We’ve been to the store and called on MANY occasions, and NOBODY has been able to give us any information on the whereabouts of the watch. So basically, they lost something of priceless value to my family. I wouldn’t trust them with anything.

I took a necklace in to be fixed the lady ask if I wanted to buy another one I told her no because tht on meant alot to me she took it in the back when she bought it bk it was more damage to it then b4 i gave it to her she comes bk shows me the extra damage tht wasnt there b4 and proceeded to try again and sell me another necklace I have lost all respect for this store or any with the name

Great service reasonable prices
Their local store is absolutely great. I have and will only consider purchasing jewelry and watches directly from them and their staff. The corporate online business model is less than useful and I recommend avoiding their website and only dealing with the Harbison store in person.
I would highly recommend Jared to anyone. Lindsey helped us with our setting our diamond and was both patient, and knowledgeable and helped us select a different setting midway through. I highly recommend Lindsey and Jared and will be doing all of my future jewelry business at Jared and with Lindsey. The store manager is also very friendly and nice and even helped finish the sale since we were there when the store was closing.
Very awesome staff! They are definitely following COVID-19 protocol! The salesperson even kindly asked me to pull up my mask when it fell down below my nose. I went to the emergency room for a concussion last week, and even there they didnt care how I was wearing my mask. While I didnt purchase anything from them today, I will definitely be back to get some stuff from Jared soon!

I was turned away because I didn’t have an “appointment”. Not sure how I was suppose to know this and I don’t feel I should have to call every business I need to go to to see if they need an appointment. My husband and I have spend tens of thousands of dollars here and I came to get one of my necklaces that the chain broke and they turned me away. I have to drive over 30 minutes to get here. Guess who will not get another dime? Awful customer service. It’s a simple task. No one was even in the store.
Jared has turned the most exciting time of my life into a miserable experience. Not only do they double charge my card but they charge for the entire order ($7K) yet can provide NO status updates on the order delivery. I placed my trust and confidence in Jareds but I will never make that mistake again. Horrible customer service experience.
Marget provided excellent customer service with a smile and was very professional and personable every time we came into the store to purchase our wedding rings. He is a wonderful asset to to the Jared store brand. Everyone was always nice, but Marget went above and beyond our expectations which made our experience that much more memorable for our special occasion.

I wouldnt recommend this location went yesterday looking for a pandora bracelet. Didnt really know what I wanted. The lady that helped me acted like she was in a rush and didnt really wanted to help me. Definitely will not be going back

Jared is a really nice jewelry store. They have all types of jewelry from very affordable jewelry to high-end jewelry. The store is very clean and well-kept. Everybody I have encountered there has always been nice and very helpful. Employees there at least the ones Ive talked to you all know what theyre talking about. If you looking for diamonds and you dont know exactly what to look for in a diamond go see them they can help you and guide you in the right direction.
1st time ever in there. Some nice jewelry. Prices range....some as expensive as Ive been told, some things not. Ill be back.
Everett Black (Manager) went above and beyond to find us the best diamond for the best price. All the folks there are very nice and professional, but we mainly dealt with Everett. He is by far the most professional and personable jewelry representative we have ever dealt with. Hes one of those rare people that is more interested in doing the best he can for his customers than making a sale. You cannot go wrong doing business here. Selection, quality, price and service are more than worth the 1.5 hour drive we make to get there. 6 STARS!!!

She even took the time to ask upper management to see if I could get some kind of a price break because of the numerous # of items I needed done. I really appreciate all of her help! I’ve been wanting a gold chain. First one. Did a little research. I wanted a 14K solid gold figaro 22 inch men’s chain. The person helping me did not know the difference between hallow and plated gold. How can you sell jewelry and not know that JM
First of all I like to check it after Noah and pretty dark I am at Gary‘s jewelry store on Harbison I am in Andersoum I am enjoying myself I would recommend anyone here the people is so hospitality and Marget if one of the most amazing Jewelers I’ve ever come accross. He is very knowledgeable and personable and he will always look of for your best interest. I will recommend him to anyone looking for an engagement ring or just a nice gift.
I came in looking for a new watch today. I was greeted at the door, every question I asked was answered, the salesman took the time to show me as many options as I wanted to see (I was looking for something very specific), and he was very knowledgeable. I have been looking online for weeks, but it only took me about 20 minutes in store with his guidance! Great customer service! I actually came home with a watch, AND new necklace.

I was so upset with the service here. I brought in my platinum engagement ring that was my fiancé’s grandmother’s and they resized it too small in addition to creating an oddly-shaped band. When I called, they just said “well you have to come to the store” and when I came to the store, they didn’t apologize or anything, they just said that I should pay more money for additional services. I’m so upset that I entrusted his grandmother’s platinum ring with them.
My husband bought my engagement ring from a Jared 3 years ago and somehow our diamond warranty was never added. I spoke to Everett Black, a manager at this location, and he finally straightened out everything. He fixed a 3 year problem in 24 hours! Fantastic customer service, and I have such a beautiful ring. The manger was rude and could have cared less about my issue when I called concerning the issue of not being able to receive a refund from another store last time I ever do business here again only stop cause I was passing thru and needed a quick christmas gift. I wanted to do a return one of the items at the Nc store but could not. I had to wait until the next business day to return it and of course the next day they was closed remind you I bought the one items as i was passing thru and we dont have a jared where i live Long story short i couldnt receive refund I had to leave the item and wait for a check to be mailed from the NC store Im glad this isnt where I normally visit I would give them 0 star
This is the worst jewelry store in Columbia!!!!!! They ruined my anniversary band that was purchased at a different location not once, but TWICE!!! AND they never even made the solitaire ring that my husband & I spent 3 hours designing!!!!!. We were assured the shop manager would be the one making my new engagement ring and fixing the one they ruined. When we came back on the date that was given to us us for pick up, we were told that my ring was never made and the my anniversary band looked worse than the first time!! The band was uneven and bent. It looked like a child had sized it. They refunded my $5k and lost thousands of more dollars that will never be spent in that store. This place has THE WORST craftsmanship in Columbia & the most incompetent management team of any jewelry store I have ever entered!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!! SPEND YOUR MONEY AT A LOCAL JEWELRY STORE!!!! It goes back into our community!!!

Dont come in here if youre black, my wife and I just came in here and had everyone on the floor pass us by. We stood in for over 15 minutes, two customers in the store, 3 staff members on the floor and everyone is too busy to help the black folks... I never play the race card, but the manager slides right past us without a word, no one asked if they can help us find anything or we are with customers so we will be right with you. Im completely done with them and tbeir affiliates. Thanks for the racism...

My finance and I wanted to coment on the help we received on sizing our rings in the Harbison store . Adam Grayson is the person that helped us . It was such a pleasure to receive great customer service. Most stores these days dont know what that means. We have been in this location a number of times and can say that the team in this store is the type of team that every store owner dreams of. Thank you for a great experience in not only buying our rings, but also for the service that comes after the sale.
Ask for Sam, but be careful, remember who you are there to buy for or you mignt walk out with something for yourself.
Came in asked 2 questions got no as a response twice from the unpleasant lady at the front and obviously they didnt want to make a sale so well buy our wedding ring somewhere else!

Done with this place, very bad service overall, the manager of this store has over promised and under delivered several times now. We will never do business here again. Sold me a service plan on a watch then tried to charge me to send if off for a repair, the manager told me it would be 3 weeks, we are now on week 4. Issue with the credit card at time of sign up, we were promised 2 people would be on the account in order to build credit for the other person, that did not happen.
