I live and work on the other side of town and time is limited with family. I was hoping that when I placed an in store pickup that I could just grab and go. I was told by a rep that I would have to wait in a line that had about 15 people outside of it. I didnt want to make an additional purchase I just wanted to grab my order and leave. Whats the purpose of an in-store pickup if I still have to plwair to have my transaction processed?
I had to exchange a Christmas gift. It was hassle free and the women who helped me in the store was very friendly. I ended up with 2 more charms for my bracelet. Good customer service is hard to find but Pandora aced it with their employees.
Very good service. Holiday traffic high here, plan to wait, but line goes fast. Nice people, very helpful, personable experience.They have less selection during holidays, because they are sold out, but normally they have thousands of charms to choose from.

This store is not a corporate location. Its a partnership through Reeds Jewelry. This is why you cant do returns or get cleanings or other things Pandora offer. This store will only handle their purchase problems. If the Sales Lead would of mention this from the beginning instead of me having to pull it out of her it would of went better as i understand the difference. Jarred is no longer in partnership with Pandora. I had to call Pandora directly as they did still help me with my return. For the future there should be info in front store window or posted around the store to alert you that this is a franchise. Just be aware and dont assume cause it looks like any other store.

Charms I wanted was in stock. Wait to get in store maybe 5 minutes. I knew what I wanted so I told the sales associate and was able to view and purchase.

Horrible Customer Service! My husband and I was not greeted upon entering the store, next the last who name tag said Sales Lead did not acknowledge us at all but several people who came in after us she ran to them quickly. I guess she assumed we not going to make a purchase. We waited almost 10 minutes before being helped. Very disappointed in this store simply because the Pandora store in Charlotte is way better and they treat their customers like they want the business.

I purchased a ring In Tennessee while on vacation ! Before buying the ring I made sure to ask can it be returned if it doesn’t fit ! I was told yes ! Came back home to return the ring . Customer service was trash !!! I was told they was goi g going to give me a refund because it wasn’t from their store . I am in my 30 days ! The employee was the African American you f who always wear her hair a top bun . She did ask for my receipt or anything she just told me they wasn’t giv me a refund! I WILL NEVER SHOP WITH PANDORA AGAIN !

Not a good experience at all .Came in to just get one item, the manager on duty help not only did she brush me off, didnt wrap the bracelet and pass me on to another associate which she just rang me up and handed me the receipt, which i had to return the same day because they sold me the wrong size and had the same experience .i have been to the store in Mt. Pleasant SC and have always got great service, this store very sad

Really pretty, nice and super helpful Ladys. They even stayed open after hours for me so I could come back for my soon to be wifes gift. They helped me keep it as a surprise. Purely awesome experience for me.

Horrible service. I just went to the Charlotte store & was blown away at how much better their environment & salesmanship/service was. When you go to a jeweler you should be treated special, EVERYONE, especially returning customers. I just had to turn my limited edition bracelet in for one that doesnt compare, but they did their best AND IT WOULDNT HAVE HAD TO HAPPEN AT ALL IF THE CLERKS at Columbia store listened to me the 1st time when I told them my clasp wasnt secure correctly. Instead, the lady took my bracelet, looked at it and said, looks ok to me. Like she wore & knew my jewelry. THEN sold me another clasp that would prevent my charms from falling off if it came open again. I like the concept, but my fiance & I were so discouraged by the service we were only going to order online or just give up altogether. We came from Philly and purchased my engagement ring on JewlersRow known for quality & service. I didnt think Id get Id get the same experience, but wow, HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. Im grateful to see the way Pandora is supposed to treat their customers in Charlotte. They were extremely apologetic and made sure I was ok before we left.

Poor customer service. I had never experienced silver tarnish, let alone watched it happen in a 12 hour period while wearing it; so I really wanted somebody to confirm my suspicions. Told not to wear my bracelet in the shower but use soap, water, and a soft brush to clean, which isnt different from my shower routine. Was told to come back during the week for cleaning, could leave my bracelet behind, or buy my own cleaning kit. I felt on the defense the entire conversation. Left Pandora. Went to Jared to have my wedding bands cleaned and they offered to clean my bracelet for me. I bought 2 charms at Jared as thanks for exemplary service.
I worked with Maya and the store manager and they helped me pick out the perfect gift for my moms birthday. Everyone was helpful and nice. I will definitely be coming back.
Waited 30 minutes, knowing exactly what charms I was there to buy for an easy sale, and no one was able to simply check me out. Ridiculous for such a small location. Not the way to run a business; buying online with overnight shipping instead.
I really love this store. I have several bracelets and charms. When looking at charms, they already know which charms I already have without looking up my information. I really love the employees there, especially Sara and Emily. I do wish they were closer to upper end of the mall.

I went to this store for a second time to address the issue with the security chain. It started out ok. When I went on the 2nd of July the manager told me they would fix it when I return with the bracelet. I did today and all they did was move some of my clips around since i did not care for the new chain Pandora currently has available to fix the chain from spinning all the way off the thread next to the open/close clasp. Anyway today they had a special so I figured I buy 2 new charms. Instead of the manager staying with me or assigning one of the other employees to me she basically just said let me know when your ready and walked off. I tried getting all of the employees attention so they would hopefully help me once they were done with their customers. No such luck. What absolutely took the cake was when the manager was done with her customer instead of helping me she just walked back into the back office. Well at that point I decided to walk out. We travel all over the world and this has been the worst store I have ever entered.

Horrible. Just wanted to get my niece something on the day of her birthday and was not allowed to purchase a charm over the phone. Ive ordered from at least 5 different Pandora shops all over the US and this shop would not allow me too!!! Im a super customer with Pandora! And my Columbia family probably would be too but not now!!!! Very disappointing!!!!
